BAD MANAGEMENT! Today's my birthday, I always get excited for my free gift every year from here! I…read morehave been a manager for 6 years in the service industry and honestly I'm a pretty patient and kind person! This is not normal for me to write a bad review, and honestly it takes a great deal for me to even complain because I understand the struggle of the service industry! This sweet sweet cashier was working her tail off! She was so kind, patient and did her BEST! She had glasses and brown hair I don't remember her name but, I thanked her many times! unfortunately the MANAGER only scheduled one person to work the floor and since she was the only one actually working she was on register trying to tackle the LONG line of inpatient older Karen's who clearly don't understand what it's like to work in the service industry understaffed while dealing with bad management!!! When the cashier asked for manager help MULTIPLE times the manager yelled at her, had an attitude and was so rude to her one employee in front of a LARGE line of people. No way is that ever right to treat a person in such a way! The manager instead of helping getting this large line of people out the store and distressing the environment she decided to snap at her one employee and run away to "help" someone on the other side of the store. Priorities lady!! Priorities!! I patiently waited and tried to figure out my coupon situation for my free birthday gift, the cashier was being kind and helpful helping me figure out why I never got an email when I do every year and when she asked for the manager to help us the manager refused to give me my free grift and snapped at us. I personally truly don't care about not getting the free gift as much as I care about how this young lady was being treated!!! Bad management makes or breaks a work space and she needs to get herself under control if she's going to want to have hard working, respecting employees! She created a terrible work environment and I've only barely had an encounter with her and I could tell! I'm happy I decided to not shop and get anything for myself for my birthday (I was planning to) because I refuse to give my money to a place that treats there team this way. I hope this review gives higher ups a little motivation to try and fix this and work on making a better work space for the team and customers. That is the only thing I wish comes from this review!

I just want to take the time to share what a great experience I had the other day at this location…read more I walked in Friday, June 24th at 12:27 PM and was immediately greeted by the sweetest lady! I had some nail polish that I had purchased at a different location out of state that I wasn't happy with and wanted to exchange. I had looked up the return policy online before hand so I would know if it was a possibility to exchange the polish at a different location. The employee that helped me was super sweet and was more than happy to accommodate my request to pick out some different polish. The transaction was quick and easy without any hassle. I will be back at this location for sure! I wish I caught the employee's name because she was happy to help and so friendly. I believe she was the only one there.

When you go to the same store twice in one month wanting to get the same items. Both times the same…read moreemployee (Aretha) is rude and frankly ...lazy. You have no choice but to call corporate office. Last month I wanted to get an OPI gel base, top coat, gel color and regular color. This employee was two aisles over. I told her I wanted to get the gel and regular polish in the particular color. Without looking up or offering to help; she just said "that's all we have" in a rude tone. Didn't try to help me pick some thing else or provide any customer service at all! It was as if I was a bother to her. So I walked away with no purchase. Today (a month later) I went back for the same items. There was a sign on the outside of the store that said FREE OPI base or top coat with purchase of two polishes. I went in and I didn't see the offer inside the store. I told this same employee about the offer and if she can help me out. She was rude and telling there wasn't an offer. Told her the sign is in the outside of the store. She said she didn't see it. Told her if she would just step outside she would see what I'm talking about. She wouldn't go outside (about 6' away). She continued to argue with me. I told her this was the second time she was rude to me and that frankly she is lazy. There was no one else in the store she was helping! How hard would it have been to look at the sign on the door and help me! There was another young (blonde, forgot her name) employee there, that tried to help and stepped outside to look at the sign. She told Aretha about the free base it top coat, but Aretha just argued that the signs inside the store did not say that. I thanked the blonde for trying to help, but the rude service of Aretha made me walk away for a second time without a purchase and call corporate office. (I'll change my rating when this is resolved.) Update- a month later still no reply from home office.
