I made an appointment for 1:15 for a vaccine. I arrived 10 minutes earlier. I then waited 25 minutes without being seen. I won't be back. And if you can't keep your time commitments then you need to close your clinic. read more

Extremely disappointed I walked in there to get photographs printed, there was nobody in the line at the main register, and there was nobody at the photo lab. I submitted my photos, and I waited. I went and shopped a little bit, and when I came back, there were still nobody in the main line, and there were someone in the photo lap, who still hadn't even started to process my order. Which was fine. She then processed my order. And people went to the front so she left the photo lab to go wait on them which were three people, and I was fine. She told me the five by sevens were not printing and she didn't know why but she would be right back instead of fixing the problem first. So I waited, and I waited, and I continued to wait, as she came back, said she didn't know why it wasn't printing, and then people got in line at the front again and she left and went and waited on those three people while I waited and waited now. By this time I've been standing in here before all six of these people even came in the building to shop And yet I'm still standing in the building while these people are now getting in their cars and going home So I walked up to the front and told her to shred my photographs that I did not want them and it was perfectly fine to have a good day. It's highly disappointing that a manager did not come out there to assess the situation or help with the line, while she was working with someone else who was there first. It shows poor management, ridiculous management, and bad customer service. I truly think these managers need to be reevaluated if they're going to sit in the back on their butts and don't do a dang thing read more

Mistake with our prescription. So careful and check what they give you. Our health is very important.

Do NOT take a prescription to this store. THREE (3) times, they have been unable to fill a prescription because they were "out". This has happened twice when my baby was sick and needed antibiotic, and once when I had the flu and needed tamiflu- very ordinary prescriptions. Do they call you and let you know? No. You end up waiting forever to be told "we don't have it". This pharmacy is a disastrous mess. read more

Unfortunately, Walgreens bought out Rite-Aid and all my prescriptions were supposed to be transferred seamlessly to the Walgreens across the street. I went to pick up my first prescription renewal with them and waited 40 minutes for them to find my order, even though I had already received a text message and 2 phone messages that my prescription was ready for pickup. Very poor organization and lamentable customer service. Upon getting home this evening and opening my bag from Walgreens, I discover that the enclosed medication is for someone else and, instead of a prescription for my cholesterol, I had an anti-depressant for someone else. Now I have to go back to the pharmacy tomorrow morning and wait in the interminable line to get my medication for which I missed my dose tonight. Maybe it's time to look into another more capable pharmacy. Having been with the same Rite-Aid for over 20 years (even when it was then called Eckerd's), I always enjoyed personal and competent service. Not the case with Walgreens. Lamentable and dangerous. Double check your medications (as you should anyway). Don't expect service with a smile from the pharm techs. Just not a pleasant bunch.

I use the pharmacy here and they're always on time with my refills. Walgreens also has a great selection of candy with constant sales happening every week. read more
