The change from Rite Aid to Walgreens is the WORST thing I've seen happen to this place. I just…read morewitnessed something that INFURIATED me. An elderly women.. probably about 80 years old approach the pharmacy and told the tech that her medications weren't in the bag when she picked it up the other day. She explained that she paid for the medication but when she got home it wasn't there and it wasn't in her car. The pharm tech basically said well it's not our fault and it's not here so you can buy it again for $400. Regardless of who was right or wrong the way this pharmacy tech reacted to this elderly women was unacceptable. She was so rude and so confrontational. Walgreens needs to offer some conflict resolution and therapeutic communication classes for their employees. Instead of offering the women help or getting a manager the pharmacy tech was simply just rude. On multiple other occasions I've witnessed cashiers in front with notable sighs of annoyance and frustration. Poor customer service. Poor attitudes. The confrontation ended with the customer saying that she's going to get her prescriptions filled elsewhere and I think I agree with her and I'll be taking my business elsewhere as well.

I couldn't find the item so I went up to her to ask since she seemed to be the only employee I could find and she all she said was well we must not have it then, but I knew they did since my wife had gotten it from there before I proceeded to tell her this and she proceeded to tell me they didn't have it. I went in with 2 of my friends and we were just "looking" to see if there was anything we couldn't live with out. I ended up walking out with a Montauk sweatshirt ( mind you the selection here was smaller than the other stores but better quality!) , a decal for my car ( in a color that none of the other stores had), and some zink oxide face sun block( because apparently in my 30's I am starting to get dark spots on my face ). This is the only store that had a different selection and had everything I had been looking for! The girl on the sales floor saw myself and one of my friends holding some things and looking at the clothing. She pointed out that there was a mirror that we could use to see how they looked. Once we had decided on what we wanted, she offered to hold all of our items up at the register. She wasn't pushy, she wasn't hounding us like most staff members do at these types of stores. When we were waiting at the register the gentleman( possibly the owner), was on the phone. He sounded as though he was speaking to one of his employees from a different location. We waited about 2-3 min before he hung up. He apologized for the wait and was very kind and concerned that we were waiting. He quickly rung us up and engaged in conversation with us. He was friendly and made us feel comfortable and as though we were valued customers. Summary: Check this place out before going to any others! The staff made our visit an experience and the items we got were 20 times better than the stuff the other stores carry.

I waited for the technician to send me my prescription. I chose the outer lane because someone else was in the other lane. When it was my turn he asked me to back up and get into the other lane so that it would be easier. So I did. I was in and out of the drive-through lane within just a few minutes without any issues. Thanks to the team for helping out to get my medicine today. Thank you. It would be good ti have a sign for what to send through the transport chute to make it easier on both parties.

Aisle signs were clear to see, although they seemed to have very high shelves. As a tall person I am generally able to see further across the aisle and to the sides of the store, makes shopping easy. But this store kept me off balance, as I couldn't see across the store. Parking lot was a little disappointment. There is a large lot with plenty of parking, but shipping carts were all over the place. This made parking a little harder as we had to find unobstructed ones. I requested my prescription to be delivered to my home but I never received it. This has happened…read moremany times in the past with other orders but this is first time with a prescription. The pharmacy has cut their hours to just weekdays until 6:00 pm and no weekend hours. No wonder they are in financial distress. This is so inconvenient for people that work full time or do not have transportation. When I call the number that they text you about the delivery it says cannot connect you. and forget about going on the Uber website that's a bunch of bull.
