Our masseuses Abby and Jackie were amazing. They were pleasant, thorough, and attentive. My husband surprised me with a couples massage and booked the "We Will Rock You" package. The couple's suite was super clean. A dimly lit room that had two perfectly laid out heated beds, an electric fireplace, and two elegant boxes to place our clothes inside. I loved the music that was lightly playing in the background. The instrumentals created a warm and relaxing environment. It felt as though our 90-minute session flew by, but really, I don't think we would've ever wanted it to end. It was that good! Rose-scented facial mist, Hot Stone Massage, everything was wonderful. We appreciated being asked "if the pressure and the temperature of the rocks were ok", We held the most tension in our neck & back, so they focused on those areas a lot to work out the knots. Wave-like motions. Long strokes, from the starting point all the way to the extremities. Often, the movement seemed like it was synchronized with the music lol! They answered what they could immediately and called me back (had in person customers) to finish responding to my questions. I called 13 days in advance to try to schedule the visit for my wife's actual birthday (a Sunday). They only had availability on the Saturday for that same weekend so i booked. The weekend before my appointment, they called to say they were able to move my appointment to the Sunday for my wife's actual birthday. I declined as we already scheduled other plans for the Sunday, but i did express my gratitude for them trying to accommodate the special occasion. For the spa visit, they were welcoming when we arrive and the massage specialists we had were excellent. They confirmed any body areas that needed special attention and then the appropriate amount of pressure. My wife also said she enjoyed her massage. It was a very good experience. We had our own room and after everything was done the package also included champagne and chocolates so we sat and had those at the end before we left the room.
