Listen idk who the owner is of this franchise but just sell it .... Clearly your employees aren't trained right ... every single time I come here theirs a problem with my order or the employees .. always pay for extra items don't get shit. I'm tired of it. Only come to this establishment because the next over is too far. This place is the worst jersey mikes I've been too and will never come back. Def will be spreading the word on this one. read more

Our first time visiting a Jersey Mike's Subs and we are glad this location was our choice of visit. We had a positive experience and will definitely visit them again when we're in the area! We dropped by around on a Saturday at 3:30pm, and somehow it was extremely busy despite it being past the lunch rush. There were three customers ahead of us and two more after us. The crew was fully staffed, 1 cook, 1 meat/cheese slicer, 1 sandwich preparer, and 1 cashier. The staffa are all efficient, and quick to get customers in and out with their sandwiches. The owners must be proud of their staffs, I am impressed! Restaurant is very clean, spacious, and there are plenty of parking. Great selections of sandwiches in various sizes, and there are multiple veggies opts too. I enjoyed my tuna sub, especially with my additional ingredients of Swiss cheese and portabello mushrooms. We will definitely visit another Jersey Mike's Sibs location bc of this amazing experience, DELICIOUS subs!!! read more

I always get it 'mikes way'. Love the subs here. Unique, taste great. I like the shredded lettuce. The service is always good. I feel they've always been reasonably pried. I like the vibe here and will sometimes come in to sit down and have my lunch during a lunch break. read more

I normally don't review a chain restaurant anything, but I saw this sandwich on tiktok, and it changed my life. The Chipotle chicken cheese steak is absolutely amazing here. Can't go wrong with the price either. read more

They forget to put a sandwich in my bag. The staff was distracted and fooling around. Then the actual sandwiches were not good- served on stale bread. I gave them many chances.... stay away from this Jersey Mikes :( read more

Just average sandwich. The turkey was the same quality as Wawa but more than twice the price and less topping options. Counter person was cordial but at checkout quickly mentioned we can add a tip when we pay. Duh! I didn't crawl out of a cave and asking for a tip is rude. Truly was about to throw a buck in the jar before the request but No Way. One and done Jersey Mike's. read more

Go to ShopRite and have them make you your favorite sandwich, wrap or salad. The sand wich selection is great and always fresh. They always put plenty of meats on your sandwich. Unlike jersey Mikes which I feel up charges on their sandwiches and chintzes on the amount of meat they give you. So go to Mikes if you want a bread sandwich or ShopRite for the better sandwich. Meat between the submarine! read more

Horrible service!!! Lost a good customer!!! This review is for this location and it's service only. Every time I come in, which is multiple times a week, this place is staffed with kids. There is nothing wrong with kids working summer jobs but at least train them. This place is setting them up to fail. Walked in, in the morning everyone is just chilling in the back, not one person up front to even say we will be right with you, or please wait. So I hand around because I'm hungry, I hear and see people in the back and they see me, nothing. I guess the deli next door will have to feed me today and every other day from now on!!! Enjoy the day!!! read more

Placed an order online for pickup only to come home and find out we had the wrong order. The sandwiches were good but not what was ordered.

I am a big fan of their cheesesteaks Dont get me wrong they are not in white house subs league but they hold their own. I get peppers, onions, mushrooms and jalapenos with provolone. $14 for what they say is giant.....I say above average read more

Really good subs, better than Subway. Insurance fine, nothing fancy. It is primarily a takeout place. read more

