This is hands down the worst Walgreens in the area. I made an appointment for a flu shot, only to show up and find that the pharmacy was completely closed with no medical professionals on site. There was no warning or notice about this, which was incredibly frustrating. I wasted my time and was left without any help. I definitely won't be coming back to this location. MAN F*CK THIS WALGREENS!!!!!!!!! I don't know what in the world they've got going on but i was having a bathroom emergency and they have the stupid codes. i try to go up to the front and ask for the code and they said "i'll call someone back there" BROOOOOO IM ABOUT TO URINATE ON MYSELF. then i had to WAIT for someone from from pharmacy to put in the code and he's walking slow and said "hi, how are you" i said "sir im sorry but im about to use the bathroom on myself ive waited 10 minutes please open the freaking door" (i started leaking) and he went to put the code in then freaking moved in front of me typing the f*cking numbers slow as fuck. i can't stand this type of sh*t and really they made me mad. never in my lifeeeeeeee have i experienced something like this. read more

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy I've used. First of all, they're only open from 9am to 6pm, which is inconvenient for anyone that works during the week. I can't wait a week to refill my prescriptions. Second of all, every time I go in to get a refill they tell me it will be 30 minutes. Then I come back hours later and it's not even been started. And when they aren't able to fill something they never contact you to let you know. You have to physically go back in. Don't even bother trying to call because they haven't answered the phone once in the months I've been using this pharmacy. My advice is to just go to ANY other pharmacy! read more

Prescription department always has a line. They are clearly understaffed. Available pharms and techs always busy, but never enough to serve customers. On several occasions they did not contact our doctor for needed refills, resulting in lack of needed meds. Went to photo department for passport photo. Picture taken with a green background, which government rejected--background must be white. Time and money wasted. They often have beggars approaching customers outside the store. Not enough sales associates. Often can't get basic questions answered--Where's the dental floss? If you sign up for auto Rx refills, they constantly call & text with sales promos. Intrusive. Taking my business to small neighborhood pharm. Sick of disappointments from Walgreens. read more

There are about four Walgreens within a few miles of my house but for some reason this one seems to be the least clean and well run. I've dropped by a few times because I was coming back from downtown, and have had experiences with unengaged staff and shabby-looking shelves and floors. They can do better. read more

The Staff here is very nice and definitely good folks...it's across from my job at Hayti Heritage Center so it's convenient if I need a quick drink, or a quick phone card or something like that....have also even got some food and amenities from this location as well...... read more

I attempted to use their drive through at 11:30, after our dentist called in a prescription at 9:30. After waiting almost twenty minutes in the pickup line, (at that point the driver in front of me and behind me had shut off their vehicles) we speak THROUGH THE GLASS, into the speaker to the pharmacist (?) to find out that the prescription is not ready. How is that possible? They had at least 2 hours, The Man behind the window literally yelled from the other side of the pharmacy to tell me the prescription was not ready. Not very good customer service. They told me the prescription would be ready by 3:00 p.m., but to call first to make sure. We call at 3:00 p.m., and we are put on hold for almost an hour before someone comes on line! Unbelievable! When they do get on the phone at 3:50, they say the prescription is STILL not ready! We call back to the dentist to see if the prescription can be taken to a different pharmacy. It is after 4:00p.m, and they close at 6. Very little faith they will come through. Miraculously, they call back to say it's ready, a little before 5:00. It's a 3 minute drive, and I get there at 5:04 p.m. I go to the drive through, and there are two cars ahead of me, with their cars shut off. Immediately, I recognize the scenario and after 4 minutes i decide to go inside. At this time, I see what the holdup was-there is an old employee there at the pharmacy drive through window, and they are having a reunion of sorts. Nice to see and visit with an old coworker, but NOT with a line of people out side. Check your cameras. As she is leaving, (I'm still at the counter, waiting for my prescription to be filled.) a small dispute occurs between the employees about who is and who is NOT to be in the pharmacy. Apparently, not an old coworker, and not the lady working the window. I finally get my prescription filled and I leave. This is NOT a good look, Walgreen. I recognize that everyone, everywhere is short staffed, but it's not acceptable for people to just "show up". You can at least acknowledge your customers, wait on your customers (visit w/your friend after you service the customer!) and ANSWER YOUR PHONES. I am giving you one star because the gentleman at the front of the store was very kind, as was the man that asked me for money as I walked out. I will make sure to let any family and friends know, this is NOT a pharmacy that cares for you. read more

Absolutely terrible experience with the pharmacy. I booked an appointment in advance for a vaccination. After driving 30+ minutes to this store I find that the pharmacy is closed for the day. I received no prior notification about my appointment. read more

Awful pharmacy, it usually takes a lot to write a bad review. After many times of this occurring there must be something off with the staff. No one should sit at the pharmacy window for 25 minutes and not be acknowledged. A simple nod, a look, a hand gesture would have been the nice thing to do. After sitting there for 15 min when another car drove up behind me I used the call button. The pharmacist responded that they will be with me in just a min. He said nothing of "we apologize for your wait, we have several customers etc..." whatever just anything. After another 10 min and I noticing even the car behind me was frustrated...I grabbed my credit card and insurance card and left. Ironically a week and half ago my husband and I also received similar service. A simple acknowledgment is golden, we all understand when you get busy. Unfortunately I will not be coming back and have requested my husband move all his medicines to my pharmacy. read more

Another Walgreens, but flawed by unresponsive staff. I don't mind them being busy but detest being ignored when standing at the pharmacy with printed prescriptions and valid insurance card in hand. They seemed much more interested in dealing with the non-stop drive through traffic than either of us standing inside. Someone please tell me the purpose of the triangular, about ankle high concrete pad near the entrance? We hit it coming and going, and imagine it held a sign at sometime. Lines are long and the workers are rude and incompetent. I refill prescriptions online and when I arrive to pick them up the next day they are never ready. The "fast pass" line is a joke and should exist. Each time I come there is a different set of people working behind the counter. So clearly they can't keep workers in this store read more

Location is great. Staff could have been friendlier/more polite. I went in to get a charging cable for my phone, and they only had the super expensive ones. When you go to CVS they have the plexiglass tubs of them at the front counter that you can just grab on your way out. Clean store. read more
