I had the seafood tower ; it was outstanding. My wife had the salmon; which she said was excellent. We also had a porterhouse for the table, which was well enjoyed. Fries , fantastic as per f'in usual. The service was fantastic! read more

i remember when i was yang the big mac was really big! yesterday i went to buy food for my grandkids and i was shocked. the big mac is too small, with one piece of meat and lettuce, nothing else. the nuggets became twice smaller than 10 years ago, but the price increased. nrver come back again. read more

Bitch at the counter doesn't understand how to make a simple burger. Each cheeseburger deserves AT LEAST two pickles. GUESS HOW MANY I GOT?!? 1. One measly pickle. Then when I simply educated her on the proper burger, she had an attitude that I DID NOT appreciate. She told me to put in this complaint. read more

Food is good. The prices are going up and becoming more expensive. Ice cream machine usually works which if you know about Mcodnalds usually it's never working. Staff are nice read more

You'd think if they're making you pay for condiments, they would at least include them in your order. A relative picked up my order for me, and when I got home they forgot my condiments that I paid for, which ruins the meal. I look forward to my sauces! Very annoying read more

What horrible customer service!! I wish I would've gotten the name of the incompetent female who took my order. I clearly asked for a medium unsweetened latte, cold, light ice. Her response was a very disrespectful "WHAT?" I was in a really good mood or else the rest of the experience would have been a little different for her, but because I was... I repeated myself slowly... she then asks me what kind of syrup I wanted in my coffee AFTER I'd already said unsweetened?? I drive around and a male takes my money... I was pleasant and said hello... no response.... and then thank you... no response. When I picked up my coffee.. I said hello and thank you and the girl looks at me as if I'm from another planet. Maybe I am... from the planet of common sense and manners. Will NEVER return. read more

This McDonalds needs to be SHUT DOWN. (Keep in mind, this was 2 hours ago) I was hungry for breakfast, so I wanted a bacon egg and cheese for breakfast. Also, my friend wanted a sausage egg and cheese. My friend orders, messes up on saying bacon egg and cheese, but then says "Oh sorry, let me repeat." Good right? He orders the breakfast sandwiches and then pulls up. Man gives us a receipt. Normal right? No. This Mexican lady comes and asks, "Did you order Bacon egg and cheese or Bacon and cheese" We say bacon egg and cheese, but that's not it. The receipt CLEARLY said Bacon Egg and Cheese and Sausage egg and cheese. Then she has the AUDACITY to make us pay one more dollar for a correction. My friend say no. He said he wants a refund because they messed up our order. Lady starts cursing at us. My friend tells them that their location SUCKS. I was just sitting watching. To the point where my friend asks for the manager. Now, he isn't normally a Karen, he is just having a bit of a bad day, wants breakfast, and wants to speak to manager. Lady says "I am manayer" Learn some English! Maybe go back to Mexico to work at their McDonalds. She pays us back 3 dollar even though it was $4.25. We say "F*** this place, we are leaving." And then she smiles and happily says, "Bye sir!" F*** off. read more

What's not to like about McDonald's? The food is consistently standard quality wise. This location is no exception. During C-19, no indoor dining is available here. Your options are drive-thru, takeout and curbside pickup. Placing an order can be made in-store but use their app to make placing your order stress free and to score in-app only deals. Ordered were 2 Bacon McDouble's and a large french fries. The food was fresh and hot. No complaints. It was good!! read more

The McFlurry coupon says buy one get one $0.29 cents. I was then told it's only for the M & M or Oreo one not the Grandma McFlurry. Well , Im sure grandma is rolling over in her grave !! Also, $10.21 for the 2 Grandma McFlurry's half melted so not worth it with mostly just vanilla ice cream and almost no crunchy pieces. Shame on you McDonald's it's not worth that price . read more

They specialize in getting your order wrong. Only thing I ordered one time was a UNsweet tea no ice.. Nope got it wrong. Actually watched a employee make me a ice coffee mocha. Then he licked the chocolate sauce off his hand. Not knowing I was watching. He picked up the drink with the same hand and went to give it to me. I confronted him and he played stupid. I said I WATCHED YOU DO IT. I ordered a drink no ice the put so much ice O couldn't even get the straw past the lid.. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE.. read more

Well, they actually did it! Demand 15 bucks an hour and they'll find a way to replace you. I didn't think they'd go through with it. I came in for breakfast for the first time in a long Time and was met with a "place your order here" screen. No more slow cashier to mess up your order. Its on you now. I punched in my order and went to the counter.....where I told the lady behind the counter what I had just ordered. Ok, so there's still a few bugs to work out. Seriously, aside from the new ordering system that didn't work it was a good visit. The food was good and the coffee hot and I was in and out quickly. Its a little awkward inside but its still McDonald's. read more

Does not deserve even one star. HORRIBLE experience in the drive-thru tonight at 10:30pm. The longest wait time! Ordered a sweet tea and it was not drinkable. Worst taste I have ever experienced. I pull back around to tell them and ask for the manager. The MANAGER could not even speak to me she did not speak a word of English and the girl taking my order was the translator. I told them it was an awful taste in my mouth from the tea wanted to know why it was so bad and to be sure they wouldn't serve it again and THEY HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WAS SAYING!! For food safety reasons you must be able to speak clear English to the manager to avoid anyone else feeling as sick as I do drinking that tea. I returned the cup and the chicken nuggets I never got to eat and had my money returned. I will NEVER go to that McDonald's again and will certainly be calling corporate office tomorrow. read more

This McDonald's is the worst! The blonde at the register hates her life for sure. She is so damn rude that she barely opEns the window to grab your card. Doesn't say a word and gives the worst attitude. If you don't like your job quit! Every time I go through the drive through I'm asked to go park and wait and it's 10 plus minutes every time. Absolutely ludicrous. Someone needs to go from corporate and wipe the place out and place new employees so they can actually be efficient. Literally the worst McDonald's you can go to and I don't expect much from them. Horrible employees here. read more

Who doesn't love some good McDonald's! Had that cheese on good and kept the pickles off!

