Yet again another wonderful service. My polish from the last visit, according to my husband, was "built Ford tough". Also, my manicure from the last visit was still holding up. I didn't need one this time and opted for the polish change. They take their time and don't try to rush anyone out. That is the kind of treatment I truly value. I'm sure I will make this my new go to salon. read more

Great pedicures for both hubby and myself. Real skills on those hangnail areas of the big toe. Classic pedi was $33 and we were walk-ins

I'm new to the island and went here by recommendation... I have been doing dip for years. This is probably the worst I've ever had done. I'm not sure if it's the inferior product or the technician but within 24hrs I had 2 chips ...7 days into it I have 5 nails chipped in multiple places. I am not a laborer... normally my nails last 4-6 weeks so needless to say I was very disappointed. The cleanliness and staff were courteous hence why I'm giving them some stars but my heart hurt knowing that I paid $45 for sns and received such poor nails. read more

I went with a group for manicures and pedicures in preparation for a wedding and I must say, everything about Rosalee's is absolutely wonderful. The staff are professional, extremely skilled, friendly and kind. My manicurist even helped me select a stunning color (based on the one I had chosen but better). I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had - DEFINITELY do yourself a favor and go here. read more

Loved my experience here. Mun was my person and she was great! She took her time to get my pedicure right and gave a relaxing leg massage. She was able to correct a really bad pedicure that I got in Atlanta. Definitely recommend this salon. read more

This nail salon is adorable and I love my nails! Everyone was so friendly and nice would definitely come back here when I am back in town. The only reason I gave it four stars was because it was a little pricey. I paid $45 for a fill in with gel nails plus a tip. Typically I pay 35+ for a fill in and 45 for a full new set. I didn't mind paying it because the lady was super sweet and did a great job. read more

Tried to call several times during operational hours but no answer so went directly to salon where "walk-ins welcome" but they were very busy and completely understaffed. We made appointments to come back later, but when we did we still waited 40 minutes. My gel mani felt very rushed and was actually the worst mani ever with polish peeling off in a few days...They should just tell customers they can't be seen due to lack of staffing to properly provide service to clients! They were very polite but need to know how to just say "sorry, but we can't accommodate today." We won't go back. read more

The people in this salon are not very welcoming. I have gone here 3 times and every single time the gel polish starts peeling off after a week. I went in after a week with peeling nails and they charged me $5 to repair; I didn't have cash so they charged my card $10. Not very customer service friendly. read more

Professional & friendly nail salon. Three of us stopped in for mani/pedis on a Wednesday afternoon. We got right in. They offer a variety of natural, gel, and SNS. Efficient and friendly. I would get my nails done here again. read more

I finally found the perfect nail salon and the perfect technician - Lisa is absolutely wonderful. I scheduled for a Deluxe Pedi and added a simple Mani - her work is outstanding and SO relaxing. And the building, an old cottage, is adorable and felt very comfortable - most wonderful nail experience ever. read more

Just another average nail salon, both my kids had acrylics done and both weren't happy. I had a pedicure done and wasn't asked what kind I wanted. There was no above and beyond with the pedicure it was just average. The one towel she used was lukewarm. No callus removing and barely any lotion. read more

I made an appointment for myself and my sister for mani and pedi. We were not asked what type of pedi we wanted but everyone around us were asked. When I mentioned that we had appointments for a mani too they said they were too busy and couldn't do it. Very disappointed. read more

I don't get manicures very often and I am rough on my hands and nails. The lovely woman who took such good care of me did an amazing job with my short rough nails. The salon is clean and they are taking Covid precautions very safely. I definitely recommend! read more

I had an excellent experience at Rosalee's! I needed a last minute manicure and I was able to walk right in. The attention to detail was incredible and I love my nails. I would highly recommend stopping in here! read more

The young woman that did my pedicure was very rough and cut my toe with something. They are very quick and do not pay attention to detail. This place is only good if you are in a hurry or have a pedicure emergency. I also heard that someone got a fungus on their toenail from going here once. And I still have callouses on my feet. read more

We were there for my bachelorette trip, and they did a great job! They worked us in on a Saturday and we're very nice and helpful.

