I scheduled an appt. for my teenager to get her first Covid vaccine and waited 10 minutes at the check in window. There must have been 20 people waiting in the pick up pharmacy line and others as well all clustered together some with masks some without. Finally a worker asks why I was there and I told them I had an Appt. and was told the Pharmacist was going to lunch and I had to wait 45 minutes! Who treats people like this? I walked out and will never return to Walgreens again if this is how you people run your store. Rite Aid doesn't do this. I have Appts. where I work and I always take patients on time and treat them with respect. To the pharmacist at Calimesa Walgreens you are rude, unprofessional and a loser!! read more

The absolute worst trying to get a prescription filled is almost impossible here. Nobody picks up the phone. After being on hold for over 30 mins someone picks up and hangs up. I'm never going to give my business to this lousy corporation. This isn't the first time either. I'm done. read more

One of the worst experiences I've ever had in regards to any business. Staff super unfriendly and unhelpful. The day manager is completely incompetent and has no idea how to run a pharmacy. I hate CVS with a passion but this Walgreens let me suffer in pain only because they are terrible at their job. read more

I've received nothing but excellent service from this Walgreens. All of the staff there are very friendly and helpful. Anytime there's an issue with my prescriptions they are right on it to get it resolved. read more

I had an encounter with an employee at the pharmacy who conducted herself unprofessionally. Her name is Goo C. I came to pick up a prescription that was called in the previous week. My daughter called prior to ensure the prescription would be ready by the time we went to pick it up. We were told to come at 2pm. I went after that time. Upon waiting in line at the drive up behind several cars that the wait time was long. When I finally got to the window, I was told it wasn't ready and to go back again to pick it up. I returned after two hours and waited in the drive through yet again only to be told it still needed to be filled. I told the person at the window my dilemma and was rudely cut off, spoken over me as I tried to explain. She responded defensively and I felt I wasn't being heard. Her name was Goo C. Someone who is professional would listen to the customer and apologize for the inconvenience and say they would look into the matter to correct it. I've had some unfortunate experiences at this pharmacy each time I've gone to get my daughter's prescription. They lost my business, I won't be returning. read more

I love this Walgreen's, not because its in a prime location, whereas they have progressed in building more convenience marts in an area that was once desolate a few years ago, but also because they are one of the friendliest helpful employees around, I rarely wait in line (ok I know, once again not too many inhabitants) but nonetheless, I always have a pleasant visit each time I have shop there. Well I thought going to a different location Walgreens would be a lot better... Linda. Needs an attitude adjustment. I needed someone to open up the formula cases for me, and I didn't see any workers around until I went to an aisle that was a distance. So I politely said, "excuse me ms" she didn't respond so I said it again louder and she goes, "YEA"! I asked again politely if she can open up one of the cases for me. She mumbled under her breath. I didn't hear what she said. So I again politely said, "I'm sorry"? "YEA ILL BE OVER THERE IN A MINUTE"!! Her tone was soooo rude.!! These people.... Pharmacy seriously needs to extend their hours.. They are always backed up, never have the prescriptions ready when they say they will be and then make you wait for another 30 min after u go at the designated pick up time for them to fill the prescription that doesn't even require pill counting it's a box they just put a label on. Or get more staff. Saying it's been busy is getting to be a terrible excuse. read more

Waiting in line for drive thru doesn't work, had three cars in front of me. Parked and went in, 1 person in front of me but they were barely asking drive thru car what they needed. No organization, how can you have 1 person covering front and drive thru?? Could see 3 people off to side but no one to help one person trying to handle customers! Bad management? Decent store. I've been in the drive thru and inside a good number of times. I prefer the drive thru for picking up prescription that are almost always ready. There have been a couple of times they said a prescription was ready and it wasn't. Other than, it was been ok. read more

Awful rude service. Took the first available appointment for vaccine and although not as many people here, none of the staff acknowledged anyone present for a long time. Finally someone spoke up and was addressed but unkindly. I understand we live in busy times and many places understaffed however everyone should take personal pride and be well mannered despite the circumstances. read more

The pharmacy is a joke. We've been going there for 8 years now. And now all the sudden our prescriptions aren't available, no one knows what's going on. We're told that the pharmacist will call to clarify our prescriptions and the next time we come in. They all the sudden have no idea what's going on. This last year has been a nightmare. Meds not available when they've been called in a week ahead and most are on automatic reorder per Walgreens. For recurrent meds that haven't changed in years. Where are they? No one has answers. I started to laugh at the lameness that was displayed. They are clueless and play the part as well. The rest staff is as well incompetent. Hire people who actually can do there job without being told every step of the way. I've seen it for years now. It's insulting...They need there hand held for every transaction. We are done babysitting them and doing the legwork for them. I'm not calling my doctors office to get a generic prescription, that's there job. Went into Walgreens looking for some eye gel for allergies. I couldn't find the brand I was looking for so I went to an associate who was using her counter to count the battery packets on one of the aisles and asked if I could ask her a question (regarding where the eye gel was located at). She put her hand up motioning that she was counting the inventory of the batteries and then I was able to ask her in which her quick response was "we don't carry eye gel". Customer service brings customers in and lack of and almost blatant rudeness drives them away......you can guess I'll not be back to this store. read more

The pharmacy technicians seem to be rude at times when I pick up my prescriptions. On a few occasions I felt like they would tell me the type of medication prescribed for ADD/ADHD was on back order or some lame excuse not to fill it for me. The last few times they came up with excuse after excuse. At times I felt like I was being judged for the types of medication I'm prescribed. I Don't go there anymore! read more

Went to this location with the hopes of faster service in the drive thru pharmacy. This location is ridiculous!!! Waited in the drive thru pharmacy for 40 minutes finally got to the window and she tried to charge for the full amount of my prescription without asking me if I have insurance,which I do so I tell her I have insurance she takes another 15 minutes and tells me oh yea it's actually only your copay. I don't understand why people assume things and make something so simple hard read more

I've had nothing but good experiences at this Walgreens. There are times when the lines are long and I have trouble finding what I need, but most of their employees seem like they care about their customers. The pharmacy could use a few more employees but they've always taken care of me. The photo staff went out of their way to save me money and make sure my pictures looked great. And the front cashiers seems to really have fun working with people. read more

Slow service at the photos place because there are not enough workers there ! There's always not enough people working at the store ! The lines are always so long for any check outs ! The store associates are super friendly but we are always in a hurry, just like all the other customers. This isn't a grocery store where you can take your time no it's a covenant store where we are stopping for some milk and medicine and hurrying home. read more

Most of the time the pharmacy is fast and efficient. Most of the girls who work in the pharmacy know me by name!! Keep up the good work!
