Stopped in with the kids this afternoon. Though it was pretty busy for the Saturday before Christmas, my wait was not long. She brought out my order and we confirmed it was the right item. She offered to gift wrap it for me and I happily took her up on the offer. One less thing for me to wrap. Something I wasn't expecting was a wheel on the wall. Take a spin we were told. Spin Ms O did. To our delight, we won a $5.00 Dunkin Donuts gift card. Not sure if this was just for the holiday season or something they do all the time, but we were happy for the free gift. My experiences here this month have been great. This will be my new go to for my jewelery needs.

A few sterling silver rings and a couple pendants but jewelry is not the focus- this is all about the rocks and minerals. Some memorable displays were their aura quartz, carnelian, malachite, calcite. Prices for some items were reasonable. Other pieces I found a bit high priced compared to other stores. Know your rocks. I work at a college in Boston and I use Olympic Trophy for nearly everything. From an abundance of…read morenametags to plaques and trophies, these guys are excellent. Communication between myself and Olympic is great, I really couldn't ask for anything better. A simple email or short phone call and things are all set. Before they ship anything off, they send me a proof of what it will look like (so there are no mishaps) which is great. I currently deal with over 300 students at a time, and anyone who works with that many people (or college students ages 18-22) understand how there's always one or two who will lose something, got accident skipped in the order, or who will break a nametag. Whenever this happens, I embarrassingly email Olympic and they appear more than happy to make one nametag and send it out. The thing I am most pleased with is how quickly things get shipped out. For example, I send it in an order for nametags on Friday, April 20th and I just received them on Monday, April 23rd. How amazing is that! If you're looking for amazing customer service, people who ship things out SUPER quickly, and amazing products, give Olympic Trophies a try. You won't be disappointed.
