After spending hundreds of dollars here over the last couple years, I bought UV lamp eight months ago and already it does not work. I called my local store and told them that I did not expect a full refund at all but some sort of credit or discount would be appreciated so I could purchase a new one, seeing as they sold me a product that stopped working in less than one year The manager told me that to receive a discount I could come in on Tuesdays or leave a review lol I then called one of the bigger locations and the information was relayed to the "owners" apparently. The "owners" spewed the same information that since it was over eight months old that they cannot even offer me a 20% discount Surely, if you're an independently owned business, you can make exceptions, but it's clear that they just want to sell you faulty products and retain as much money as they can. I try to support small businesses as much as possible, seeing as I have my own small business and would rectify a faulty product even eight months after it was damaged-that's just me personally. I will no longer be shopping here and will just continue to get my products from Temu, which is where I see all of their products listed anyways Maybe if I do return, this review will still allow me to get 10% off read more

This is the hidden gem that I generally only let my favorite people know about. I am a frequent member of the nail supply. If you a nail technician or just someone who loves to do their nails themselves this is the place for you. They have everything you would ever need to start your own nail company. The prices are affordable and great. They also have an online store that will ship all over the world. Sign up for the rewards program to get additional discounts. The only downside to this location would be the parking and location placement. Be advised this store will be behind the ATV store on the corner. Definitely bias and not keeping strict regulations for COVID-19. Say they are keeping up to 9 clients only, but kick clients out who had been there before reaching the max and letting newer clients stay. Also definitely not enforcing distancing rules. If you are licensed, they have a couple of stuff worth the price (mainly small accessories for nails). However, you can find a lot of stuff for a lower price elsewhere. If you are looking for a permanent consistent place to shop, this is not it as many acrylic powders are out of stock. If you are not licensed in the state of Texas, this place does not check for a license so feel free to come here and shop to your liking! Good if you can't wait for an online shipment. I'm visiting from Seattle, which is a nail supply store desert. I ended up yelping this place and surprisingly found no reviews outside of Google, which is why I'm writing one. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by tons of products, as well as the cashier; and they were both very pleasant. Things you can find here include: acrylic and gel systems and accessories (including powder, monomer, builder gel, bulk files and manicuring tools, e-files, a few name brands like Mia Secret and EZ Flow), all the nail art and color/mixed powder one could ask for (including water and sticker decals, fimo, specialty glitters, clusters, and amazingly priced Swarovski and other brand crystals), a huge selection of gel polishes from a few different brands (less name brands, but very good prices $$4.99-$10.99 for the most part), regular polish selection isn't so big but color club is all I really use anyway for $3.49, sanitation supplies such as barbicide and alcohol in large volumes, as well as spa and wax items. This place is really a gem I would have spent more if I could take it all on the plane with me. They have an online shop as well so thankfully I won't have to come out here every time I need to re-up. I went to NSG on Friday 9/23/22 and was a kid in a candy store! I could literally last hours in this place! Looking at all the nail jewelry, all the colors, the glitters ugh, the options were endless! They were out of a lot of colors but I mean can you blame them?! Absolutely not! Not only did I come in and but a crap load of stuff but I returned 2 days later... and I'm placing an order online as we speak! Listen I'm not saying you should do the same but ummm.... You should! Okay anyways back to the review. SERVICE 10/10 the ladies were attentive each and everyone of them! I had a load of questions and they answered every single one. Very respectful, very kind, they suggested a few things and even recommended near by restaurant. I love that they didn't mind leaving the counter to come and help. They are very hands on. 1st I've heard about NSG through a youtube influencer. Tried to order online for in store pickup sometime yesterday ended up not working called the store and a friendly gentleman answered and his customer service was amazing he reassured me that he would refund me my money if any had ended up being taken out. I'm writing a review because I'm surprised there weren't many other ones already. I know there are non pros like me looking for pro products just to do their own nails. They have a ton of stuff here. Whatever you need that you can't find any Sally's will be here. You do not need a license. They were helpful and explained how to use some things when I had a question. Tons of dipping powders, good kiara sky and revel selection. Prices were on par or less than what I would pay online. I prefer looking at the colors etc in person though. So far this is my favorite of the nail supply places I have visited. I came close to closing time (I didn't know they were closing early for a holiday) but they never rushed me at all. I just recently moved to Fort Worth, Texas from Los Angeles, California. I am a licensed manicurist in both states and was desperately looking for a nail supply store in the Dallas, Texas area. I was super excited to come across their page on Instagram. That same weekend I made a trip to their location. Sadly, I was disappointed because 1) they don't have as many options/brand selections and 2) they're staff was very unprofessional and rude. While I was putting a bunch of nail tips in my basket, I accidentally dropped a box of tips causing the lid to open and the nail tips to fall out. As a customer, I did my part and picked up the box and whatever tips I could have and put it on the shelve. Like 10 mins later, I'm picking up gel colors right in front of the cash register and I hear these girls talking shit about me very loudly. It was almost like they were purposely trying to get a reaction out of me. I just kept my mouth shut and put back all the gel colors I had chosen and proceeded to go through my basket and remove all the products I did not NEED to absolutely have. I will not support a business who's employees instigate conflict with their customers. Also, they made a comment that last time that happened, so and so "just charged them for the tips without the customer even knowing." Those where their exact words. I'm sorry, but you have no right to charge a customer something without their knowledge. If that is your policy, by all means let it be known and I will gladly pay for any damaged goods due to my part. I will not be going back. I rather pay for shipping and save myself that drove than be disrespected as a consumer. read more

So glad I found this little gem. A coworker introduced me to dip and of course, along the way supplies are needed. Before that I spent hundreds in manicures and color that just chipped after a week.I live Downtown and was fed up going from one nail supply to another just to walk out empty handed. Took the address from a coworker an to HH I went. Hard to find at first as it's in the back of a small strip. But good grief they have everything I needed plus more. I don't bling my nails but if you do, this is the place for you. I used to use Revell and they discontinued it. Glad they did because they now have their own line of products. The finishing gel is amazing and does not get thick and unusable. The place is a little cluttered but who cares? The girls are always nice and friendly, especially the cashier. I always have a great conversation with her and end up with a good laugh. I tell you what, I work corporate as an executive and my nails are always in conservative neutral colors. I joke at work that one day I am going to walk on the wild side for a change; get a Harley Davidson and start a brawl at a bar. It's a nail supply store on the discount warehouse area of Harry Hines. You can come and get supplies for nails. The problem is they dont always have products you need. Especially acrylic powders, the shelves are always bare. Now before they said they were getting a large warehouse to stock products. It doesn't appear that happened. Its disappointing to go to this store and cant get what you actually need. NSG ensure you keep products stocked, its ridiculous you dont have the stuff most people come for. Some of this stuff is higher than Amazon so its better to get it from there in some cases. read more
