Watch out for Tom because he's a tough guy. He actually had the audacity to tell me to "bend over" when I complained about the restrooms not being opened. So of course, I was upset and wanted to put him in the hospital, but you know...That's illegal. So instead, I came back later, took some pictures of Tough-guy Tom and began my formal complaint to HQ in San Antonio. Upon arrival, Tough-guy Tom kept goading me into hittng him, even following me to my car and calling me not-so-flatering names. While I would love to teach Tough-guy Tom the lesson his single mom never could, I will file my complaint, never step foot in a Valero station again, and happily live my life while Tough-Guy Tom looks for another job.

So she decided we couldn't use the remaining one because we might break it too and then she wouldn't have one. Seriously we just spent 130 for gas and I can't use the bathroom? We had to drive down the street to McDonalds. Bad customer service and she was very rude about it. Never going back.

The order can be placed quickly and the selection is what Subway normally has. Once in a while if I am short on gas, I will stop here to put some in my tank. But there are other places to get your gas filled for a good price (Sam's Club).

Basic gas station! There is a restaurant inside but we have never tried it. There is also a drive…read morethrough car wash. We just stop in for gas because it is super convenient and the gas prices are good. It is the most convenient gas station to the MountainView Regional Hospital and the pumps are reliable. It is always well lit and the garbage is taken out regularly. Basically, it is always clean and we can count on it. We take frequent road trips to MountainView Regional to see my surgeon so this gas station has been our go to and we appreciate never having to hunt for gas!

Today my mother went in at around 9:30 -10:00 am all she did was ask for napkins and it seemed to be a bother to one of the younger employees working at the register. The employee wore glasses and had blonde hair .She had an attitude when my mom asked her why she couldn't just hand her the napkins and resulted in the employee calling my mom a Bitch as she walked out . My mom walked back in and asked her what she said and she repeated herself and said BITCH. My mom than asked for the owners number in which the owner called the cops on my mom.All for some NAPKINS! Being that they are privately owned the cops said that my mom was no longer allowed at that location. Which is totally fine being that the owner is so unprofessional about the whole situation. Instead of asking the CUSTOMER what happen and not punishing the employer for speaking to loyal PAYING CUSTOMERS the way that she did. Guess this is what customer service is these days !
