Nice and friendly store. I come here all the time. Staff is friendly and helpful. The pharmacy has been very helpful. When filling out my daughter's prescription they were very accommodating going over with me the different flavors available as she will not take the bubblegum flavor medicine. I've been to the minute clinic here once and although everything was ok I will not come anymore unless I'm a pinch because it is out of my network and it gets expensive with each visit. read more

Employees at this location are awful. Rude, condescending and clearly not skilled in interactions with the public. Pharmacy is the worst. Treat customers like misbehaving children. read more

Staff is friendly, store doesn't have as great of a selection as other locations I have been to in the area. I like that they have public restrooms, but the layout could be more "open" to make navigating the store easier. read more

The store itself is lovely and the staff are helpful. Then you go to the pharmacy... First, how dare you expect them to serve you? It's not their fault you need help. Walking into this store, please check your privilege, as you should not expect to be catered to by the pharmacy staff. Nor will you be acknowledged, spoken to, or treated with respect. Remember, YOU are bothering them! Just so were clear on the rules, I'm going to use my most recent visit as an example: I needed to ask the pharmacy what the trade name of a drug is, since I could easily get it over the counter. They seemed busy, so I waited at drop off. And waited and drop off. And waited at drop off. I understand people are busy, but the man at drop off didn't even say "hang on a minute". Thinking to myself, he must be busy, I asked the head pharmacist if he could answer my question. He listened to me, then said "just go ask the guy at drop off" and he walked away. So back to drop off I went. A minute or so passed, and finally I must have now become visible to the man at that desk. He looked up from his computer, sorta glared at me, told me my information was wrong (it wasn't) and then kinda flapped the paper at me as to indicate I was supposed to follow him. Once there, he passed me off to an employee on the floor, and back he went to his desk. Don't make customers feel like they're in the wrong for needing help. Or, don't avail yourself to customers only to act put out by their needs. read more

I have no problems with the pharmacy, but the woman at the register in the front is incredibly rude. She was ringing a customer and told me to use self-check-out. Since i had two gift cards I decided to wait. She insisted I use the self check-out, just "don't put the cards on the left or it will ruin the magnetic strip." I decided to wait as she was nearly finished with the other customers. When she sighed and said, to the people in front of her," I guess new things are scary," I walked out. read more

I wish I could leave zero stars. After 2.25 hours this pharmacy had STILL not filled an emergency prescription for asthma. Then with two minutes until closing replied, "Sorry, we're closing. Come back tomorrow" with my husband STANDING there waiting. THIS pharmacy has just lost, not only my business, but the business of our entire family. Think I'll be switching pharmacies too. Told me I had a 90 day supply. I did not. Doctor and CIGNA tried calling and each time cvs overrides it and tells me I am not yet due for Rx. So they assume the customer is wrong. Now a week without my Rx which is a recurring Rx. Will be like starting all over with my care. I was told I could pick up a temporary supply out of my own pocket but I have to save for my inhaler Rx that I need for breathing. They have different pharmacists there every day. I'm concerned with the quality of customer care. read more

Unfortunately, routinely getting the East Hampton pharmacy staff to help renew a prescription has become very annoying. The staff does as minimal as possible. My Dr's office has confirmed several times they have put through a prescription renewal, only to have the CVS Pharmacy staff say they received nothing. We have called or stopped into CVS on 5 occasions over 2 weeks since placing the order. I asked the Pharmacy Staff a week ago to CALL MY Doctor on the phone to figure out what the issue is and they said they would, but they have not contacted my Dr other than their silly online faxes (which obviously aren't working). They said they would actually call a week ago, with 2 members of staff right there. Still nothing 5 days later, and my Dr's office confirmed they responded electronically over a week ago, but we never called by CVS & I call CVS again today and they cannot even confirm they called or attempted, nor will call now. I've been waiting for 2 weeks now to get this prescription renewal filled and this staff won't make the extra effort to help. Lazy and Unprofessional... Choose another Pharmacy. And to top it off, I am a CVS Employee. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service at any pharmacy we have ever used. These people have no understanding of customer service whatsoever. They are rude, impatient and short tempered. There always seems to be some issue with every prescription and they never get it right the first (or second plus) time. Trying to speak to the pharmacy over the phone is like trying to call your computer service, endless messages, options and recordings. Our company requires its employees to use CVS but I will say this as honestly as possible, Walgreens and Rite Aid (prior) were head and shoulders above CVS. The CVS pharmacy people should be on the other side of that window and experience what us customers go through dealing with them. Then they just might have a better approach. If I could give them zero stars as others here have stated, believe me, they would earn it! read more

They consistently claim by phone or by text that your script is ready and it is often not. I'm changing Pharmacies as I get told my script "has to be reordered by my Doc and they haven't received the confirmation as yet", and when you show them you have refills left on the script, you are told it's an error. read more
