I told him what I was looking for and he came out from behind the counter to help me search. Price / Value Didn't look around much, but things seemed priced at what I would expect to pay. Overall Ultimately, he didn't have the particular Luster product I was looking for, but based on how pleasant and friendly (and willing to assist) the associate was, I would drop back in - just to be supportive of the business. Highly recommend.

My family love this place and said the staff were friendly and helpful. With that it should be a 5 star rating as I shopped here twice while I was in town. Well, the staff is lacking heavily on customer service. They looked angry while ringing up your purchase and heaven forbid you ask them a question. You either got a look like you had 3 heads or a snappy 'I don't know'. Not sure if I went on the days the friendly and helpful staff were not working? Or maybe they pick and choose who they deem worthy of their goodwill. I would shop here again as I do love the products, I just know not to expect any level of service my family receives.
