But this store kept me off balance, as I couldn't see across the store. Parking lot was a little disappointment. There is a large lot with plenty of parking, but shipping carts were all over the place. This made parking a little harder as we had to find unobstructed ones. I left a voicemail no one called so I called the pharmacy the next day, it ended up the driver claimed he pounded on my door then shoved them in the mailbox and didn't tell anyone to alert me. I was suffering all night and little did I know the flipping pills were outside and one of them is a controlled substance if someone stole it I prob couldn't get replacement. The other seemed completely unaware of how to interpret the shipping label at all. I informed them the labels were generated on the FedEx website and were correct and that I had made similar shipments in the past without issue from that location. The first associate rudely responded that I needed to leave with my packages and find another location. I left and traveled to the FedEx full service location in Northford Ct. There, they informed me that everything was in order, handed me a receipt and wished me a good day! I recommend avoiding this Walgreens for shipping FedEx packages. It's worth an extra few minutes of driving to find knowledgeable friendly service.

I waited for the technician to send me my prescription. I chose the outer lane because someone else was in the other lane. When it was my turn he asked me to back up and get into the other lane so that it would be easier. So I did. I was in and out of the drive-through lane within just a few minutes without any issues. Thanks to the team for helping out to get my medicine today. Thank you. It would be good ti have a sign for what to send through the transport chute to make it easier on both parties.
