First visit here to Walgreens, young lady started off snarky and continued when finding out I was a veteran and VA would not cover a med that is covered by law. But given today's world, I digress. Provided Texas driver's license as proof I had moved from Hawaii, but it had been 4 years since using Walgreens, but that neither here nor there. I just want to change to current address and they can't seem to do it. I went back that evening and another profile had been made but previous address is on current bottle. Thought making an account would make this endeavor possible, but nowhere to make such changes. I'm confused! But if it's competent service you're looking for now, probably don't want this location. This location is always super busy unless you get early in the morning or late at night. Services is very good in my mind. Kathy was super helpful today and the pharmacists are always trying to do their best to help. It is a difficult situation sometimes as insurances are making the process difficult. Ridiculous to say the least. I have a 90 day quantity prescript for cancer meds which has been refilled for the last 6 month all of a sudden it's only 30 day quantity when questioned they had no clue why. They claimed they called my insurance and got no answer as to why it's only 30 days. I called my insurance and they did some research on my account and saw no reason why I was only given 30 days since it is a 90 day refill. also I been taken this medication for 1 year already the last refill I was asked if I was pregnant huh? A little late asking me now since you been giving it to me without asking previously. read more

Impossible to get a hold of via phone, takes forever to fill prescriptions (even common ones), and expect to wait at least half an hour to get served even if there isn't a queue. Walgreens as a chain isn't stellar at this best of times but this location really pushes it into excruciating territory. Seek an alternative pharmacy. read more

Well I'll be changing to another provider, placed a refill on my prescription on March 22, 2024. only to find out today they didn't put in the request with the provider nor did they plan to contact me about the delay. I wouldn't say anything as this happens a lot but it's my blood pressure medication this time. Very disappointed but it's time to move on, because they actually need to lose 25% of their customers in order to handle the customers they currently service. read more

Walgreens employees and Managers on Doniphan are very very rude and will put your orders back after 48 hours from the time you place the order even thought the email notification says 72 hours! I will never order from there again. read more

I waited in the drive thru line for an HOUR. I finally got to the window at 8:00pm and I was told the 3 scripts for my son would be ready the same day after 11:00pm. My son had 2 ear infections & a upper respiratory infection. So, I was willing to wait because, he was in severe pain. I went back at 11:30 and waited another 40 mins in line. They then told me that two out of the scripts were back ordered! I received no call in advance for this & the pharmacist told me that they are the only ones that know what's back ordered. The check out people know nothing. BUT, the check out person knew that ALL Walgreens had these back ordered... hmm. So, I waited all that time for nothing. These people have no clue, they have HORRIBLE people skills, and don't care at all about you or what your needs are. Stay away from this Walgreens! read more

I just received wonderful customer service at this Walgreen's pharmacy. I did arrive around 7:45 pm so it was not extremely busy. Even the manager asked me if I needed help finding anything. Absolute bottom of the barrel customer service at this location. Do not use this location to fill a prescription! The pharmacy does not fill a call in prescription until you arrive, so you wait 20-30 minutes in line only to be told you have to wait another 20 to 30 minutes. I'm sick as a dog and needed to get my meds tonight. It took 36 minutes to get to the window of the drive thru. There were 6 cars in front of me (between 2 lines). I just don't understand why it takes so long to drop off or pick up medicine? The car in front of me took 12 minutes alone. And it will take 21/2 hours to fill my prescriptions. I contacted the pharmacy about a prescription. I spoke to the rudest, most condescending individual I have ever dealt with. I was ordering a prescription for a family member and their associate stated, "he's a big boy now, surely he can pick up his own medications." My family member has special needs and has difficulty with transportation. The Walgreens associate proceeded to give me the bus routes that my family member could use so that he could pick the medications up himself. Never again!! read more

Horrible customer service!!! If I could give it zero stars for a rating I would but since I can't, I'm giving it one. I scheduled an appointment at Walgreens on Doniphan and Mesa to get tested for COVID. I get there 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment and go to the pharmacy drive thru as stated on the confirmation email I had received. The line was LOOOOONG so I called the pharmacy before getting in line to make sure that's where I was supposed to be. I had my two toddlers and knew it was going to take a while so I wanted to make sure. I was confirmed that I did have to get in line and further instructions were going to be given. After 50 minutes of being there...it was FINALLY my turn!! I told the pharmacy tech about my appointment and he tells me I had to be in line 1 (by the window) not in the second line where I was!!! I told him the email I had received did not mention anything about having to be in the line by the window AND that I even called ahead of time and was not told anything. He told me that I could either go back and do the line again (which had 6 cars waiting, roughly another 50 minutes) or that I could schedule another appointment somewhere else! I was extremely frustrated! He even told me that the email did say that I had to be in the specific line which is NOT true. He did not apologize and told me I could call 1-800 number to complain. I left extremely upset at how unprofessional, inefficient, and rude he was. I called the manager to tell her to better train her staff to give correct information and basically it was like talking to a wall. She had no response, told me they were all trained, and did not apologize. Extremely bad customer service. read more

This Walgreen's pharmacy staff will NOT offer customer satisfaction or go the extra mile! My husband forgot his BP medication when we were in town visiting. So we went to this pharmacy to see about getting an emergency refill. We called his Navy clinic in CA to call this Walgreen's pharmacy, only to have "Manny H" deny a prescription after two hours wasted on two different days. So my husband calls the N. Resler Walgreens & speaks to the pharmacist "Danh." His reply is "let me see what I can do...okay...it will be a long wait, but yes we can get you an emergency supply." My husband went back to the first Walgreens that denied him and pointed out how he was able able to get a prescription at the N. Resler location. Pharmacist Manny could not have cared less, " well when we try to do that, the system won't let us...blah, blah!" Bottom line, he didn't want to take the extra step. Lazy! read more

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever experienced. I've been here at different times of the day and even if there are 2 people in line, you can bet you will wait forever. They will only open up another register if 15 people pile up. The staff will act like they don't see you if there happens to be no line when you get there. If a dr office calls in a prescription they will delay it because they will put in a request without your permission to try to get a 90 day supply so they will wait for a response. So it looks to your doctor like you are requesting a bigger supply when it's them just trying to make more $$$ in a single transaction from your insurance. Avoid if possible. The location on Redd seems to be a lot better but not sure if it's open 24/7. read more

One star is too many for this pharmacy. Told prescription would be 20 minutes and would be called when ready. After 30 minutes checked in and told would be another 30 minutes.
