This is usually our go-to pharmacy in Juarez. There's been a couple of others I've gone to but this…read moreone stands out for me. The customer service here is always great. We usually deal with the same pharmacist, an older male. I wish I knew his name but I don't. He's usually the only one who's there. He's very helpful on which products I should buy. He knows and understands some English. We speak to him in Spanish since it's easier to communicate with him. I came here with my mom a few weeks ago to get antibiotics for a toothache. The meds are always cheaper here than in El Paso. I also had to get some pain/fever reducer and another medicine my dentist prescribed. It was $36 and change for 3 or 4 different prescriptions. My mom also got some wrinkle reducer elixir of some kind for $15. That's a steal for this kind of product. The best part about this pharmacy is...they give you a few mini empanadas every time you buy something! They're always delicious and taste fresh. The empanadas are usually pineapple. Honestly, this is one of the main reasons why we come here. They're a little treat to snack on as you wait on the bridge to cross back over to El Paso. Oh and another good thing is...they take American money and even have change for it. That's pretty rare in Juarez. Usually when you pay with American dollars, they'll give you your change in pesos. Most places won't take a U.S. credit or debit card. If they do, they'll charge you a huge fee to use it. It's best to have U.S. dollars or go to an exchange place. The exchange places are all over the place! We'll be back to this pharmacy for sure!

Rudest service I've ever received…read more I received a phone call saying my medication was ready for pick-up, and I even confirmed in their system that I would be coming in. When I arrived at Surecare Specialty Pharmacy on Mesa, a young employee wearing a beanie and oversized hoodie told me my medication was NOT ready and that the message I received was "probably just for a refill." When I tried to ask questions and clarify if any of my other prescriptions were ready so I could take care of everything at once, she responded in a very dismissive and rude manner -- repeatedly rotating her finger in a "move it along" gesture while I was speaking. I then asked to speak with a pharmacist and was told he wasn't there, and I was cut off mid-sentence before I could even finish asking my question. Healthcare settings should be professional and respectful, especially when patients are dealing with medications. Unfortunately, this experience was the complete opposite. I hope management addresses the customer service and communication issues at this location so other patients don't have the same experience.

And the biological effects of former shots weren't present. We figured maybe a one off...we got month 2 prescription. All the same. I called...asked the gal...said they had never had a single complaint. We (me and my husband) switched pharmacies and within a day the biological effects were coming back...diminished hunger..so, collectively, their medication didn't help and we gained weight back.
