You can't deny the quality of their candle products. Tons of candles and other products to choose from. If you dig good smelling candles that last you can't go wrong here. The attention to detail and quality was fantastic. I could not be more happy with the finished, personalized product. I don't think it's ok for a man to yell at a woman. Nor do I agree with him that it's ok for anyone to park in a HC spot if they don't have HC plates or placard. Put your money where your values are. If you have anyone in your life who needs a HC spot, then you'll understand why I disagree with his inappropriate behavior. I believe the owner owes me an apology.

We tried to return a $400 air conditioner to the Neptune Home Depot only two weeks after purchase…read more The unit was still sealed in the box and never opened. Only then were we told that air conditioners have a hidden 7-day return policy--something that was never disclosed upfront, only buried on the receipt. The store manager flat-out refused to speak with us, offer store credit, or provide any kind of solution. Instead, we were dismissed and left stuck with an expensive appliance we can't use. The only decent part of the experience was the receptionist, who was polite but completely powerless to help. This location clearly doesn't care about customers once they have your money. Be warned--don't expect honesty, flexibility, or basic respect from management here.

Everywhere I turned on a Saturday morning I saw an orange Home Depot employee apron! All friendly and helpful. Shelves packed and well stocked. And clean and ORGANIZED shelves!! I had to get 4 shelves cut and then later I needed something else cut. Normally that would be a 45 minute process. In both cases wood was cut right away and with 2 different employees. When I am trying to find a certain grill or patio set and my local stores when they are out of product this Neptune store always has it and they send me here. The King of the Home Depot's!