I don't know about the other people but my experiences here are always good not great mind you but definitely good. I always get a bacon McDouble and 2 Pc tender through the app I customize my McDouble with extra cheese extra onions mayo and lettuce sandwich is always hot and always fresh. I must say for $4 I cannot find anything to complain about. There are definitely issues with the staff sometimes but hey they're young so it kind of is what it is. But at the end of the day my food is right and tastes good. I also feel for the people who Find it necessary to call corporate you're doing it all wrong yoU should contact the owners. read more

Have reviewed this location on other occasions negatively and today will be no different. Son and I spotted there last evening to grab a quick bite while in route to pick up my other son. Having had issues here beforehand reading other reviews I was hesitant but it became a necessary stop. First there were two girls in front of us on rollerblades who really weren't proficient with them. When I got to the counter I asked the person if he saw what were on their feet and is that really allowed. Having working in customer service establishments I know that their policies were no roller any type of shoe, no athletic shoes with cleats or spike or and other foot wear that may cause you to slip and injure themselves or others. He didn't know stating he just started there. Son order a kids meal and I a regular one. The toy advertised was a Toy Story 4 toys; however; a Batman cup from last year was in the box. When I questioned this I was told they ran out. I personally believe this is false advertising. Happy Meals are bought based on the toy offered not the food. I also believe that if you run out of the toys you need to visibly post a notice of that fact and state what is being substituted. After getting some items that we're forgotten on our order (this is a usual situation at this McDonald's) we ate our meals. There was no condiments available at the drink station and you had to go to the counter. I was confused by the young man who said he was new. If he were new, how come every employee came to him to get keys or say they were going on break or returning. On the positive: first time in a long time my fries were hot. Usually have to take them back because they're cold, old, and stale. Again, stay way from this McDonald's. Poor door quality and poor service. On a side note. Have you ever noticed that when you order a McDouble you get 1 slice of cheese as posted; a double cheeseburger you get 2 but if you order a triple cheeseburger you only get 2 slices of cheese. So you don't get a triple cheeseburger but 3 burgers with cheese. They rip you off of a slice of cheese. When you bring it to their attention (corporate) they don't respond. read more

This is the worst McDonalds in all of America. They close early, mess up your order, and make you wait in a parking spot forever. I'd rather not eat and go hungry then come to this McDonalds. Brutal experience. read more

Now, I usually wouldn't go as far as to write a bad review. I was previously a fast food worker, and understand how grueling of a job it can be. However, the service I received yesterday was just plain awful. My friend and I went to make 2 separate orders in the drive-thru. I asked for an M&M shake, to which the worker put in an order for an Oreo shake instead (I decided to temporarily let this go). When we went to pick up the food, we realized that they only gave my friend her food and not mine, although giving me back my receipt and taking my money, claiming at the window that they gave "everything" (which they did not). We had to pull around the drive-thru again and pick up the food. I would hold some empathy for the workers, but for this specific instance I do not. They are truly lazy and do not care about customer satisfaction. Overall an unpleasant experience, and this comes from someone working in the food industry. To the workers at this specific McDonald's: have some common decency and step it up. Disappointed. read more

Employees at drive-thru arguing about orders. Who got it wrong, did it have cheese or not...all happening in front of customers. Slow service and at least 2 workers were clearly angry at each other. Who is taking tomorrow off-the frustration of the workers is apparent with no worry about how customers perceive all this happening in front of them. Very unprofessional read more

Probably the worst Mcdonalds ive ever been to in terms of speed of service. Its sad because it's brand new and everything looks top notch and clean, but the staff is the slowest staff on the planet. I've been coming here on and off for a while and every single time I come I have to wait 10+ minutes. As I'm writing this review right now there is NO ONE here, its 11:15 and I got 3 plain cheeseburgers and a fry and as usual I had to pull up to the waiting parking space ... 10 minutes later, got my food. I don't understand why I can go to any other local mcdonalds and get my food within a minute whether I'm 5th in line or no ones there but when I come here if I see 3 people on line I just turn around because there's no point in waiting. I don't know if it's management that needs to do a better job of organizing tasks or if there's a rip in the space time Continuum. Either way, everything is way too slow here. read more

How can a McDonalds be this bad?? The food is actually bland. It's complete garbage! The workers can't be bothered and the girl that was there tonight had the worst attitude. While I was ordering, she had her head turned. I stopped talking and just looked at her until she realized I wasn't going to talk to the wall. I asked for fruit punch and I was told they don't carry that anymore. It's like they do whatever they want. Very weird! read more

This is, hands down, the worst McDonalds I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. The staff is perpetually incompetent, exacerbated by high turnover and general apathy towards customer satisfaction. It takes a long time to order. It takes a long time to get the order. It takes a long time to fix the mistakes on the order. They will find a way, against all odds, to mess up a Big Mac or an Egg McMuffin. I've come through to this location on multiple occasions, each time with a new hope that the staff may have finally found its way. Each and every time my hopes have been dashed, destroyed, disfigured, and demolished. Do not make my mistakes. Do not come here for your McDonalds fix. read more
