I used to go to the WaWa in Marlboro after finishing my shift at Carvel at 1am in the morning... I'd often pick up a chicken sandwich... Custom made to order... The employees were always polite and served me well... And the food and drinks were always delicious... WaWa is the Best!!! read more

Love this store on Wycoff Rd in Tinton Falls, NJ! Friendliest staff, clean and affordable. I'm not a big fan of fast foods, but if you need something quick and easy, Wawas menu is gaining momentum in better food choices. They are incorporating healthier foods and offer a variety of snacks and drinks. This is not a quick stop for household items- just a convenience to support the hangry. Not sure I'm happy about these self check outs, I'm a 'need a human to talk to' type of person. This particular store has a really fun and kind staff. The building is neat and well kept. I stopped in to purchase something to drink and eat. I asked to use the rest room and was told they don't let customers use the restroom. I have been to many Wawa acres the state and have never been denied using the restroom. So either they are rude or the restroom was a mess and were told to not let customers use the facility. So will not be shopping at this store anymore Ps. I have shopped at this store over twenty times previously and never had to use the restroom. But now that I know the debacle or no public restroom for customers will not go here again. We go down the road to quick check in matawan on same road. Great place. Always go here when u need to stop for a quick snack or need coffee. Keep in mind that when the high school let's out during the school year it becomes very crowded and the wait time for food is longer. I've never been disappointed with the food or the service. read more

I love Wawa, but the staff members here are miserable and rude. I wasn't even here during a busy time, but not one of them was friendly to me. My sandwich was thrown onto the counter even though I was standing with my hand out and was the ONLY person at the counter. The girl making the sandwich was too wrapped up in conversation with the other employee to give me the time of day. The cashier was terse and unfriendly as well. Not a good experience. read more

Heard they had good coffee. First, they have to use water from the tap and Marlboro has about the worst water in America. Then, if they clean their urns as they do the rest of the place (like the windows) I would say you're probably drinking antique dregs from 3 or 4 months ago. We make coffee, soup and other items at home and avoid our Marlboro tap water. They may make good coffee elsewhere but it would be a miracle to do so using this Chemical concoction from the public/private water suppliers here. read more

I came into this wawa late at night after a concert asking to use a restroom. I was told by the cashier that I was 2 hours too late and that their bathroom closes at 10 pm. I told her it was an emergency and she told me it was store policy and I wasn't worth losing her job over. I began to plead with her because I have a stomach condition and needed a restroom urgently and couldn't understand what store policy would allow for a bathroom to close before the store closes. I told her that I would buy anything in the store and again in front of customers she said that I could pay any amount of money but she wasn't opening the bathroom for me. I was very upset at her condescending tone and that she put "store policy" over helping out a customer who was in clear pain. I also called corporate wawa about this matter and was informed that this is not store policy and that I was mistreated. I will never go back to this wawa ever again. read more

The customer service is TERRIBLE in this establishment. The only reason I'm rating it one star is because zero stars is not an option. When I was ordering from the touch screen menu, I specifically gave instructions to the employees making my sandwich to add the hot peppers I ordered on the side. I also ordered a little bit of mayo, which is actually an option on the menu. And guess what? The hot peppers were on the sandwich, and it was FLOODED with mayonnaise. When we kindly asked for our sandwich to be remade, we received a dirty look from the customer service manager, as if I were the one being an inconvenience. Mind you, my son's soccer game was beginning shortly and I wanted to have some food for my kids during the game. Another item we ordered was a meatless burrito bowl. When it was done, it was made into a burrito wrap, rather than a burrito bowl. When we told her that we ordered a burrito bowl, she opened the burrito and dumped the contents into a bowl, expecting us to eat it. Right in front of our faces. Can you believe that? Then, when we asked for the meatless burrito bowl to be remade, my vegetarian daughter received a burrito bowl with meat. When I asked for the burrito to be remade a second time, the customer service manager told me they ran out of beans and rice. Everyone had something to eat except for my one daughter, who received a free sandwich because of this horrible experience. I don't plan on ever coming here again, even if the only place where I can eat on Earth! We missed my son's entire soccer game because of how long it took to do this. One star, for the amount of orders they got correct. read more
