Even though Wendy's highlights baked potato in its ad, I am not sure how to get it. Went to the Wendy's on rt 9 in Manalapan and (among other items) ordered 2 baked potatoes. It was a little before 6pm and I was told baked potatoes were not available. I asked when they make them and the reply was "when they need them." Obviously that was incorrect because they need two baked potatoes now. Went home and called Wendy's customer service 800 number and got no one. Called the Manalapan Wendy's but no one picks up. This Wendys is the closest to my house but every time i give them a chance, the food is disgusting. Chicken sandwich is obviously microwaved. Now i only go to the farther one by shoprite in Freehold, that one is consistently great. read more

Ordered online, went over there because the app said the address was another Wendy's even though it showed the address was correct and they said to wait, waited for like 30 minutes and when I went to check on why my food was taking so long they told me my order was from a different Wendy's, then that I ordered through the drive through, and then finally when that was fixed that my order was not found. When I showed them my order through the app then they said that there was no payment. Had to show them as well. Then the idiot on counter after seeing everything proceeded to ask me at what time the order was made as if I didn't come up to him previously after I had made the order to ask why the app was telling me it was from a different Wendy's but still showing me the correct address. Good ole Wendy's. The baconator seems to be the go to jam. The fries weren't bad especially with cheese and bacon. The jr cheeseburger sucked. Never had a baked potato at a fast food spot but it was good. The bbq sauce is horrible. Overall, I prefer mcdonalds to wendy's but glad I tried. read more

I came on here with my family just for a bathroom stand and I ended up getting myself an iced tea and a little salad It was medium busy when I got there it was off of the highway heading to Six Flags and the young guy who brought my food and ring me up was very nice and we got a pretty quickly my salad actually tasted pretty nice I don't know how people can go on Yelp and give fast food restaurants beds stores only their orders are completely messed up where the place is filthy I think you'll should be used for restaurant where you are paying in X out of money for food and service This is a fast food place and it was exactly what I expected read more

I'm not going to lie. I don't frequent fast food burger chains anymore, unless I'm on a road trip, in the boonies, and there's nothing else around to eat. At 3 pm, I was starving, having not eaten lunch and a small breakfast, so I ordered at the drive through. From placing my order, to paying, to food pickup it was literally about 3 minutes! Needless to say I was pleased! The employees were friendly, and they take credit at the drive through. Ordered Son of Baconator, and it was not bad. The burger was warm as tasted ok, but for about $6 it should be a larger burger. Where's the beef!? Anyway, my experience was ok, so 3 stars. read more

To be clear- I wouldn't even give it a star if I had a choice. The customer service is horrible, they're rude when you ask for anything during the night shift, and never give you everything you need so you need to make an extra trip inside just to receive a scoff and attitude for something that you've already paid for. I didn't know that it was rude to go inside a fast-food restaurant to request something that was forgotten? This has all happened on multiple occasions. Hire people that don't act like assholes. We came in Saturday evening around 5:50pm. Store almost empty except for a customer at the register and a couple eating at a table. Plenty of staff behind register. Cashier was engaging in a long conversation (in Spanish) with customer and did not acknowledge us, even after waiting more than a few min to order. We waited patiently then, exasperated, we turned to leave. Store manager saw us exiting and yelled at us from behind the counter "Cashier is in training!! If you can't wait, you can JUST GO"! (Whut!!?!). Husband and I were exiting, but not before I politely told her (manager) that cashier should have at least acknowledged us or asked someone to step in and take our order. She continued to yell at us as we left! Manager's attitude was angry, disrespectful of us as customers, and not the customer service we expected from Wendys. BTW- Is this how you train your staff?? I've frequented this particular location because of the proximity to my home. I've ordered mostly through the drivethru and I'd hope management reads this particular review/feedback. Almost 80% and no exaggeration the order via the drive thru is missing an item. On my past visit an incorrect item was placed with the order, it was all missing items and the wrong type of burger was made. This store lacks quality control and it's evident the fries are almost always either undercooked or refried again which doesn't make it a appetizing items. Ordered an avocado, Sherlock Holmes couldn't find any avocado in this salad . I asked for 'fat free' dressing but the undocumented worker just threw some regular Ranch into the bag and if that's not enough, the vanilla shake was among the missing. Wendy's are what they are a fast food joint. On this particular occasion after landing from a flight back from Florida we wanted to stop and get something really quick. Well first the service was really slow at the drive through. Then when we got home they had completly messed up the order and even forgotten to give us an entire meal. So no one really got what they ordered and someone didn't get to eat. A fast food regular will likely say you should always check before leaving, so consider me not a regular. I ordered the new cashew chicken salad and hubby ordered a chicken sandwich. Both chicken came out cold. They fixed my salad but couldn't seem to get his sandwich right. Finally we got the rest of our food after 10 minutes. My salad was pretty good but they ran out of the dressing for that salad so I picked pomegranate vinaigrette. I am not a huge fan of fast food. Wendy's is one I actually like the menu of though. This location though was literally awful. Came here for a drink... just a drink... nothing else. Was the 4th car in line at the drive-thru. We literally waited for about 10 minutes before moving. I finally pull up to the first window... It's open but no one is there... Cars move... Move up to the second window and I hand the girl my money as she stares at me. "Oh you didn't pay yet, you were supposed to pay at the first window" I tell her no one is there and she makes it out to be like it's an offense punishable by death. Hands me my drink... i come to this wendy's once in a while normally for lunch with my co worker, the workers at wendy's here are very polite, the restaurant is usually clean, there are workers that comes out and sweep the floor and wipe down the tables very often. food in here is good as always. if you come at lunch time, this place is pack, but if you come a little earlier or later during noon time, the wait time it's not too bad. read more
