Would give 0 stars if possible. They ruined my Christmas card pictures and the manager did not give two cents. She was rude and inconsiderate. She told me they print their 4x4 pics on 4x6 paper (with a giant extra white space) and if I didn't like it, I needed to take it up with corporate. No apologies at all, just go deal with it myself. Agree with a lot of the other reviewers about this Walgreens. Staff isn't the nicest, they ran out of stock on a lot of products, and it wasn't the cleanest place in the world. Customer service is bad, but not the worse. If you need something really quick, then it's an okay store. If you have time though, definitely go down the street since there's so many other options to shop. read more

Horrible place of business. Called ahead to see if they have propane tanks in stock to exchange, they said yes. Came in ten minutes later, bought an exchange. Waited a few minutes after the counter guy called for someone to do the exchange. Waited five more minutes when he called again. This time they said "oh we're out". I stated I just called in, then they told me they sold the last one. In ten minutes? No way. Asked for a refund, told them they're either lying or lazy, take the whole order back, and they tried telling me I couldn't refund the snack cake I bought for my kids. Told them they better find away. I guess what was a manager came up after I wasnt budging, found away to refund. A customer behind me asked if they got a key for the second locker of propane yet, they said no. So now you're telling me someone in management can't figure out how to cut a padlock and replace it so they can make sales? Just a horrible business. read more

These folks are not the easiest to deal with. The facial expression and tone do not seem very welcoming. Think if you are in a customer service environment, treat the folks in front of you different. If customer service is not your cup of tea then seek something that doesn't have a customer facing environment. read more

In short, nice and helpful people work up front and throughout most of the store. But we gave up on the pharmacy a couple of years ago because it was so consistently a cluster. It was always slow and people were rarely friendly. The rest of the store is fine, really. It's a Walgreens. It has what most other Walgreens has. It's consistent with the chain and what you'd expect. It's a good go-to convenience store for me, and I like their store-brand medicines and supplements (especially Wal-Born instead of the name-brand Airborne when I need to load up on vitamin C). They do vaccines and flu shots, too, which I find very handy. For some reason, I tend to like Walgreens more than CVS, but I'm not sure why... they're pretty much the same... read more

The most disrespectful Walgreens I've ever visited. The people in the pharmacy could care less how long you wait if you are Black. The old white lady in the pharmacy is a inconsiderate piece of shit. She knew I was at the register needing help but acted like she didn't see me and continued to put items on the shelf. Once she came to the counter she was very short and disrespectful. Once my transaction was completed she went to the drive thru and greeted the white lady with a cheerful and enthusiastic greeting. Customer service is terrible; directly the manager of this establishment. Just came in to this store to pick up some chapstick. 5 person line held up by one customer. Assistance was called upon over speaker. Manager came to the front, somewhat slow, and proceeded past the registers and went outside. He came in after a minute went to one register and said, "Can I help the next customer?" Two young guys that had just stepped up to the back of the long line jumped right up to the first spot in the new line, despite 3 other people and myself had been waiting there longer. I had then spoke up and said, "Oh the NEXT customers?" I only received a look from the manager, like [Oh well]. Dropped my chapstick and left. Terrible, and on Christmas Day. read more

I had a webMd coupon for a pharmacy prescription that showed the price of my prescription would be$9.41. When I asked the pharmacist to ring up my order using the coupon she said that it was actually going to be over $90. I asked how could that be since the coupon specifically said it was for the same product and that it was valid at Walgreens. She said that is just the way it is. I'm suspecting that they just did not want to honor the deal. I will never be back to Walgreens since there is always a CVS close by. read more

The place is awesome for quick shopping, but horrible for filling prescriptions, and hour wait means three or more hours, that has happened to me atleast four times! I still will be returning because its right by my house but not to the pharmacy. read more

