Always get good service here and they've got a good variety of different cards for various occasions. I love using their photo/picture services for gifts too, which I think I've been doing for years because they are really good gifts for family, boyfriend/girlfriend, & close friends. I usually get the custom birthday cards (insert your own pictures), but I've also gotten a custom mug or thermos before too. Today for the first time I got a custom photo book to use as a meaningful anniversary present. Plus I got around $20 off of it because of an online Walgreens coupon (gave 50% off) & I had $5 worth of points to use (I've had the Walgreens app & connected it to Runkeeper, so every mile I walk I get points). read more

I'm writing this review to acknowledge the great customer service that I received from Shift Leader, Max. There was a problem with an image that I had uploaded from home, when I had arrived at this store to retrieve this image, Max was working with it, I told him that this was the image I was there to pickup and asked him what was wrong with it? He asked me a few questions about the uploading process and then he asked if this photo was available on my phone and I told him that it was. He took my phone over to one of the public computers that they have available in the photo department. After trying a couple of different ways to upload this image into their system, Max went over to the store photo printer and got it to print-out the right way. Within twenty minutes Max had corrected, printed, cropped and mounted this image and I was very happy with the results. This Walgreens location is very fortunate to have an employee such as Max, that is so fully dedicated to customer satisfaction. read more

Meant to post the following after my first visit: Melissa, Alex, and Adrian's professional and kind demeanor is the reason why I recommend and will come back to this Walgreens location. Another Walgreens refused to see me for an appointment because I was more than 15 minutes late (not a corporate policy from what I have seen). Despite communication and timing issues, Melissa, Alex, and Adrian saw me and helped make an already difficult day a bit manageable. From my more recent visits, it seems Shelton is always the one to help me. He is always super friendly and kind. Overall great service at this location and hence I keep returning!!! read more

This is the absolute worst. I made an appointment to see the pharmacy at 2:00 pm. Received an email confirmation. When I arrived early as they suggested, they were OUT TO LUNCH. Such an unprofessional and unreliable operation, especially for a pharmacy. I'd expect this sort of behavior from the store (I had similar bad experiences at this Walgreens before) but for a pharmacy?! AVOID THIS WALGREENS AT ALL COSTS. read more

Came in to print photos from my trip. It was such an easy and painless visit. This store has a very friendly staff that is ready to help you. The store was organized and clean too! read more

Walgreens - Drugstores Near Me - Burbank, California

After 20 minutes I learned that Walgreen's employees are too incompetent to use a credit card chip or Apple Pay. How is this place still in business? At least they had a bad attitude about it. Taking business elsewhere. read more

Friendly and helpful staff as usual at Walgreens. I mainly went to get disinfectant spray for hotel room. You can't bring any on airplane so I have to buy some when I get to the city. They had a section for grab and go food also. Good location. read more

Walgreens - I mainly needed disinfectant spray. I didn't want to spend a lot. I always spray down hotel rooms but can't take it on the airplane. - Drugstores Near Me - Burbank, California

I like doing my beauty supply shopping from here. They have everything from make up to shampoo to skincare products. And the great thing is when you become a member you accumulate points. And you can use those points towards your future purchases. The staff is great and helpful and parking is never an issue, since they have a big parking lot in the front. read more

I'm sure like most businesses now this Walgreens is understaffed. The employees were kind enough. But I just couldn't find a way to get a walk-in flu shot without waiting endlessly in line. The pharmacy is all the way in the back corner, cramped and weirdly placed. A man working there tells me to go wait at a tiny window around the corner, not the pharmacy, where they will take flu shot walk-ins. I'm then stuck in line for a long time only to hear the woman up front tell another customer they don't do walk-ins, only appointments. I'm not really sure why places like Walgreens stick their biggest business in the back and make it so hard to use. I suppose they need you to walk by aisles of dandruff shampoo and Epsom salts first to make a few extra bucks. read more

I absolutely hate this Walgreens. I've only come in here a couple times, but try to avoid it as much as I can Upside: Plenty of parking. Downsides: Looooong lines. Two cashiers available, yet there's always a wait. Store is unkempt, shelves are disorganized and selection of items offered no different from a CVS. read more

