My doctor had put in an order for some equipment that I required for my health. I had called the office and I spoke to Kiko on the phone he was courteous and set up my appointment with in one week's time. When I had arrived there was plenty of parking and the outside resembles Condominiums there are various businesses within this establishment that provide various services. Upon entering the office I was greeted by Kiko who had made the appointment with me on the phone I had an appointment scheduled with Cynthia whom was a respiratory specialist she greeted me with a smile and I proceeded to follow her down the hallway to an office she had offered me water and gave me a selection of equipment to choose from in regards to my health condition she proceeded to explain in detail about the Machining in entail explain it every function and how it was to be used and how it was to be cleaned she didn't assisted me in measurement in regards to the type of respiratory mask I would require she was very helpful and provided excellent customer service she wanted to make sure that I was fully aware that if I needed anything at any time I can call her or call the facility and they would be more than willing to assist me in any way possible that pleased me because you can tell from that point they were there to cater to the needs of their clients I got to choose from a variety of masks that suit my needs what I like the most is that she gave me ample time to take it home try it out for a few days and see if I liked it if not should be more than happy to exchange the mask for a different one that properly fit or that I was more used to or comfortable with I like the fact that they provided excellent customer service and gave me detailed information regarding the machine that I was provided and that I was able to exchange the mask if I needed. This business is privately owned by Cynthia and her husband I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received and the brand new equipment I acquired here at this establishment I like the fact that she took the time to explain every aspect of the machine and that if I had any questions at any time that I can contact them that puts my mind at ease especially when there's a lot of business that will just rush you out the door to acquire your business and not think twice about you once they have already service due this is not the case for this place they care about what they do and you can tell they care about their clients and that truly is rare for most businesses I highly recommend HVS for your respiratory medical equipment.

I've contacted them multiple times, but they keep saying there's "nothing wrong" and won't let me access the settings. Because of this, the manufacturer's tech support couldn't help either. There are known issues with this machine all over the internet, yet GK Dreams refuses to acknowledge the problem. I'll be reporting them to our insurance provider. Families deserve better support and accountability.

I realized they didn't have a Yelp review. Time to fix that!!!!!!! This is how positive my interaction was with all of the people there. From the front desk ladies to Julian. I'll start with my first time there: I was greeted by the lovely ladies up front. I waited a few minutes for the first fellow, whom I can't remember his name, to greet me with the fun stuff. He went over everything in its entirety. He fit the mask on my face and fit the straps to ensure it fit snug but not too tightly. With the dry El Paso heat, we went over the humidifier as well. I left excited and comfortable with my machine. When I brought it home and started using it, I started taking the mask off at night in my sleep. This was a mix of two things, I'll only get into one of them. My mask was perfectly fit to my nose so it was too snug and felt like I was suffocating. I called the store and was put on the phone with Julian, he told me to come in. This is when he saw how snug the mask was and gave me a bigger size. Ever since it's been smooth sailing! He gave me more tips on cleaning and was so helpful. When I had my 3 month follow up, he remembered me and gave additional info and answered all my questions! He deserves the recognition. He knows his job very well. I know this post is long, bit there isn't any information on the location. I was lost in the sauce when I was told to come here. Google the place and follow the directions. Slow down when you get to Locust. There isn't designated Parking so try to find something on the street. Unless I missed some parking on the other parallel street. The entrance is facing the main road. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!
