Pharmacy service is atrocious, wait times are horrible, i am regularly on hold for over an hour, for my monthly prescriptions, they are seldom filled on time, or even within a week, all stores are obviously understaffed. I will be permanently switching to Wegmans Pharmacy. read more

This Walgreen's is not bad, but it's not the most convenient to drive in and out of. :( In terms of size, they are quite big, with a photo center and pharmacy in the back (that has a drive-thru pick up), but every time I go, it seems like they are understaffed. I had to wait in line for a couple minutes because there was ONE employee managing the photo center, cashier, and organizing/stocking items. Also, one of the DIY-photo print machines did not read iPhones (tried both my husband and mine), and the other machine was occupied, so ended up not being able to print any of our photos. In general, the employees here have been nice... everything's just slow here! read more

Every time I have been to this location they have been nothing short of fantastic. Recently I needed a flu shot last minute for work. They were able to get me in short notice and were extremely accommodating. The pharmacy staff is amazing and extremely helpful. read more

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. Twice I've have tried the order online and curbside pickup at this location. First time I called the store after doing all the correct texting and waiting 15 minutes. I felt like I was doing something wrong by asking them to bring out my order. Today I tried the service again. After 20 minutes I went in and they were surprised when they looked at their order device that I had been waiting 22 minutes. Then to top it all off only half of my order had been filled so the $10 off of $30 coupon discount wasn't applied to my order. The items missing from my order were sitting on the shelf. Walgreens APP showed 6 on hand. When I ask them to add it to my order and provide the discount the manager "D" wouldn't/couldn't. I'm supposed to call corporate and sit on hold for ever to get my coupon back. This is not customer friendly service. I've used curbside pickup at other Walgreens with much better success. 0/2 at this location. I suggest they need to work on the process and management. In general when going to this location the check out line is also backed up and the cashiers tend to be very slow. read more

This pharmacy does NOT follow HIPPA privacy laws. I picked up several prescriptions today and the clerk allowed an obnoxious woman to walk right up beside me and start asking questions while I was picking up prescriptions. Not only is this rude, but it is a violation of Federal Law to have someone watching my private prescriptions. The clerk should have politely asked the woman to wait respectfully behind me. Most stores have a line and a sign posted so that the next person in line will wait 8 feet back so they are not violating my privacy. I will find a new drugstore, and so should you. read more

I go here out of location convenience, and the drive thru option. Just expect to never have your scripts ready!!!! Every time is "oh we just got the order" - BS - my order was placed 2days. And make sure all your scripts have been filled. A pharmacist who is no longer at this location made a decision not to fill one of my scripts, because they thought it was cheaper otc. Which would have been nice if 1. I was told before leaving,and then discovering in my bag it was missing 2. It was not cheaper. It was actually more. So that failed. I have since returned after the Person has left. They are under staffed and always busy as it is a prime location. I get it. It would be nice to just have my script ready for once instead of come back in 15-20 mins. Inside is usually slow. Maybe 1 person working the register and this poor man is slow as molasses. Other than that, nothing really special about this location. It is kept pretty tidy. read more

This pharmacy is an absolute circus. I've been getting my prescriptions filled here for over a year now. One in particular gets filled every 3 weeks (21 days) and is written uniquely by my prescribing medical professional to accommodate the frequent refill. Nearly every single time I've come to pick it up, I get some sort of struggle with a pharmacy tech over how my "prescription discount card" will not cover this for x number of more days. Let's say I've been a customer here for 60 weeks, that'd probably be accurate... In 20 visits they still cannot seem to ever get this right and I'm continuously inconvenienced when going to pick it up. On the latest pick up, I used the drive thru and literally had to ARGUE with the pharmacy tech, who by the way had been looking at an old prescription in their computer, that it is covered every 21 days and no my coverage didn't change, as she suggested. This happened on a Sunday evening and I was going to be out of town and unable to pick it up until the next day. I sent my mom to pick it up the next day since the lack of medication caused me a horrendous migraine and I just didn't feel like dealing with a stupid person and an argument again. The tech said "oh it went through because I submitted it for 21 days"... UM YES. That is what you should have and could have done from the start!!! I mean what the hell is with these people at the pharmacy here. I have about a million other complaints I could make about the customer service at this pharmacy but I'll stop now. Patient beware. I'm not sure they really know what they're doing here. read more

I've been coming to this Walgreens since it opened up nearly ten years ago and I could not be more satisfied with the customer service and care I have received from the pharmacy and its staff. The pharmacy manager , Michelle, works exceptionally hard to resolve any issues you may have. The staff go above and beyond for their customers including calling insurance providers and doctors and even family members. They also make getting a flu shot very easy. This place is a can't miss location. read more

Not happy. I ordered 1 hour photos for my grandpas 80th birthday party online. I needed these pictures ASAP, so I figured Walgreens was my go-to and best bet. I received a "thank you for your order" email notification with a pickup time after I placed it. Then, I received an email stating that my order had been processed and was ready for pick up (earlier than the given pick up time, so I was thrilled). When I got to the store, I was told that the photo machines are all down, and had been down for THREE days. I explained the rush and that I needed them, and they suggested I send them to another Walgreens instead. I told them phone was dead and was not able to send them to another Walgreens. They basically shrugged and gave me no other options. The fact that I was able to order them online, received notification of order being processed, AND notification that they were ready (not true), is likely not their fault, but the website itself for allowing me to place a photo order to begin with. I asked the woman to cancel the order, as I needed them that day, and she took down my information and said she would do that. Then, today, I received a "reminder" notification that my order hasn't been picked up yet and is waiting. Despite the fact that I don't NEED the order anymore as it is too late, and that she was supposed to cancel this order, I wouldn't be surprised if the photo machines are still down and my order is indeed not ready. read more

Used to like Walgreen's but after several horrible customer service issues and poor corporate response won't use Walgreen's any more whenever there is an alternative. What could have been minor problems relating to billing for online photo services at two local stores was not taken seriously by customer service so they have lost a great customer. Just a little courtesy goes a long way if you want to maintain customer support. Wake up customer relations! read more

The pharmacists are on some kind of power trip. They will cut you off while you're in the middle of explaining something. Majority of the time, they are unfriendly and even almost a bit hostile depending on who you get. Although a couple of the ladies are somewhat courteous and willing to help, most of them don't really know what to do so they're constantly having to go back and ask the pharmacist for help.
