This review is strictly for the pharmacy. I mean how long does it take to get a prescription! Service here is horrible and the crazy part is they don't apologize or at least make you feel like they care they've wasted your time. I was told it will take five minutes to fill a prescription and end up staying over 30 mins and it still was not ready. I had to leave to pick up my son from school and then come back. There's multiple times I've come in to pick up a prescription after I called in for refill and they still don't have it ready. Do yourself a favor and go to CVS!!! Way better customer service and they actually apologize for the wait time which is never longer than ten mins. The pharmacist are hella lazy AF here too! One says no more medication because he doesn't want to check, oh but wait someone looked and there were medication available at their location. read more

I came in with my mom, she needed deodorant, and I needed nail polish remover and nail polish... When we went in to the store we were not greeted and the line was very long, 5 or more people waiting... The lady at the cosmetic counter was calling people over to her counter for checkout, which was great considering she wasn't doing anything... When we finally checked out, the person in front of us had started checkout and left to get more items, I was not offered checkout by cosmetics for 5 mins because she was who knows where doing who knows what. The absolute worst pharmacy EVER!! I know, it's my own fault for not changing pharmacies sooner but uggh!! My doctor has this pharmacy in their computer & it literally takes 45mins every time I have to pick up a prescription (one that's already ready for pick up). Always a line... always moves painfully slow. It's bad! Go somewhere else. read more

Usually very SLOW service when dropping off or picking up a prescription. Long waits for both drive thru and inside.

We love this store. Everyone is extremely nice & helpful. The pharmacy is fabulous. Over the 8+ years we have gone there, the staff & pharamcists have gone over & beyond their duties to see that we receive our medications. The pharmacy manager who has been there for all these years creates a team atmosphere in his workers. BRAVO, BRAVO! Can't say enough good things about them! read more

I arrived to this location to pick up a Steam Inhaler, I looked at the Wallgreens app and showed that it was available in store. Upon arrival I went to the area with the humidifiers and was unable to locate this item. I walked the rear portion of the store and was unable to locate any employees, I proceeded to the front of the store and found 3 employees. A cashier and two stock employee's one was on break and the other was talking with him about a customer who asked them to review camera footage for an issue. They sharing their complaint about this customer and said they would review the footage when they "Felt" they had time. I proceeded to ask the cashier when they were done to locate the item I was looking for and she stated she did not have a device to locate the item. She mentioned it should be near the cough drops so I proceeded back to look again. As I proceeded to the back another customer was waiting for Antacids and claimed they had been waiting for keys. I did another walk of the area and was unable to locate the item again. I once again proceeded to the front and asked a different employee if they had a device to help locate my item. This fourth employee was putting a sign in front of the entrance as if they were closed, but they are an hour from closing. This fourth employee after I asked if they could help me simply looked over to the cashier (Whom shook her head) then the fourth employee stated they did not carry this item in store. I am disappointed that the entire night crew was unable to help me locate one item or give me assistance in purchasing this another way through your company. This Walgreens I got the worst customer service the employees manager Jose was rude so was the clerk name Micheal they accuse me using fraudulent coupons I got these coupons from coupons. Com I show Jose their coupon policy they were talking about codes there was nothing about codes in there coupon policy I been a Walgreens customer for over 15 years I will not go back to this Walgreens until i get a apology from them. 10 people in line at the pharmacy and one technician helping customers. As always. Long wait and prepaid customer gets help first even though other customers waiting in line a long time. Not enough pharmacy technicians to service the extremely high volume of pharmacy customers. read more

Horrible customer service today by the older lady with glasses at the register. I wanted to price match an in store price to their online price, which the Walgreens' website says you can do. But this lady was so insistent that you couldn't and would cut me off every time I tried to explain (mainly because she clearly didn't or wouldn't understand) what price matching was. She kept saying "you have to buy it online to get it at that price." I tried showing her their own policy on price matching, but she just rudely stuck her hand up and wouldn't even look at it. Thank goodness a younger, more experienced worker came up and said that they CAN price match and all you had to do was show them the online price! So I thank that employee for saving me the headache of trying to explain further what price matching was. This older lady clearly needs more customer service training. Lady, don't give me attitude and avoid eye contact with me just because you didn't understand your own policy! read more

