I asked a pharmacy technician to check a GoodRX price for me today to make a comparison. I thought I might get a lower cost. The tech, an older Asian American woman snapped at me. She was reluctant to even enter my GoodRX info and made a point to slam the keyboard as she typed. The price came out higher. She had the audacity to ask me if a wanted to pay the higher price since she went thru the trouble. I'm so sick of this pharmacy. I worked in a pharmacy as a tech for years. I had such a wonderful experience tonight at the stores front register at Walgreens in Flemington NJ. The older gentleman working at the front register was truly one of the kindest people I've encountered in a long time. He was so warm, friendly, and uplifting from the moment we walked up. He spoke so kindly to both me and my daughter and was incredibly complimentary and personable. In a world where people often rush through interactions, he took the time to make us feel welcomed and appreciated. I left the store feeling uplifted and reminded that there are still such genuinely wonderful people out there. He truly made our night better. I wish he worked there every day! I am updating the review that I put on Walgreens in flemington NJ. My profile info says I'm from CA but I am from NJ. I opened a ticket with customer service and followed up 3 weeks later to see if any additional customer service training had been provided to the Flemington team. The service rep said "nothing was done because I did not request a call back". So this time, I reopened it and did request a call back. can't make this up. read more

Flemington Walgreens! Two of the Pharmacy staff are consistently friendly and helpful. Komal and Stephanie D especially, who always go the extra mile to ensure my prescriptions are ready on time and in stock. They are what great customer service is all about! These to employees should be examples to some of the other Pharmacy personnel who need to trained on how to treat customers. Thank You for having these ladies here. I cannot even begin to list how many issues I've had with this pharmacy since transferring from Rite Aid. Yes,there are some kind and helpful employees, credit where credit is due. But there are a few that should not be working with the public. In particular, a blonde woman who is always yelling, rude, and abrupt, both in person and over the phone. I've several times heard her loudly berating her co-workers behind the counter. This has been going on for years. I've worked in retail customer service for over a decade, and am honestly shocked she's allowed to treat customers/co-workers like this. There is no excuse for it. On top of it all, I'm a recent cancer survivor, and have regular multiple prescriptions. I cannot enumerate how many times medications have been out of stock, and the pharmacist never bothered to alert me.They wait for me to realize the script hasn't been filled, and then play phone tag, only to be told different dates by different techs. No one ever identifies themselves on the phone, either. Same issues with meds that need prior authorization; they will not alert my physicians about anything, but rely on me to be the go-between. This all reflects very poorly on Walgreens. I have a great deal of empathy for how stressful the job may be, but I've had it. Will be transferring to my hospital pharmacy, where everyone acts professionally and actually contacts you if any issues arise. The one star is for the kind employees. They are the only positive at this location, and deserve to have a better work environment. I hate giving such a lengthy, negative review, but this is a culmination of nearly ten years of going here. read more

I had to give one star but I would give zero. I'm speaking specifically about the pharmacy and whoever the blonde girl is because she thinks she's Gods gift and she's trash. Held my non narcotic prescriptions hostage for lack of a better word, she assumes people are junkies and she is rude and her customer service is absolutely deplorable. She has no home training and it shows you do not get a career in helping people to be a condescending Karen. I was with this pharmacy for 12 years now I advise everyone to go to the Clinton location until at the very least she is terminated. Sorry sweetie if your life sucks but you don't have a right to treat people how you do. I also complained to corporate after seeing her mistreat the elderly especially. She is a horrible person who doesn't have a place in this field and should find something else. Disgusting. read more

I ordered a prescription on the Walgreens app and received a confirmation it went through. I never got a notice it was ready, so I called. The woman on the phone in the pharmacy was rude, Condonasending, and abrupt. No one wanted to be treated like that, especially when not feeling well and needed a prescription. Its a good Pharmacy. The only issue is the manager. He's a bit rude. Especially if you are in with kids. Beside that i really like it. Clean place and the workers and pharmacists are very kind. And always there to help you out. read more

