The guy took care of my feet- i have a split toe nail & just needs to be kept short. He listened to me, asked if i wanted the nails shorter. I was very disappointed with my first visit here. The gentleman doing my toenails was very nice, but the polish job was mediocre at best. He was having issues with my big toes (granted, yes, I do have short nails, but have never had issues before), his hands were shaking, and he was getting polish all over my toes. He was touching up the edges, and stood up to finish, while my toe still clearly had polish on the edges. I asked him to fix it, and he said "you have no nail!" He haphazardly "fixed" it, and I left. Please save your money and go somewhere else! The guy doing my nails kept shaking he kept having to redo my nail because he kept messing up and shaking. He ended up leaving and said he had to go and did not fix my nail for me. The young lady finished it out for me and corrected it. If you do decide to come here ask for the young lady or older woman not the guy. He shakes way to much and gets frustrated when you ask him to fix it. I came back to get them fixed I was not charged for it. But I still do not recommend coming back to this nail salon. read more

Sharing for a friend/ Something happened to me today that brought tears streaming down my face. I went there for one nail to be repaired, because my normal nail place was full, and I needed a quick repair before going out of town. Well, I went to this nail salon 2x before and every time I went they made some excuse why they could not service me saying my wait would be a long time or come back late in the evening. This time they should have no excuse, I got there before opening and me and another lady waiting in our car for the door to open. When opening we signed in, she looks at me, the only black and say (not saying that had anything to do with it) it will be a long wait for you. I'm looking crazy of course like whatttttttt. Well, 5 other ppl come in after me, she sits 3 of them in the pedicure station, 1 which I understood which had an appointment. Now, the other walk ins stops her and say ma'am she was here before us she says no she waits. The lady with the appointment says ma'am you only have one nail you can go, I don't mind at all, she said no she waits! I got up and I looked at her in dismay, and wanted to act a fool but the Holy Spirit would not let me plus my heart was broken that discrimination was still present!!!! I am always pleased with the service I receive whenever I go for my pedicure and eyebrows. The owner pays close attention to her customers. She hires excellent help and requires only excellence from her staff. I have yet to find a salon that I like better. The wait time has never been more than 30-40 minutes maximum for me. read more

Best my nails have ever looked!!! I was out of town and broke a nail....had some free time so found this place from Google. It was only a couple miles from my hotel. I was seen immediately, by a very nice woman who helped me pick a color I really liked. I got gel polish, a fill in, and she fixed my broken nail. She went out of her way to fix my cuticles and hangnails and make my hands/nails look super clean and polished! I so wish I could find a place like this at home. She really took her time and pampered me. And the best part about the whole thing.....only $33! At home it would've been $40-$45. read more

I repeat do not go here!!!! I went in as a customer that was planning on spending good money, well I ended up paying $83 for a very poor job and then being told I wasn't getting my money back! Nails were lumpy after he filled them in, un even file down, nails were not painted correctly, it took them 2 times to due a design that didn't look like a child did them!!! Then I asked just for my nails to be refunded and the owner said no, that I could come back if I wanted them repainted!!! I spent so much money in there and this is how a customer gets treated!!! I've made appointments for morning manicures and for the most part, I've had no issues. The young lady doing my nails (Nina) is great and does a wonderful job knowing exactly how I like my nails done. However, the person I believe is either the owner and/or manager has poor personal skills and comes across very short to even a point of rudeness. That's why the 3 stars instead of 5. It doesn't take a huge effort or cost anything to be polite and I refuse to patron any business that doesn't recognize the value it brings to customers. Fortunately, there are other establishments in the area and even more fortunately, I don't have to spend my money here to get great service. I'd like to think that it's not about preferential treatment but in this day and age, you never know.