I would give this location a zero if I could! I went to the picture area today to pick up my daughters first birthday pictures, and they wouldn't release them to me because they were professionally taken! I should him the proof that I had the file that the photographer had given me & the email she sent me saying I could print them! I have gotten my daughters pictures professional taken every month & have never had a problem printing them anywhere! The worse part was the guy was a jerk about it! Awesome customer service at the Pharmacy. Ran in there 8 minutes prior to their closing time (6:00 PM), was greeted with a friendly face and a lot of professionalism. This was really awesome since a pharmacy down the street would not fill my prescription at 5:30 PM (22 minutes prior) because 'we close at 6' without even looking at my script and me begging, because it was for generic antibiotics and otc pain killer. read more

I agree with a lot of these reviewers, this is specifically aimed at the pharmacy. Why would you tell a patient their meds will be ready within "x" minutes when it's longer than intended. We drove up to the drive-thru to drop off the RX and come back to pick it up. The pharmacy tech said it'll take about 20 mins, so we figure we'll wait. Well I waited my 25 mins to give them an extra 5 mins...came back and the pharmacy tech still said the RX isn't filled yet and to give her 5-8 mins. Ok fine, I gave her another 15 mins. I come back for her to tell me it has not been filled because they needed to verify the RX again because the license was written incorrectly. I literally wasted a whole hour on script that wasn't ready as planned. I usually got to Costco to fill my Rx but they are closed on Sundays. (note: you do not need a Costco membership to fill your script at their Pharmacy) At least with Costco, when they tell you your Rx will be filled in 15 mins, it will be filled at the time promised! read more

This is a nice store. It has public restrooms that are very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

This Walgreens is as good as you would expect a Walgreens to be: Well lit, clean, and you can run in really to grab something without a hassle because it's never crowded. The only reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 is because I kind of think of Walgreens as having pretty much everything I can't find somewhere else and they don't carry Rockstar water which bums me out. read more

Staff does not know how to bill Insurance correctly. There's a long wait every single time. I recommend going to the pharmacy at Target across the way. It took Target 5 minutes to bill my insurance compared to the 45 minutes it took Walgreens with no resolution. Terrible service at this location. read more

I like to fill my prescriptions at this Walgreens as staffs are friendly and fast. I could get my medication in less than 15 minutes. They even contact my doctor for me and call insurance to get my insurance billing information as I don't have my insurance card with me at the pharmacy. They are awesome!!!!! read more

Worst pharmacy ever.... it seems like they only hire slow and rude people. If you go to the drive through it takes at least 30 minutes, if you call they put you on hold for 10-15 then just hang up on you, if actually go in they it takes them about 10-15 minutes to help out just one order even if all they are doing is picking up medication. I'm visiting from out of state and needed medication very quickly and came to this Pharmacy. Where do I start.... the pharmacy tech was too busy scanning boxes to answer the phone that was ringing like crazy, the Pharmacist was busy at 1 window while there is 3 more of us in line. The gentleman in front of me says EXCUSES ME CAN I PLEASE PICK UP A RX....she very unfriendly says "he will be with you soon." Zero eye contact Zero customer service. I watched this for 10 minutes making me realize I needed to write a review and maybe someone at Walgreens Pharmacy will send her to a customer service class because she clearly has Zero skills on that level. I love shopping here at this Walgreens. I can always find what I need and if I can't there is always someone there to help me. The staff is very friendly and personable. Their pharmacy might be a little busy but it is well worth the wait because the staff is amazing. They will go out of their way to help you and to save you money. read more

Usually when I go to Walgreens I go inside to pick up my prescription & the girl that greets me is always friendly & actually remembers my name. But today I was in a smidgen of a hurry so I went into the drive thru. Unfortunately it took the woman that was working today awhile to finally help me, fine whatever, it's busy. Anyways I ask for my prescription & I tell her my name & she says "Uhm I don't have anything ready for you.." & I said okay, that's fine. When I went to ask her when it would be ready she slammed down the phone & walked away..like excuse me fix your attitude. I wish I would've got her name so I could complain properly to management & I should've went inside after but like I said I was in a hurry.