This is for the pharmacy only: Alexandra has absolutely no customer service skills and her attitude screams "I HATE MY JOB LEAVE ME ALONE". Her monotone voice, complete disregard of your time and laziness is extra evident when she takes 10 minutes with each customer and that's with them already having a prescription. I had only one person in front of me and I was there for 30 minutes. She also didn't even tell a man to wait while she did something she just had him waiting and ignored him until she was done and said how can I help you. Jessica whom gave me my vaccine was the opposite and amazing. People like Alexandra should not be representing a place like this. read more

The rep Rene at this location deserves some recognition. This gentleman was kind, friendly, and very patient with me. I came to get my passport photo taken. Knowing how I'm never satisfied with a picture, I was not a fan of most of the pictures taken. In this case, Rene was so patient with me in taking multiple pictures to see which one was the best for me. He's experienced as he knew how the pictures needed to be so that it does not get rejected from the renewal center. He is a friendly guy with great patience. I recommend getting photos taken at this location. read more

This is a great location! I needed some help figuring out how to print photos and Miguel was so nice and helpful. Every time I print photos at Walgreens they always come out better quality than any other local convenience store. read more

This is a busy pharmacy - a *very* busy pharmacy, with lots of older customers. Honestly I think the staff would be more efficient if they spent less time gossiping and more time working, but to their credit they do go out of their way to address medication costs with every patient. That being said, don't expect stellar customer service. Everyone in there looks gives off vibes that they hate you and possibly themselves. As for the rest of the store, it's less well-stocked than other Walgreens I've been to but isn't terrible. The associates are friendly and helpful. Shoutout to the "Welcome to Walgreens!" fella in the front - he's good at his job. read more

Do you love waiting in line for 36 mins just to drop off a prescription? 12 minutes to buy mascara? I've got the spot! Besides the treacherous parking lot (thanks Trader Joe's), this store has zero respect for the customer's time. I'm not expecting an amazing experience at a chain drugstore, but I do expect some effort. Update: I started this draft the last time I came here and I was dumb enough to try it again. I'm sitting in the drive thru now, with six cars behind me, one of them laying on the horn. It's been 29 minutes and counting. As if pharmacies aren't depressing enough, now I'm trapped in line while watching the cashier dolefully type into her computer. I've wasted 1/2 gallon of gas and two hours of work. All for a routine RX pickup. I'll try my hand at the cvs across the way. Terrible parking lot over there, but maybe the employees try harder. We are paying customers, after all... read more

I actually really like this Walgreens. The employees have been very helpful to me, it's well stocked, large, and lacks panhandlers. Sadly for this Walgreens, they share a parking lot with Trader Joe's, which can make parking a nightmare. They also have 24/7 pharmacy with a drive through! read more

That this Walgreens pharmacy is responsible for distributing powerful medication should make everyone worried. There is no quality control and no accountability. Have run into multiple issues with them over a two and a half week period. If Tina, the pharmacy manager, was paying any attention, she would ensure some quality control over there. I can only conclude that she does not care. read more

A huge shout out to Zulema Quezada and the entire staff! During this Coronavirus pandemic, they were so helpful. Worst pharmacy ever they don't bother to call if a prescriptions is not being filled.

Excuses, excuses, excuses! Walgreens Pharmacy notorious for EXCUSES. D0 NOT ORDER PRESCRIPTIONS FROM WALGREEN. After ordering a 90 day prescription last Friday March 16 and being told it be ready after 2pm Monday March 19. My wife gets a call Monday afternoon confiming prescription is ready for pick up. She goes by Tuesday morning at 10am to be told they "had to order them, come back tomorrow" she told them when i placed the order and I was told it would be ready Monday after 2pm. Plus Walgreens called yesterday w msg, my prescription is ready. So painful! The worst thing is, this was not the first and only problem we've exsperiene with WALGREEN and probably not the last. It seems to me walgreen pharmacy has real problems. I'lll move on and go else where like many individuals have done so too. Must be Walgreens way of filtering out customer's they have no interest for. And i happen to be one of them along with others. Concerned customer, read more

Why do I beat myself up why do I continue to come back to Walgreens pharmacy they are the worst. I would love to be able to drive up and have my medicine ready and filled correctly. I always make sure I give them plenty of time but somehow know they can't get it right. I've been taking the same medicine for 35 years but that's OK Walgreens is going tell me to take a differently now. I think my doctors office had to call them three times in the last three months. As I walked in I already knew that the service wasn't going to be the best due to how they were standing. They told me to go to photos to do what I was here for, mind you no help, no one asking "do you need help?" Then I manage to figure it out and they tell me when it's going to be ready, so I go out to come back when it will. When I come back, the white woman working there who just showed up by the way after hours of it being empty says "we're just now processing it" and so I have to wait another hour (although I have things to do) for them to finish doing it. Unbelievable; and instead of hurrying up they have a full conversation, cracking jokes, etc. never got an apology, just embarrassing... This just can't be serious or real read more