Have been to the Morganville location on several occasions and have never felt satisfied. Not sure if it's the slow service, skimpy portions or cleanliness; maybe a combination of all three. Prefer the Spotswood and Middletown ones. Went there last night because we were in the area and it was Special Olympic night were 100% of proceeds go to that organization. We arrived and there was a small line. A young lady came it and said there would be a short wait because they ran out of bread and some was in the oven but would be out soon. We waited and they filled phone/app orders while integrating in-line customers. Only bread available was white and Parmesan cheese bread. Placed our order and because the bread was still hot, it didn't slice well and tore up the bread versus cutting as well as bread being squished while cutting. During the step were you add your condiments, team member was asked a question and he stopped what he was doing a walked away to help the other person. Don't remember question but it was simple and didn't need two people to handle it. He came back a few minutes later and completed our order. While checking out, the young man didn't know how to ring something up so he just put something similar in as our item. Place needs adult supervision in the evenings. It was like the inmates running the asylum. Prep area was covered with food. Member kept scraping it off the cutting board but never cleaned it. When another member was restocking condiments; instead of taking the old container out, putting the new one in and putting the old on top; he just poured new over the old making the stuff on the bottom older and more susceptible to going bad and making someone sick. All counters were covered with food and/or food particles. The floor behind the counter was atrocious. The food and garbage was ankle deep that they were walking on and through. I completely understand it was a promotion day and they were busy, but the day shift should have been baking bread all day to keep up with supply and demand for the later shifts. The evening shift should have been baking too seeing how fast supplies were dwindling. There's no excuse for the poor sanitary conditions in the food prep areas and floor. Surprise no one got sick. read more

I went in at 8pm and ordered only two subs. Their hours say they close at 9, yet when i walked in everyone was cleaning up already. There was nothing out for toppings, they had it on the other counter and were wrapping up the meats. The cashier was very nice but the other one working was noticeably annoyed and mad. There should be no reason for a worker to curse under their breath, throw things around and make me or anyone feel like they don't want my business. I love jersey mikes but this almost made me want to leave because of how uncomfortable I was. read more

I finally used one of my gift cards and the staff is so friendly & helpful. My sandwich was so delicious tonight. I ordered the Rosemary Parmigiana bread with Turkey, Swiss Cheese, Lettuce, Bacon, & Chipotle dressing! Thank you all. read more

I've been eating subs from here for a while. Today and my last experience was poor and thus my one star. Todays sandwich on rosemary bread, which was my bread of choice, was drenched in oil. My hands became so greasy just by picking up the sub, and I think this is why I feel I'll after eating as I did the last time. I specify light on the oil and vinegar so I think B it is simply the bread. I'm disappointed and will not return. read more

food was delicious, but i was surprised to find out that ordering my sub mikes way came with a side of attitude and an eye roll

Food is good but I've had this problem multiple times where when I order on a specific type of bread it doesn't come on the right bread. Today I ordered a giant 43 on the rosemary Parmesan bread and it came on white, which is a little disappointing. The 43 also didn't have the chipotle Mayo on it essentially making it a regular cheesesteak so we payed extra money for nothing. read more

If you've never been to a Jersey Mike's think if it as a nicer version of Subway. This location is always clean and the staff is friendly. The cold cuts are not pre-sliced like Subway. This is a great option for a quick, relatively cheap lunch. read more

Your tuna used to not contain celery. Being allergic, I was sad to see that you have changed this and added celery to the tuna. In addition I always get Gluten Free Bread as I have a Wheat Allergy and I always ask for it to be toasted, however I have been told by several of your staff that you no longer toast bread. I unfortunately have taken my business across the street, for my lunch or quick and easy dinners. This is unfortunately why I feel I must give you a 1* read more

Warning!!!! The Sub in a Tub had been great but they now use Styrofoam instead of plastic containers and the salad turns to MUSH!

Isabella was great she walked me through the whole entire process so nicely and was very patient with my elderly parents!

Terrible service, individuals were very rude and judgmental for no reason. Definitely won't recommend.

The sandwiches didn't impress me; the bread wasn't noteworthy and the toppings were limited. The terrible customer service took my visit from average to poor. read more

I had the pastrami Reuben. Very good. Hot, the Pastrami was sliced thin not too much sauerkraut or dressing.

Good service- meat cut fresh for your sub as you order it. The subs are always tasty and made the way you like. This is a great location!

Great sub. Fresh ingredients and the bread is much better than the more popular competition. Staff is very friendly.

Food is fresh.Employees friendly.Always accept my expired coupon.Best choice in town for a hero.

The subs match their customer service... FANTASTIC. Seriously though, the nicest staff I've ever encountered.

Ordered a cheese steak and they screwed it up and cared so little that they just wrapped it up and sent me home with it anyway.
