She listened carefully, looked at the examples of rings I found on Pinterest & helped me design the ring of my dreams. She was patient, helpful, encouraging, knowledgeable & most of all exuberant all the while remaining 100% professional. The process designing the ring was very exciting as we were able to generate an exact rendering of my proposed ring so I knew exactly what I could expect. Heather went above and beyond to help my husband surprise me by putting a rush on the order and even going so far as to come in on her day off to finish the ring so my husband could give it to me on New Year's Eve.
