After waiting for more than a week for test results, I called and was told that the results were "pending" from Labcorp which could mean that they lost the sample. I asked if they would call Labcorp to find out and was told that they didn't have the phone number. I was invited back to repeat the process in hopes of getting an actual result. I can honestly say I have never spent less than an hour waiting in the drive thru (even if there is only one car) to find out they don't have the medication that they notified me was ready. They always do a partial fill because they never have enough medication to fill a regular prescription. You will literally spend 30 minutes at the window, every single time, when it is your turn. This Walgreens needs new management because it's an absolute mess. After three times of spending over an hour getting medication (once again, not in long lines) I'm switching to a CVS pharmacy. read more

I dropped off my disposable camera almost 2 weeks ago to get developed, and every time I call the store it is not only impossible to get in touch with the photo department, but I get different information every time. The last time (which was today) I called I was told that they JUST sent out the cameras to the developing company, even though it has been almost 2 weeks already, although I went into the store a few days ago and was told it would be just a few more days. The information is inconsistent and the employees are not helpful and somewhat rude. I would appreciate if when I call to check the status someone actually took the time to look up my name and see the status instead of giving me random information and making me wait weeks to receive my pictures. read more

I had a prescription put in on Thursday afternoon but since it was not urgent did not get to pick it up for 25 hours. Got to drive-up window and the girl mumbled something about it and disappeared. ten minutes later she comes back with nothing and tells me they will have to order it. I have been a regular customer for years, but apparently they not only didn't try to fill the scrip in that time but also didn't mention the problem. imhave now fixed the issue. Well, I've been coming to this Walgreens for my prescriptions since it opened, looks like it is time for somewhere new. I picked up my normal prescription, a 20mg dose. Checked the label and saw I was getting the correct med. Took it home and low and behold, when I looked in the bottle, it had both 10mg and 20mg pills inside. Went back to the pharmacy where they apologized but said "I can tell you how this happened...". They went on to explain that likely a prescription was returned to the shelf but put into the wrong bottle. Um, no, not okay. No excuses, this is not okay, ever. I am pretty sure they didn't write down what happened, or do anything to ensure it didn't happen again. I doubt they ever went back to the 20mg bottle to make sure there were no more 10mg pills in it. YIKES! read more

I stop into this Walgreens on occasion because it's on my way home from work, so it's good for a quick pop in to get whatever drug store item I need, be it band-aids, adhesive tape, whatever. It's good for that-they carry a lot of different stuff, both name brands and their own version, which is the same thing for much cheaper. The staff here is really mediocre, however. Every time I've been, they've acted like they would rather be anywhere else, and the customer interaction is at a bare minimum. It actually kind of makes it so it's a bummer to check out. So I guess if you're in the area and need something, it's worth a stop in to pick it up. It's just probably not the best regular stop. read more

They had a huge line at the pharmacy department. I was very understanding with that since I work in the customer service industry. When I went to pick up my prescription they told me that my insurance company denied my refill. I called my insurance company and they said they didn't do that. They called the Walgreens and they were told they are out of the medication I needed to pick up. Instead of telling me that Walgreens lied to me and made me call my insurance company, which takes a long time. Thanks for lying and wasting my time. I wish I had more drive through pharmacy options. If there is anyone in line, expect to wait at least 10 minutes for each person in front of you. This is ridiculous. And when you FINALLY get to the window, you're likely to have to experience a very rude (and probably overworked) pharmacist in the window. Seriously. They are abrasive. Be careful when you get your prescriptions here. Make sure they are billing your insurance instead of getting a discount from them. I was charged for prescriptions that my insurance was covering 100%. When I verified with my insurance they had never received a claim for the prescription I was paying out of pocket. Same thing with prescriptions I have a copay for, I only got some type of discount and ended up paying more out of pocket. when you go and ask why they didnt bill your insurance the response I got was that the prescription could not be taken back when I never even mentioned I was returning it. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This pharmacy takes the prescription tells you to return and when you do, says they don't have it. Mind you everywhere but the 24 hour pharmacy is closing at the time. I left a very important prescription with them on Friday and they said they'd need to order it, but would have it on Monday. I knew we were cutting it close, but thought we would be ok. Went to pick it up and the girl said I'd need to come back at 6 as it wasn't ready yet. I told her he was now out and needed it so she got another pharmacy assist who informed me they weren't even getting the medication in and flippantly told me to take it elsewhere. So now I may be having to bring him to an ER because he has to have it tonight. And we wonder why healthcare is so expensive. If pharmacies would just tell you immediately if they can or can't fill it, it would be helpful. read more

The woman pharmacist claimed the insurance said it was to early to fill the script then proceeded to tell me I should still have some of my last script left I wasn't aware that pharmacist were doctors or that they are allowed to get into someone's personal business unless asked. Maybe I don't know what the expectations are for customer service at a pharmacy, but I can compare to what it was a year ago.... back when the clerks used verbal communication rather than grunts & head nods which seems to be the current standard. I needed a mouth guard for night time grinding and after reading reviews on a specific item we decided, to go into this Walgreens as it's on our way home. Good news is I found the night guard. Bad news was that it is $3 more than online. Yes, to some of us. Even a dollar is a lot. I find a manager and ask if they could price match with their online site. Was asked if they deliver and if so then it'd be better to buy online. But they wouldn't price match. So me being a tired pissed off customer, we decide to leave, and on the way out I state to my husband rhat, "let's go to Walmart as I know they will price match practically anything." In front of the manager. He didn't seem to care. So word to the wise, don't try to price match them as apparently its now a new rule for the company. read more

This is the worst Walgreens I've ever been to. The pharmacy staff lies on the phone. I called my prescription in urgently needing to get home to my friend who had just gotten out of surgery. They said it would be ready in 45 minutes on the phone. I got in, and they said they hadn't even filled it, and it would be another 20 minutes. I said that was ridiculous, I called it in, and her excuse was "20 minutes isn't that long". I was taken aback. I will never be back to Walgreens. read more

Price Gouging Prescriptions. Don't get prescriptions here. We needed a med for our kiddo and was first quoted 120$. When I said I couldn't afford that, the pharmacist said, I can get it for you for $60. What is this, horse trading for medications? We went to Costco and got it for 30$ with no membership. In any other industry, you would be shut down for price gouging. read more
