I was buying scratch off…read morelottery tickets in the lottery machine and had selected the $20 crossword ticket but the ticket dispensed was not the ticket advertised.   I immediately notified one of the workers and she lead me to the manager.  I explained to the manager the situation and she told me to just buy another ticket.  I explained to her that the machine had dispensed a different ticket then what was displayed and that is false advertising and against the law.  She told me that I had to take it up with the NJ State lottery since it is their machine.  Now I know that's not true because, in the past, when the money was stuck in the machine the employee had the keys.  This woman was just very rude, lazy and just didn't want to do anything. I asked her for her name but she refused to tell me her name, now I know why.   I asked her to exchange the ticket with the one I originally wanted to buy and she wouldn't at first and told me to leave.  I stood my ground.  She eventually ripped the ticket out of my hand with such attitude and exchanged it for me.   I will NEVER frequent another 7-11 store again.  You have rude, lazy, obnoxious people representing your brand.  You should also educate your employees about false advertising and mannerism.

Today, I got charged $5.69 for a Ramen soup, a 20 fl. oz. drink, and a tiny pack of gum. This is literally the ONLY "convenience store" in town - and it is NOT convenient. Sure, you can get grill items, basically anything you need. The last time I had take-out food from here everything was burnt to a crisp. Fish sandwich was inedible and the chicken wings were FRIED. And I mean FRIED. They did have a new Spanish woman working the grill, so I can forgive her that everything was a LITTLE crispy, but not inedible or BURNT. Haven't tried the egg sandwiches that everyone is raving about. I feel like these people charge A LOT for the items they sell. There are tags at the bottom of each item but those DO NOT have PRICES so I think that the people who run this can charge whatever amount of money they want to. There are a few aisles. How difficult would it be to go around with a price gun, or update the prices so that people know what they're paying? The younger guy is very nice, but that's about the extent of it. They have a lot of business for the lottery. And they always let me go off with my items if I don't have enough money.

UPDATE....I wrote a review for Tony's Pharmacy and how I was about to start going...it's been a…read morecouple months with having Tony's as my Pharmacy and this is by far the best Pharmacy I ever had the experience with. I've had horrible interactions with pharmacists just being rude and judging me and telling me what my doctor should or shouldn't be doing, I hated the experience, I dreaded it but since going to Tony's I have had such a BETTER/different experience. The women that work there are very friendly and helpful. The pharmacist is very professional and kind. It makes my day a lot better dealing with a pharmacy that treats there patients with respect and now a days with walgreens, cvs and other local pharmacies i.e; that makes you wait 1 hour after you call them 2 hours prior so you don't have to wait but when you get there to pick it up its not ready and they say we will start it now but I called you 2 hours ago so I didn't have to wait 1 hour ( there not a big chain but I don't want to say the name because I don't want others that go there to be treated worse which will happen if they see this and unfortunately, a family member needs there meds but the woman that was filling it was extremely rude like I was shocked she acted that way after spending thousands of dollars...but we know we can't say anything or they just won't fill it) which is so unprofessional but my point is Tony's has none of that you don't have to put up with attitudes and very questionable pricing. The store itself has beautiful gifts and a lot of animal friendly things to buy. If you need a better pharmacy or pharmacists that treats you with respect and doesnt act like your bothering them please switch if you can. I wish I went to Tony's Family Pharmacy a lot sooner! If they don't have what you need but can order it they will tell you right then and there and keep you updated. It's very hard to find a pharmacy with out the stress and I know now there is at least one in Monmouth County. Thank you to everyone that works at Tony's Family Pharmacy!! I really appreciate it and can now see these other pharmacies could care less about you and your health. It's not you that's the problem this is the career they chose if they have a question then contact the doctor they shouldn't be taking it out on you. As a patient we don't even see the script and once its sent to one pharmacy majority of the time you can't switch it to a different one the doctor has to but we are just trying to get our medicine 99 percent of people aren't trying to make anyone's life harder. Sorry for the very long review but I have dealt with pharmacies just being so ridiculous but it was a blessing in disguise because I have zero complaints about Tonys. They are great!!!!