This is for the pharmacy. I have been picking up prescriptions from this Walgreens for the last 2-3 years. I don't know why I keep subjecting myself to this experience, because it is almost always guaranteed to be miserable. I went to pick up a prescription today, and there was only one person in line. This is quite rare, as this pharmacy is actually pretty busy and there is often a long line. I thought I would get in and out pretty quick. Well... I waited in line for 20(!!!) minutes, and not a single person acknowledged me. I became visibly frustrated and someone finally said something. By this point, a line was forming behind me. The pharmacist who gave me my prescription me seemed like a pretty unfriendly person, as she did not smile, did not apologize to me for my unreasonably long wait. If you need a place to pick up prescriptions, don't make the same mistake I have. Go somewhere else, especially if you're the type of person who has places to be (i.e. you're not retired). This place has a consistently miserable attitude, there is no sense of urgency, and everyone moves at a snail's place. I'll be switching pharmacies to pick up my regular prescription. read more

The cashiers are very poor and the manager as well. Cannot remember to do what the customer asks, for example with the reward. The manager was too lazy to reprocess the order so I could get my reward and not next time. This is the manager and really couldn't care less. Why bother taking a survey when nothing will change? Only had one cashier at peak time. No signs stating COVID tests are out. The rewards system is not as beneficial as I thought it would be. Customer friendly hardly. read more

I seriously wish for places as horrible as this should have a 0 star option. I wasn't even gonna pull through writing this review, but I want to keep other customers aware of how employees here treat their customers. My review pertains to the photo department. Two rude "boys" trying to assist me when I was asking for help. Came here to get my cheaper alternative version of getting a passport photo taken for my license. I asked for the wallet photo since I only needed 1 and for a dollar, you get 4. I was trying to tell them that getting a wallet photo taken and getting it cut to a passport photo as close as possible. It didn't need to be exact, the photo was only needed for license application, but I don't think they understood. One of the guys laughed and the other was even more rude, NO GREETING, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills whatsoever. And the worst part of it all, literally a minute after I left to complain to a manager or HR, one of the guys was the manager and I was in shock. No wonder their associates lack customer service skills, their management does too. Don't ever come here, or at least not in the photo department. They're rude as hell and I don't tolerate that s***. read more

My beef is with the check-out line structure. I hate when you have to get in one line for like 12 cash registers, only 2 of which are operational. You stand in a line, which seems longer than it really is because you are waiting in 2 lines. Not only do you stand in this single line, you can't go brain dead!!! You have to pay attention to the next register which might yell out "Next Gust Please" - and if you delay like a single second, the guy behind you will tap on your shoulder and point you in the direction of the cashier. (Please hold while I end my day dream and get to the register) Walgreens and CVS are notorious for their "creative" check-out line tactics. Take a lesson from other super markets and do it the legit way. Really, it doesn't need to be this complicated to wait in line. We realize you get paid by the hour and taking your time to check people out is your favorite past time, but pleaseeeeee hurry! I am late for my Yoga class. TFR read more

Pharmacy has HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Extremely rude and keep you on hold for a very long time.

Dropped prescription at express drive in window at 5 P.M/ Friday 10-12-12. was told to come back in 1.5 hours Drove back to window at 10:30 (after 5 hours) rang the bell, some idiot told me he will be right with me, 10 minutes passes I ring again, the same idiot yells at me he will be right with me after he is finished with customers inside. I take a peek, there are about 11 people waiting. I ring again to ask how long do I have to wait at "EXPRESS" window, I am yelled at again, "DO YOU HAVE A QUESTION?" I said yes how long is "I will be right with you?" He yells at me AN HOUR AND A HALF" WOW, what geniuses work at this Walgreen, it is amazing, and the express window I am told does not mean shit, they Have to finish inside people then if there is nobody in line, they will be kind enough to attend to your need. Then why say I will be right with you in the first place? They don't deserve even the 1 Star. I was very upset and lost my cool saying the F word that I regret now.
