I love coming to a Dr that sticks to your appointment time. He does plastic surgery, reconstructive surgery, cosmetic surgery, and hand surgery. So my fellow Yelpers if you ever need a great doctor for any of these things he's the man. He has a great bedside manner which is lost with many doctors.

I was told the office was out of Botox so they injected me with another " similar" product. I waited about a week, not seeing much improvement, I contacted their office: "You have to give it a couple of weeks" I was told. Then on, or about, the 3rd week I contacted the office again. I was given an appointment (follow-up) a few days later. When I presented myself, still during the 3rd week of my first visit. I was told that a different provider was scheduled so I had to pay for the treatment ( tweaking). And also, the front desk said, "I had waited too long " !! Bottom line, I didn't ask for a different provider, they scheduled it. And I didn't wait too long to contact them ( all happened within 30 days). First of all she used the wrong shade tint on my brows, a shade that was way too dark and she darkened the inner part of my brows to a almost black shade. Not to mention she couldn't at least even make them the same shaped... completely the opposite of what I wanted. Honestly it just seemed like she was in another world while she did my eyebrows.. till this day my brows make me look like I'm permanently angry...
