Pistachios in every form, chocolates, wines, and gift options that make you rethink your original plan. You can taste a little of everything, which is both delightful and dangerous. Then we stepped out onto the patio with our pistachio ice cream, and wow... completely unexpected. The space is gorgeous. Calm, open, and the kind of place that makes you slow down without even trying. Honestly, if I lived nearby, I'd be planning celebrations here without a second thought. Somewhere between the views and the tasting, I tried their pistachio rosé. And yes, I had the same reaction, "wait... what?" But it worked. Different, pleasant, and surprisingly good. Good enough that I completely abandoned my pistachio gift plan and walked out with several bottles instead. A much more unique surprise. The staff were warm and welcoming, adding to the whole experience. No rush, no pressure, just genuine friendliness. We didn't have as much time as I would have liked, and that's probably the only downside. This is the kind of place where you want to linger longer, taste more, and just enjoy the moment. There's not much to the town of Weed, NM but we happened upon the Weed Store on our drive through…read morethe mountains and stopped in. There was a decent variety of sundries and snacks along with some novelty items like t-shirts, caps, hot sauce, etc. In the back of the store is a large freezer full of snacky items - we grabbed a couple of microwave burritos and put them in the microwave to heat up. Added some of the Weed Store's own bottled hot sauce and liked it so much, we ended up buying a bottle to bring home. They're spicy-good!! If you run across this tiny little town, be sure to stop in and pick up a few things, maybe get some fuel, have a snack and support the little guy!
