So I drive out here to fill up my tank, perfect cause it's located right by Walmart and other stores so I was able to do my shopping after. Unfortunate I had locked myself out of my car, keys and phone inside, but I had paid for my gas so I had my wallet in my pocket. I went inside to ask if possible they could help me or had maybe an emergency kit to open my car. Two employees Angel and Ethan came outside to assist. They were able to borrow a car lockout kit from the car wash located two buildings over! These gentlemen were able to help me open my car, what a blessing!! They offer coffee, snacks, tobacco products and have unisex restrooms. Clean and organized store. It's just not visible right away when you come into the station and pull in for gas. There's limited parking in the front, and the parking on the left is strictly for McDonald's. After driving a circle around the lot, I found the back parking, which is a lot of effort when you're trying to find a spot just so you can pee, get some food and get back on the road. I did find a gas pump though, and I was grateful not to find any that were out of service. There's nothing very special about this place except that there's a chicken place next to the McDonald's. It's reasonably clean. It's literally right across from the New Mexico border, across the freeway from the Wet n Wild. It's located in a spot where if you've driving endlessly through Texas, it's a huge relief to realize the awful drive is eventually going to end. Would recommend this place just for the sake of a quick sanity check before driving again.

So she decided we couldn't use the remaining one because we might break it too and then she wouldn't have one. Seriously we just spent 130 for gas and I can't use the bathroom? They have signs with beer prices advertised on the doors and shelves of the coolers but when you…read morepurchase it at the counter the prices are almost always higher than stated on the signage. This was some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered, the cashier told me that the price on the sign was wrong and there was nothing she could do. The sign clearly stated a lower price than what her register had and she didn't care. Sadly this isn't the first time this has happened here. She was rude, disinterested and gave me no choice but to walk away without buying anything. I will never spend my money ever again at any Valero from now on. Also note, this place is not only engaged in deceptive pricing but is nearly impossible to find any trace of on the internet as the name on the huge sign in the street says Valero. This business is the Valero on 8004 N Mesa and crossroads. More people need to know about this place hiding its poor customer service and inaccurate signage. They are not listed on the BBB.org website either, its no wonder they do not have any complaints anywhere.

He was AMAZING! He offered to help us in any way we needed and continued to check on us as we called and waited for BMW Mobile service. After they came and couldn't figure out what was wrong, it was Javii who suggested we disconnect and reconnect our battery. After that, our car started right up. We tried to tip Javii but he wouldn't accept anything. He was just happy to help us and that we were able to continue our trek home. Another gentleman, Eddy, was getting gas when this first happened and he also offered to help, and even came back later when he saw we were still there to again offer help. We so appreciated these kind gentleman! We need more Javii's and Eddy's in this world! Thank you both so much! You restored our faith in humanity!

Although the store is extremely clean, and I was able to find the masks, I must add that the people who work there were rude! They do not greet with a smile, a nod, not anything! I asked a clerk where the face masks were, and she motioned me to follow her. She then grunted that the face masks were down the aisle. When I got in line, to pay, I was rushed through by another rude employee. I greeted him with a "good morning " and he did not answer. Fine. He was obviously in a rush. I paid him, and he handed me my bag. He did not say thank you either. I avoid Walgreens, but I did not have any face masks with me, and the masks help me tremendously with allergies as well as avoiding Covid.
