The pharmacist is either uneducated or unwilling to share any of his knowledge with me.
I am mom and dad to 3 children.
Electrician by day, everything else by night.
It's challenging to say the least, to take the hardhat off and be the soft mom I need to be everyday.
I was working 7 12's, 32 days straight, exhausted. Went in to refill my psych med and apparently in that 32 days of pure chaos, I forgot that I had already refilled it at the pharmacy close to the plant, 20 days earlier on my lunch break.
Instead of educating me, on processes, I got nothing but judgment from the licensed pharmacist and some blonde behind the counter. I understand this medication is abused by most but i've never tried illegal drugs and I have never misused a prescribed one.
So yes I took their judgement incredibly personal.
I thought we were all grownups and it would end at this event (Unfortunately it looks like I'm going to be stationed at this exit for a while longer) but I went to refill a monthly prescription after this event and the same blonde comes to me with a funny smirk on her face and "had to send in a request first" odd but whatever, I assumed these people were professional, wrongfully so.
THEN when I returned the next day as she instructed, with smite on her face, it was the wrong medication
And here comes today, the final straw, the one that brings me to yelp.
I had my tonsils taken out on Wednesday eight days ago.
It's like being pregnant again. Agonizing torture, 24/7, not to mention the children still want what they want and need, when they want and need it.
I asked if the same pharmacist would send in a request refill and again the judgment when I asked him if he could tell me why I'm getting red patches on the outside of my neck from the medication he says "nope I can't help you"
So good job Winn-Dixie you either have a very ignorant pharmacist working for you, not to mention the blonde clearly raised in a box, or
The rudest/unprofessional, staff!
I feel really sorry for everyone that has good intentions coming in for help from them. Perhaps if I was a drug addict, I could've gotten better service. Who knows what they have to see day in and day out, but at this point I don't care, hope this helps get new/NICER/more knowledgeable faces in there!