Read the Yelp reviews for the area (one of the most/well-reviewed nail salons on the island). Took my sisters (3 of us total) to get gel manicures as they had never tried it. The place was slammed for the holidays, but they squeezed us in. Even turned away a group while we were there. I emphasized not to rush, that we could wait during our manicures if appointments came in. The service was a bit rushed (again it was the Christmas holiday and tons of walk-ins/appointments) but they were super nice and manicures overall look great. I have had higher-end service as well as a better manicure in other places, but mostly in larger urban areas like Chicago, etc. You will be pleased if you try this place, but just don't compare it to a ritzy salon in California. For a $35 gel mani, it was great! Photo : Lines around the edges of my cuticles are fairly clean, but I would've liked her to get closer to the cuticle. read more

Excellent staff and service! Highly recommend! No matter which mail tech you get, you'll be in good hands!

We went to 2 other places that were closed on Saturdays or couldn't do 2 pedis at the same time. So glad we ended up here!! Wonderful experience in what looks like a remodeled old house. The pedicures included very long massages which is always a plus. read more

My teenager wanted to get her nails done on vacation. We found this salon on Yelp and are glad we did. They were quick to work us in and did the entire manicure as we wanted. We had three people in our party and they got all three of us in even though it was approaching closing time. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a manicure or pedicure. read more

UPDATED 12/2018: The last three times I have come in for a pedicure there was a wait but they tell you it won't be long at all. They never say directly how long the wait is or will say it's 10 minutes and 30 minutes later you are still waiting. I have also seen them not honor reservations and women who made reservations still had to wait like everyone else. read more

My pedicure took a total of 14 minutes. Drying of my toenails under the heat lamp took longer. It's a very nice facility however, my pedicurist was on a marathon to be the fastest. If you're looking for a very relaxing pedicure, this is not the place. read more

I should have just left, but I was hoping things would turn around. They ruined my nails when removing my gel manicure (previously done elsewhere). They used a heavy duty file and took off so much of my own nail that they were rendered tissue thin. I asked a few questions, but due to their inability or unwillingness to communicate with me left me unable to figure out just why the normal procedure to remove the gel wasn't working. Then I asked how they sanitize their products, and three of the staff members circled around me, became very aggressive and were actually yelling at me. I asked for my check, paid and left. The pedicure which was done first was at best a "C". My heals weren't smoothed down, the base coat didn't cover the entire nail, so the polish looks strange. It was just an awful experience. I would never send anyone there. When I went to a different salon to help figure out how to repair my finger nails moving forward, I mentioned what had happened. Unsolicited...they said, "you must have been at Rosalee's." read more

Great salon! I went while visiting St Simons and was very satisfied with my gel manicure and pedicure!

I'm a regular at Rosalees. This is the cleanest nail salon on the island. Mun and Timmy have a great staff and are always incredibly accommodating to an allergy I have. This is the only place I go for both mani and pedi services. You will not be disappointed here!! read more

Charged $25 MORE for gel polish than they told me it would be. Very unscrupulous!

I'm 32 yrs old, a wife for almost 12 yrs and mother. I was born and raised in Southeast Ga. I have never been made feel less than by anyone and I'm a minority in all of my social groups. But in Saturday my sisters and I came into this establishment and I felt instantly like a "minority". The lady that did my pedicure didn't speak to me at all. She didn't ask what kind of pedicure I wanted. She assumed that I wanted the basic pedicure. Mind you, I was out on a post quarantine spa day away from the kids...but this experience was the bottom of the barrel in terms of service. We were the only ones who's temperatures were taken and we also signed waivers...so a basic pedicure (no massage or towels) with gel polish (of course because I'm a boy mom) was $50. Idk what make her assume that I was there for the bare minimum but this is one of the most disheartening things that have EVER happened to me...would not recommend this salon at all read more

Moving to the area and seeking a nail salon where I can get good service and be charged a fair price. Rosalee's was clean and staff friendly. However, they overcharge what is listed on the price board telling you the service you received was better. Not true! I will not return nor will I recommend them to other locals or visitors. read more

Rosalee's has become a tradition - every time friends or family are visiting SSI, the ladies go to Rosalee's. I don't know if it is the best service or the best price as I haven't tried any of the other salons on the island - we just always go to Rosalee's. But that says a lot! read more
