Typical CVS in a small strip mall area. This review is more about the self checkout kiosks they and…read moreall the other CVS places seem to have. I never have any luck with them and always wind up walking away from the kiosk and going to the cashier. This time i I t asked about bags and I noted that I would use my own. Then it says out my bag on the rack next to the scanner. I do but it keeps repeating this no matter what I do. Then it says wait for assistance and I cannot change it. So after looking at the two cashiers helping other customers I walked away and got in the cashier line. While waiting I watched one of the cashiers try and reset the kiosk. They kept having problems getting it to reset. Kallie I could think of was why doesn't CVS upgrade their systems like all the other stores so people can use them more.

One of the two…read moreassociates at the front counter told me that each package needed an individual tracking number. The other seemed completely unaware of how to interpret the shipping label at all. I informed them the labels were generated on the FedEx website and were correct and that I had made similar shipments in the past without issue from that location. The first associate rudely responded that I needed to leave with my packages and find another location. I left and traveled to the FedEx full service location in Northford Ct. There, they informed me that everything was in order, handed me a receipt and wished me a good day! I recommend avoiding this Walgreens for shipping FedEx packages.