They said my prescription was ready - I got there the next day and it was still not ready. They said to give them a few hours - so I waited until the next day and then they told me they were out of the medication and they probably wouldn't have it for 2 weeks. They are so disorganized. I have not had a good experience with one person at this pharmacy. They are all extremely rude. When I first started going to the pharmacy my husband would go to pick up my inhaler monthly. After a few months I just happened to look at the receipt and noticed I was be charged way more than I should. I called the pharmacy and had to fight with them to even have someone look into it. Turns out they were charging the goodrx price even though they had my insurance. I was being charged over $30 more every month. They only refunded me for one month, even though it was for several. I have also had them tell me my inhaler was not covered and they had to call my insurance. They told me "i don't know what to tell you, it's your insurances fault. I can't do anything to help you" so I asked to speak with the supervisor. The supervisor got on the phone to tell me there was no issue and my inhaler would be ready in an hour. Which isn't not an issue that the original guy was wrong about the insurance, what kills me is that he used his energy to be extremely rude to me instead of trying to figure what could be causing this. Lastly today, I called to check what generic they had for my medication. The generic I had last month gave me bad side effects. When I asked the lady on the phone she was quick to cut me off and tell me the generic of another type of medication. After explaining again she looked up the information and told me the other had the same generic has the previous month. I told her that was fine I would need to get it switch to somewhere else. She said "well all the other pharmacies are gonna have the same things as us, plus it's already here so there is nothing we can do." Then she told me she would call me back. I asked why I would need to be called back if the prescription was not the one I needed. She told me she was in the middle of something and had my number and hung up the phone. I called another Walgreens and they told me the had the brand I was wanting and that my doctor could switch it to them for me. Which the lady here made it seem as though I was stuck with that. I got a call back from the lady at this pharmacy and when I answered the phone she AGAIN very rudely goes "we have the other brand, are you coming to get it or not?" No greeting or anything just immediately rude. I had to ask the exact brand for her to even tell me that. Once she told me the brand she then asked again "are you coming or not?" I told her I would come and asked when it would be ready. She told me "now" and then quickly hung up the phone. I am extremely displeased with the service here, as everyone just seems so miserable all the time. This has been an ongoing issue for over a year now. Either the management doesn't know what's going on or they don't care which is sad. It takes a lot more time and energy to be rude to your customers then to just be friendly and listen. I have never had issues like this at other Walgreens or other pharmacies in general. Something needs to change here. read more

I went to buy few things and on the way to check out at the cash reguster today , there was petite Latino lady with bleached hair and red lipstick in her 40 s . She apeared to have social anxiety : calling me Mam like 10 times , moving franticky , then she started to look at my credit card window hurrying me up,where I needed to put my password , saying : " remove your card already ". I was the only one there . Bad costumer service . She seemed like did t want to be there . If I come back again and get her being rude again - I will have to switch my pharmacy and other small buys yo another store. read more

The short hair lady was rude. Went there to take a picture as an electronic version for my online submission and came back disappointed. The guy didn't know how to take a pic and what the standards are for passport size. The short hair lady was rude and an expert in arguing. She edited my pic to remove shadow, printed, scanned and saved the SCANNED copy in a CD. Moreover, she claimed that the pic will be accepted. Unfortunately, the size of image was over the acceptable size. Could not get my work done but hope she improves on her customer service and technical knowledge. read more

Good drugstore and the people working in the pharmacy are really nice.

I've been getting my prescriptions filled at this particular Walgreens for probably 10 years or more now. The staff makes this Walgreen's awesome. The pharmacists know me by face/name, and they acknowledge me when I drive up or walk up. I never have trouble with getting scripts filled. On an occasion, I may have to wait a day or two, but the staff always follows up with me to notify me when my meds will be ready for pick up. I tried a nearby Walgreens that's closer to my house, but it was a bust. The store was too busy, very shorthanded, unfriendly pharmacy staff and worst of all, had administrative issues with prescription transfers. This is my go-to, and will remain so even though it's a 20-minute round trip out of my way. It's worth it. read more

This is a great store. The pharmacy is Excellent. Another reviewer (12/15/2010) gave a bad review for the pharmacy but I think he mistakenly reviewed the wrong store. He lives in The Colony, miles away from this location, but he said he would return to the store because it was right by his house. This location is not near his house. The staff at this store is excellent. The store always has the items I want. They also have great sales and I love the Bonus Rewards program. read more
