Don't be fooled by the outside because this is a full functioning pharmacy, which is way better and extremely more friendlier than Walgreen's. Once inside, they got an excellent selection of Muscle Tech, Optimum Nutrition, VPX, BSN, and all the other major labels you see in chain sport supplement stores around town. The best part is they price match all competitors, even websites! Though they are pretty inexpensive as it is, I've gotten a couple of products knocked down $5 before. Also, no pricey membership is needed either. The price on the product is the price you pay, unless you have a price match!!

Your prescription does need to be received by a certain time to be delivered same day if they have it in stock, and they usually leave around 1:30 PM and make a loop around the Westside. If they receive your prescription later in the day, they'll deliver it the next day. But if you prefer, you can also swing by and pick it up. Personally, I've always had amazing results with them. Every thirty day or so, they always call me and asked that would you like to refill medication and delivered to you. If I approve them, he will let me know my co-pay right away rather then long wait. Once all part figured out , he will schedule next day free delivery. I wish Amazon could work like this. Hates off to this folks on their customer services and high approach towards their customer. Nothing like that. In fact, you will be ignored until you can make eye contact with someone who happens to walk by. My experiences there--there have been 3--have roused me to never come back. Like, ever. I dropped off a Rx on Monday that needed to be ordered. I was told it would be in the next day and I would receive a phone call. I made sure to give 2 phone numbers because I cannot go without this medication. No phone calls by Thursday and I show up for this ensuing fiasco: Yesterday's visit (Thursday) It took them 3 tries to get my insurance on file. They have had it in the system since February, but act as if I had no insurance and would have to pay out-of-network prices. Yesterday I came in for a medication refill that I had filled--by them, mind you--last month. They quoted me a price of over $300. I said that this was unreasonable because last month it was only $60. I gave them my insurance information on a piece of paper because I thought that maybe there was a mix-up in their system (which happens often, according to the store manager). Sidenote: Their outdated computer system does not take debit transactions so your payments could take weeks to process with your bank account. Finally, I spoke with a manager who explained to me that there was an error with their system, and it would now only cost $265. I became quite irritated because I knew that this was another lie, and told them that I would be taking my business to the neighborhood Wal-Mart where the staff will speak with you and not treat you as if you were a bill-fold with legs. Now this was quite an unpleasant thing to have to do because now I am rushing back and forth around town to fill a medication that should have been handled on Tuesday. After speaking with the staff at the Wal-Mart pharmacy, who were kind and pleasant to work with, I learned that McCrory's was refusing to transfer my prescription because, "It had already been filled." So now I had to go back to McCrory's to cancel the order and tell them once again, in person, that I want it transferred to Wal-Mart. When I got back to McCrory's, I saw that my insurance information was still sitting on the counter--where any customer with a pair of working eyes could see it, take the paper, or at the very least copy my information. The manager was apologetic once again, yet offered no help with solutions to any of the previously mentioned problems: not allowing debit, insurance not being stored correctly, inaccurate price quotes, and abhorrent customer service. I left for the last time. Never once having heard anything like, "Thank you for shopping with us," or "Have a nice day!" Needless to say, if this business was your neighbor, they would be the old couple yelling at the kids to, "Stay off of my lawn!" These people are snakes, and do not deserve your business. They claim to be a "Neighborhood Pharmacy," but do not care about you. What they really want are huge profits. Their in-store items are marked up so heavily it would be laughable, except that some people actually need those items. I mean, $2.75 for a half ounce tube of hand sanitizer is a joke, right? Do yourself a favor and find a pharmacy with a competent staff who will treat you with respect and decency.

I Air Place a prescription at this facility on Montana in the Chelsea area. I didn't not receive a…read moretext that my medication was ready so I stopped by. I was informed there was no prescription ordered or being filled at the counter. I moved down to the Drop off window. A young woman with red hair and 3 piercings on her lip informed me that there was a problem with my insurance. I told her I had Medicare, VA and Humana. She said that's why it had not been filled. I asked her the cash cost since she didn't check my coverage. She had a very poor attitude as if I'm bothering her. She quoted me a price of over 2000 thousand dollars. I will never go back to this site again due to the poor communication and poor choices in customer assistance. There are other CVSs in the city. I advise you to go there!
