A couple of weeks ago, Walgreens experienced a technology/ systems issue, which prevented them from accessing customers' information to retrieve their medication properly. The pharmacists that evening were kind enough to manually process 1/2 of my medication that I require twice daily. When I returned last night for the other half of it, a pharmacist by the name of Eric kindly assisted me. With the minor kinks involved with my refill date, he was able to process the rest of my order. Thank you for your excellent service. read more

My go to place for a quick run when I need something. I always find what I need may not be the price I want to pay but its there lol. Problem with this location is the lack of staff. There's always only one cashier right when you walk in sometimes the line is down to the photo and no one will open another register so we just end up waiting problem is it takes me longer to pay then to find what I'm looking for lol. Also there's never anyone at the photo place the cashier usually calls a good 2 or 3 times before someone shows up. Overall I'm fine with the store itself it just needs some adjustments to make the store run better and patrons happier. read more

Everything is great. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the store is kept clean and well stocked.

Always a problem with meds, they don't notify you that you need a Dr consent to refill your scripts when you have auto refills , they often don't have it in stock or the pharmacist screens you like your an addict when you are getting your pain meds very unprofessional! I never had this much trouble at save-one. This place is a drag. read more

Interesting reading all the negative reviews on the pharmacy. I've had my prescription moved there from another pharmacy over six months now & never had any problems. They automatically text me to remind me of my refills. I usually go to the drive-up window but today there were 2-cars in line so I went into the store to pick up my prescription. Fernando was working the drive-up window & also the walk-ups in the store. I must've waited two minutes before he helped me. I made a remark about how efficient he was and his response was...'you have to be.' What a professional attitude & kudos to Fernando! read more

Customer service is so simple and makes a huge difference. When I come into a place of business, it's ok if there's a wait, it's ok if it takes a while to help the customer. But at least ACKNOWLEDGE their presence and say "I'll be with you in a minute". I waited several minutes and the employee had his back to the line, and I waited, and finally took initiative to go to the front counter to ask someone else to help me pick up an order that I made online and I had received the confirmation that my order was ready...only to find out my order was not ready and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes. The store btw is fairly empty and not busy. Maybe this store is ok, but my experience here has sucked. read more

I came in to get some energy drinks after a long day of work and for my long trip home. A gentleman was waiting by the restroom I asked him (he was a customer ) if you needed a code he said you have to ask the cashier, I went up and asked her she was helping an elderly man. He looked like he was walking towards the machine to swipe his card. So I just asked quickly she let me know that we do need a code and said she'll call for someone to open it. She called on the intercom right away and I went to go wait once again. So I waited... and waited... heard some men laughing in a nearby room... while me and the other customer were doing the pee dance... after a few mins he walked out, Lord knows how long he was waiting. I followed suit, after taking another look around to see if someone was coming to assist. No one was to be found. Thanked the lady in front for she was the only one who seemed to be working there... I ended up not buying anything because I was still in need of a restroom! Thanks Walgreens... read more

I usually come to the pharmacy at this location because of the convenience, however this time that I went was the last straw. They've always been inattentive, slow, and non-communicative. Every time I leave my prescription here they tell me 30 min and I don't get a call until about 2 hrs later. There's staff but it seems like only one can help the customers therefore making it seem like there's always a lot of people waiting. My experience today was just horrible. I came to pick up a prescription that I had texted in. I got a text for a refill on Saturday, so I texted back for them to refill. However when I came in today they said they had no record of my prescription. Last time, I came in with a prescription slip from the doctor but the pharmacist told me I had a refill in the system. Her words were "you have a prescription refill. You can use this one and the prescription you brought in today you can use next time." Apparently the pharmacist who told me that, didn't input it into the system. When I was trying to tell the pharmacist today she kept telling me that they didn't have anything and after telling her about last time she said "I've been working here for 14 years" making it seem like I was the ignorant one. Whatever happened, they got an approval to give me another prescription from the doctor but I had to go through all that trouble. Unfortunately, I won't be going there anymore. read more

I came in earlier and was in here working on a photo book and a cd for about two hours. I placed my order and pick up should have been ready an hour later. I left and figured I'd come back to give them time to work on it. I came back 4 hours later and was told the photo book order was cancelled because their printer was being worked on. Mind you these employees saw me working on the machine for those two hours and failed to mention the machine was down. So now here iam with no photo book and waiting for them to locate another Walgreens to have the book printed out. They could have at least mentioned it to me while I was here so I wouldn't have wasted my time working on it. Talk about having customer service. So much for that. I'm so upset!!! Mind you I don't live anywhere close to here and just came by to pick up my son from school in the area. I also forgot to mention only one cashier and no one was at the photo area when I came in right now they had to Call someone to the area. I will never come back here for my photo needs. I'm sticking to CVS!!! If I could I wouldn't give them any stars at all. I came to the Lynwood location and have them the cd I was given by this dumbass location and nothing was even saved on the cd and all my work was deleted. Never again dealing with Walgreens. read more
