Pharmacy is rude and all products in store are over priced as with every cvs. Lame call to talk to pharmacy and let them know you have questions about a couple things just to be hung up on before the first thing is even figured out. I'm not sure why the pharmacy staff here ( pharmacist included ) are so miserable all the time, but I've honestly never experienced such hostile interactions in my life. I literally haven't had a positive experience here in years. And judging from other reviews on various sites, I'm not alone in that. I literally just watched the pharmacist roll their eyes at me when I told her I currently can't walk into the store (as they requested) as I'm healing from surgery. I get that working with the public sucks, but that's not your customer's fault. I don't want to interact with anyone either. Lol. Prescriptions aren't ready when I arrive even though the app or calls I get say they are. I've had prescriptions be wrong multiple times as well. But the worst part of all of it is how rude the staff is every single time. I have no idea how this is acceptable to their employer. If I were rude to my clients, I'd have no job. If you hate your job or working with the public that much, maybe try another job field? read more

It's open 24 hours which is a huge plus. Other than that, it's just your average CVS. This is the place to go if you're going to develop pictures from your digital camera. They don't have a fancy area for the machines but they don't crash like at the other location or at WalMart. The employees can be hit or miss but the supervisors aren't as rude here like the ones at the Franklin St. location. It may just be me but I always feel like I drop a lot of money here but head home with not much. The coupons they offer suck but sometimes I can score some Extra Bucks on something decent. read more

Told 15 mins for a prescription. 35 mins later I'm watching a bunch of miserable and very disinterested "pharmacists" not really doing much of anything to expedite my order. Go to the counter, this is how the conversation goes: "Me: Hi I was told about fifteen minutes and it's over 30 and my prescription still isn't ready." Employee: "Yup. It's not ready." No explanation, no "we'll try and get it moving for you." Not even a smile and an apology. Just a flat "Yup. It's not ready." Might as well just tell me to get lost I'm bothering you. recommend CVS Pharmacy. Jan 11, 2020, 1:21 AM They could start by being friendly and honest. Gave me a wrong script that was supposed to be different yet labeled it as the right one. Wasn't until I got home that I realized. Drove right back and they made me feel like I was trying to double up yet gave them the pills they gave me. 1 or 2 things happened. I just filled an Rx. When I stepped up to the counter, three "pharmacists" ignored me while they chatted away. No hello, no nothing. When one walked over she was utterly unfriendly. No eye contact, rude tone. She treated me like I was bothering her. This is the way with 90% of the "pharmacists" that work there. I don't know if these people are let down by the reality of their job after working hard to get there, but they all seem bitter and angry. read more

This CVS is near my Mom's so we stop in when I am in town. Usually I have my coupons on the app and am looking for specific things. I have never had prescriptions here so I can't really speak to that. The staff is not like outstanding/excellent in my experience BUT they have been friendly and pretty efficient. The extra-care people claim I have saved $110 dollars so far this year. I really don't want to think what I had to spend to reach that grand distinction. CVS forever-Walgreens/Duane Reade. Went to buy some pregnancy tests. I bought 3 boxes because I mean... I wanna be sure you know? So I brought my items to the pharmacist counter and the lady just stands there and looks at me funny. I felt very uncomfortable, like I was being judged. She says "Are you sure you want to buy all of these?" I said "Yes, I want to be sure." And she told me it was a waste of my money. I think it's more than worth it and I told her that! So rude and uncalled for. I never asked for her opinion on my purchases. It is not her place at all. I'm not too sure what's going on at this CVS. But I have problems there too often. Just yesterday my Doctor called in a script, it wasn't ready when I got to the store, no problem. "Please take a seat, it'll be right up." I sat there watching people come and go, listening to the pharmacist calling out names. I'd better go check, they put it in the drive thru section of finished scripts. It says "Promised" right on it. Is it really that hard? read more

Very rude pharmacist, announced meds out loud in front of the line. Always a long wait, meds are never ready even when called 1 day in advance. Will be switching to Rite Aid or Stop and shop for my family prescriptions. read more
