The Pharmacy often seems overwhelmed and then customer service suffers. You can't make a customer wait for 10 days to fill a script, not follow up, then the customer calls twice, and your rep finally tells them to call another CVS to get it filled. That's your job after that long. Ultimately they did as I asked but in an annoyed "you're inconveniencing me" manner. Sure way to lose business. Consumers have a choice and will vote by walking away from your store. Sadly this leads to the good people losing jobs! I've seen it all too often as an HR executive. In client facing roles, being good to your clients is a baseline requirement! And lastly please give customers an option to bypass the pharmacy phone tree as it takes over 10 minutes to get a live person on the phone. I'm a huge fan of automation but not everything can be addressed this way.

Try to make you drive an hour away for much needed medicine you've been getting FOR TWO YEARS STRAIGHT that they don't have in stock. They don't care about people or their lives. Totally rude. The older gentleman working at the front register was truly one of the kindest people I've encountered in a long time. He was so warm, friendly, and uplifting from the moment we walked up. He spoke so kindly to both me and my daughter and was incredibly complimentary and personable. In a world where people often rush through interactions, he took the time to make us feel welcomed and appreciated. I left the store feeling uplifted and reminded that there are still such genuinely wonderful people out there. He truly made our night better. I wish he worked there every day! Thank you for your kindness and for the amazing service. It did not go unnoticed.

October 5, 2026…read more Drove up to the window. Needed a refill of prescription toothpaste which they had in stock. They told me it would be ready on Wednesday, October 7th. I asked them why it would take so long and they said they had to refill the prescription. (It comes ready in the tube). They said they were filling prescriptions today and tomorrow and it would ready on Wednesday. They said they'd call if it was ready earlier. Here's a suggestion - Hire a workforce that can dispense a tube of prescription toothpaste in less than 3 days. FWIW - I've had extremely helpful people at this pharmacy in the past as well as others that weren't really on top of things.

They've got a little bit of everything here as far as your medicine, vitamins, and basic pharmacy fares. They got a rather large selection of greeting cards. I think it actually works well that somehow Labcorp partnered with Walgreens for space. It is kind of strange sitting in a retail store for routine lab work but when you are called inside it looks like any Labcorp you may have been to in the past. Bottom line, it works, including the "online" check in though I think that is better done waiting in one of the seats inside than in your car.
