I also met a lovely woman ( see business card pix) Voula and had a brief chat. I purchased some toys for gifts and even a box of Oreos. There were some nice stirring silver charms stored an on display in the back. She noted that she is getting even more of a variety of choice items in soon. I am 68 and he will the award of being the most condescending pharmacist I have EVER MET. I went in with a list of all my prescription's to ask what they carries. Needless t say we never even had the conversation. I went there due to all the positive feedback and drove an hour to do so. A total waste of my time. I replaced them as soon as I got home. I would not touch them with a stick. Horrible. I felt like I was 10 and my mother climbed out of her grave to mansplane the world. Never again.

Nathan, the pharmacist is aware of everything and always acknowledges customers. I was floored that he knew my name! There is never a wait and I get a text when my prescription is ready. Today pharmacist/co-owner Nathan answered the questions that I posed of a medical device that I use and of a few nutritional supplements that I contemplated buying from him. He was a pleasure to talk to. The store associate was helpful, too, asking me if there was anything she could help me with. What I especially like about this pharmacy is that it is open on Sundays although only for four hours. Costco Pharmacy, where I usually get my medications filled, is not open that day. The only negative about New Island Pharmacy is that it is quite small, and parking is tight.

It's owned by one owner (Vinny) who has built this pharmacy from the bottom up. They will fill your prescriptions in a timely manner. The workers are all very friendly/helpful, only takes less than 10 minutes to fill your prescription even if busy and will go above and beyond to help you out regardless the situation. Everything I need is always available in stock and by chance if it's not - they will order it and have it the next day for you. They also do deliveries to people who aren't well enough to pick up their own medicine which is great for the people who cannot make it to the pharmacy regardless the reason. You go once and from then on every time you walk in, everyone remembers you by first name and It has become my permanent pharmacy since going their over 2 years ago. I usually wouldn't review a pharmacy but with the horrible service, never having what I need and story upon story from every chain pharmacy I been to... I felt it was only right to spread the word about Kee-Zac Bellmore Drugs & Surgical Pharmacy as they always go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need when you need it. The hours are also incredible for a pharmacy, open 7 days a week (mon-fri they close at 8pm and Saturday they those pretty late as well as Sunday they are opened till 4 which most places don't even have good weekend hours). No more do I have to rush around trying to make the time to get to a pharmacy before closing and I no longer have to deal with kids out of high school handling my medicine giving me the wrong info, medicine and have no idea about what the medicine I take even does. Recently I found Keezac, the staff is friendly, there are no lines, one can even get a flue shot, my prescription is on time. Sam the pharmacist, knows everyone by name and he's available if you need help with over the counter remedies. It doesn't get better than that, definitely worth traveling 10 miles to get that kind of caring and attention!

They expanded, as they should…read morehave given their amazing customer service in the beginning, and I have never been more disappointed prior to this week with both the pharmacy and their delivery service combined. I have not one but 2 credit cards on file. The pharmacy technicians don't call me to set up delivery anymore as they are too busy, which is fine. Their delivery system RX2GO no longer sends any text message to confirm delivery or provide a link to track where the driver is and what time you should be expecting a person considering you have to sign for it. Yesterday, Friday- after speaking with one of their newer pharmacists whom ensured me my antibiotics for a severe mouth infection were out for delivery- never did she mention a single word about a second medication being delivered that was not provided earlier in the week nor did she ever inquire about ANY payment note that apparently was written for the delivery drivers to collect "$65 CASH OR NO MEDICATION TO BE LEFT WITH CUSTOMER". Patients go to pharmacies. Not customers #1. #2. One of the owners assured me this was not the case and I would have my medication without issue. Needless to say. I did not have $65 cash payment to give a random delivery driver that was never something that ever occurred in over 8 years of using Main Source, and the driver explained this "strict" note on my account forced him to keep my medication from me and drove away with it. I tried reaching out to Main Source a second time after the incident which was not surprisingly unsuccessful as they are closed on Saturdays. I am awaiting a second attempt of the medication delivery today with no clear indication of the RX2GO drivers arrival. I contacted the "operator" of RX2GO whom was able to assure me I must have $65 cash payment or they will leave a second time with medication that is imperative to stop an infection from potentially spreading to the optic nerve in my eye and eliminating a trip to the emergency room. I have previously written an amazing review for this pharmacy, however this experience has left me with no choice but to warn others of the potential and to request all of my prescriptions be released to ensure this can never happen again.