CVS was the pharmacy I used for as long as I can remember. But, after numerous issues with filling my prescriptions and waiting days - sometimes over a week - I tried Walgreens. I switched all my prescriptions over to Walgreens about 3 years ago and have not have a single problem since. This location especially is friendly and quick. read more

I have never had a good experience in this store, today was the end for me. Their online website is never up to date, that's their excuse every time. The online prices are cheaper, (the scam to get you into the store) their buy one get one 1/2 price was online only and not in the store?You're out of luck if they only have one of the two. If you shop online to see if it's available in the store and it says they have it. THEY DO NOT, and if they do the price is higher in the store? As a consumer what are we to believe? Several weeks ago I saw online they had 9 large Germ X hand sanitizers. I called I was told on the phone, yes they have it. I asked if she could hold two for me, she said okay, YOU GUESSED it, when I arrived at the store they had none, nor did anyone know about saving two for me. (who did I speak to?) she didn't identify herself and hung up on me,she did not identify herself. I suspect I spoke to the store mgr. because her voice was familiar when I asked for it in the store. I was able to get Walgreens brand 70% 28 ounce pump for $4.79. I am grateful I get my prescriptions from Express Scripts, never had a problem, super fast delivery and can't beat their prices. This location has the rudest staff! Some of the employees are nice but most are not, including the pharmacy manager. I've switched locations (closer to my husband's work) for my family's monthly meds for this reason, but use this location for acute medicines. They are not helpful and not friendly! Worst pharmacy around. Maybe they're understaffed, but being placed on hold three times in a row is rude. Asking for a estimate gets and eyeroll and a huff. If you speak up the one woman jumps down your throat when asking a clarification. I requested a single prescription be sent elsewhere and they canceled all my prescriptions. They just leave you at the window and avoid looking at you. I treat people with respect and truly feel if you can't handle your job respectfully you should be where you don't deal with people. This review is a culmination of 10 years of bad experiences. I can get the same product quickly and for less cost at pretty much every other pharmacy, they are a headache and a half. read more

Vanessa in the pharmacy is extremely rude, she said it would take 20 mins to fill my prescription, so i parked on the side and came back in 20 minutes. Only to tell me that its still not ready to drive around again, I said ok but this is the last time i will drive around. When i came around for the third time she asks me if i have a new insurance card I said yes and gave her the new card. Then she try's to tell me that my new insurance card is being rejected so i give it to her a second time and tell her you must've entered something incorrectly because the insurance works just fine. First of all she should have asked me if i had a new insurance card the first time i came to the window, not after waiting 30 minutes. On top of this now I have to wait to have my prescription filled and had to wait another 20 minutes at Walgreens to fill a prescription, this is completely unacceptable one hour to fill a prescription. I will not come back to this pharmacy! read more

The absolute worst Pharmacy in the country. Total liars about nearly everything, completely incompetent. Needed a 1 day supply of 3 pills that I couldn't get home to get ,heart medication..pharmacist couldn't have been more unprofessional, told me I could not get just 1 day, that I had to pay for 3 days ( completely untrue, as verified by my hometown Walgreens. I told them to forget it , as I couldn't afford $40 for 3 pills. Fifteen minutes later I got a text message that my prescriptions were ready..called 4 mire times, got more and more incompetent people on the phone, including the Pharmacy manager, who clearly should be fired. I then found out that they called this into my insurance company, and has now affected my refill availability..looks like they were trying to double dip..called again, telling them I don't want the pills, and just 5 minutes ago, got another text that my prescriptions are ready..STAY AWAY FROM THIS WALGREENS, THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING... read more

Have been using this pharmacy for years. It is now just awful since they acquired Rite Aid! Prescriptions never ready when promised. They claim that computer glitch causes prescriptions that were called in to not even be ordered. I always call in prescriptions days ahead of when I pick them up & they still aren't ready & some are not even ordered yet. What?!! The last straw was that they charged my prescription insurance for a medication that was not even given to me when I picked the meds that I called in refills for! read more
