I bought hair cutting shears that were not sealed properly in plastic, covered in oil, had bits of cut hair on the blades and around the screw, and the blades were scratched up from use (not to mention the blades got stuck when opened and closed). I immediately returned (turned around 2 minutes down the road) to inform the owner. She told me 10 ways I was wrong, like "oil covered scissors are typical". That's not hair on the blades. Don't I know that she would see if anything happened to the scissors. Apparently I didn't know what I was talking about. Okay, fine, you came back tomorrow to exchange. NO REFUNDS!--
Not only that but the color I purchased was oxidised and outdated.
I was a cosmetologist, working with top color companies and master color theory. I'm quite familiar with the industry and it's products and tools. Obviously the owner values $13 obtained by her bad business practices over customer satisfaction and guaranteed products. I'm not sure how she stays in business.
