I turned in a roll of film two Saturdays ago, it is now Sunday two weeks later and it is still not ready. pros... had to go here right before they were closing a while back for some talcum powder and anti-hystamine pills. had been suffering with hives for the past couple of months and the one thing which takes the edge off the itching is talcum powder. and when i am really itchy the benadryl too. anyways to my surprise the girl at the door let us in even though they were about to close in about 5 minutes. the store was organized and we had a lot of help from the workers, probably cause they really wanted to close up shop. we got a couple other odds and ends, and were in and out of there in about 6 minutes. the cashier was super fast, possibly cause she really wanted us to get the hell out of there. but we didn't really feel super rushed at all. either way glad that they let us in when they did, or else i would have died as one big red, puffy, itchy hive. cons... they were out of stock with benadryl so had to go generic. but of course it still worked, it was just a pain to get those tiny little pills out of their packaging. especially when you are super itchy! not walgren's fault for the packaging, oh no, wait it was, it was their product. read more

As soon as I walked in, the place was so neat, colorful, and clean! Every time I passed by an employee, they greeted me so genuinely. Even when one employee was busy, there was always another close and available. I came for one item and I spent a good 5 min in there, but it was 5 min that encourages a great day. read more

The drive thru pharmacy staff is terrible. They are rude and just walk away and you're not sure where they are going or what you're supposed to do. The drive thru is supposed to be time efficient but is the exact opposite due to incompetence and poor customer service. They wouldn't fill my antibiotic because they thought it was a narcotic and wanted it on a different prescription pad. After getting discharged from the hospital this is not what a person needs when trying to get their meds. I have never ever had such a bad experience with a pharmacy. Definitely will be finding a new place to get my refills. read more

I have mixed feeling about this store. My first experience was not that great. I bought some over the counter meds. I usually check expiration dates before I purchase anything, but go figure, the one time that I didn't check, and the expiration date said it was going to expire on the same month and year of my purchase! Needless to say, I had to make another trip to return the item. When I told the lady at the checkout counter what happened, she didn't hassle me about it, and in fact did apologize for the inconvenience. When I went to look for a replacement, all they had on the shelves were two bottles. One was also had the same expiration date, and the other was fine. The second one was good for a year. So I grabbed both bottles and took them to the counter to show the cashier that I had found another expired bottle. Geez! Any store that has "pharmacy " in the title, shouldn't be selling expired drugs, whether they're over the counter or not! Customers shouldn't have to be doing their inventory for them. Know what's in your own store! On the flip side, I like that most of the cashiers greet customers as they walk into the store. Plus, sometimes you can get pretty good deals on sale items with their in-store coupons. For this reason, I rate this pharmacy a 3 out of 5 stars. read more

Every time I have called the pharmacy to ask a question about my prescription I have to go through "0" to get someone on the phone. Once I get a live person they have poor customer service and give me wrong information! Very frustrating so I switched to CVS. Night and Day! read more

I just moved into this area. I saw that this pharmacy's hours are until midnight. However, when I called to see if I could have my 6 year old son's antibiotic prescription sent here from urgent care ( it's 7:21pm- Sun). The voicemail message states they were closed! How deceptive to see in their advertisement that they are open "now" and close at midnight. I definitely will not consider them as an option for my preferred pharmacy! read more

They never know their sales and I have notice that they take down tags when they don't want to deal with a sale. If it's not on sale, it's too expensive to shop there especially when Walmart is next to it. Even the manager doesn't know his store's sales! read more

The line for pharmacy can sometimes take a while but they're super nice over there. Place is clean. It doesn't take long when you're waiting to have your pictures printed out for your passport (it's cheaper at Walmart.) read more

I came to purchase one item. When I walked up to the counter, the cashier said nothing to me. She scanned my item. Asked if I needed a bag, I told her I did not need one. When my transaction was completed, she started to talk to another clerk. Not a thank you for coming in or anything. I dropped I'm at this Walgreens because I was on my way home. OK so this review is about a staff member who works in this store. have been coming here since I purchased my home in 2008. I know all of the staff at this location who always greet me when I walk in and are always pleasant. Walmart is right there but I choose to spend my money where people take the extra step. Anyway, my first encounter with this woman (short Hispanic older lady, light skin) I was there to buy coffee and when I got in my car, my mother in law says I cannot drink instant coffee, could you exchange it for ground coffee. I went back into the store to do and exchange and that woman told me to get back in line. I agreed since there were other people already in line. No problem. I finally get to the front of the line and she tells me that she doesn't know how to do an exchange so I have to go to photo. I asked here why she said I should get back in line if she could not help me?She rolled her eyes and pointed to the photo area. The manager in photo assisted me. Friday night, I am back in Walgreens to buy cigarettes for my mother in law. When I walked in, there was no one in line. There are two girls walking down the aisle but were not in line. They were still gathering their purchases while walking towards the line. I step right up to the cashier and she looks at me then looks at the girls approaching and says they were here first. That was it. I went off on her. I will be following up with corporate on this employee who is always rude. read more

The "manager" clearly doesn't give a shit about much. The fact that she comes to work looking like she dose is alarming. At first I thought she might have been having a bad day but everyday she looks CRAZY! On top of looking crazy she is rude, slow moving and can barley ever be found. Walgreens carries exclusive toys called funko pops. My kid been looking for a particular marvel character. Called all week to check on shipment. Was told it arrives Thursday. Called Thursday morning was told to call at 9pm. Called Thursday at 9pm then was told shipment so big we haven't put it out yet. Call tommorrow Friday around noon. Called at noon was told shipment still not out on floor. Call us at 9pm we should have all toys out by then. Called at 830pm. Employees answers the phone and says it "yeah we put them out and an EMPLOYEE BOUGHT THEM ALL!!!" So they strung us along for few days so an employee can buy all of then re sale them on eBay for 3 times the price. This is horrible practice. What's the point of offering a limited product when employees buy them all to just sell them on eBay. I hope the store manager reads this and maybe considers his customers and put a store action plan in place were customers are 1st. But who am I kidding nothing gonna change. Jerks. read more

Slowest pharmacy in the world. I've never been out of here is less than 15 minutes. Minimum 5 minute wait and that's when nobody is in line. Both walk up and drive thru are horrible.. Just now I've been waiting for 10 minutes at the drive thru window. I can see at least 3 workers inside and no customers waiting at the walk up window. Time to switch to CVS. read more

This used to be my favorite neighborhood pharmacy until I met this new pharmacist today. Cold, condescending, rude! She has chinky eyes and straight hair. Very annoying! Did not even apologize for making a customer wait while she talks to another employee in her face. Then blabbers about regulations & rules. rude service after long day at work. i needed help in the beauty/hair department but no body was found! just other customers. unbelieveable service that was given to me this evening. too many customers backed up the one register and when backup was called, the other customer sales rep" Javier" was in no mood to help! im a tall senora and from afar i could see him walking around the beauty aisle, taking his precious time coming to the main registers! there were no body else around him from the beauty aisle to help?. he needs to get his attitude check becase the other cashiers seem to be open to assist. i dreaded to get rang up by him. as i went in line, he did not even bother checking the IDs of what seem to look like to be teenageres buying tabacco products! imagine if that was your hijos/children! i proceed after the teenagers and the boy javier did not even bother saying thank you for the wait or a hi how are you today. so much for ""customer service"! itried calling the hotline number on the bottom of my reciept but the automatic messenger asked for my house hold income? why does they need that information if im callin about the service today??? 0 stars if i could. read more
