To try and call for an update, that should be automated, one needs to plan on wasting at least 30-1 hour during which time they pick up phone and place you back on hold multiple times. I tried to do it using the CVS App, but I was unsure as to whether I did it correctly or not, so I came to the store that I thought I selected. The staff member took care of my prescription and said it would be ready in about 10 minutes. Hubby & I went shopping in the store and before I knew it, my name was called to pick it up. It was ready super quick! I'm glad I was able to pick up my prescription without having to wait a long time or even having to make another trip back! If I have the same need again, I would definitely return to this store!
