The gentleman handling the situation was extremely rude, and when it was proven they were wrong, he simply threw the money back onto the counter. It was very unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. Please continue making your bagels the way you do because they're excellent, but customer service and professionalism matter too. There are plenty of bagel shops around, and people want to feel respected when they walk into a business.
