She brought me toppers that did not meet my request for what I want. Plus, she's just taking toppers out of a box that she's is planning to sell to me. Who knows who else has tried that topper on? The place did not strike me as sanitary and definitely not helpful. When I got up and left, she ran after me (leaving the other client finally) and said I owed a $50 consultation fee. I told her if I had received a consultation I would pay it, but I did not get one. I left.

She showed me how to put on a wig cap and helped me pick out the right wig for me (all in the privacy of a "fitting room" in the back of the shop.
