The massage began with me sitting in a weird dark lounge area with 3 other people..for about 10 mins..still not sure why. Then massage began. Basic massage with mainly elbows..was not good at all ..after done went to checkout ..lady says its 150 per hour ..so with 20 dollar tip I had spent 70 dollars of my own money for a one hour very poor massage that really was only 45 mins according to the bright red blaring clock on the wall. That 170 dollars spent for a 45 minute massage that literally did nothing for me. If I could rate this place a minus 5 I would.

I have horribly acne prone skin and I came to conclusion for the last few years that this is my skin and no matter what I try/do, I will just have to deal with it. It wasn't until I connected with Olivia that she reassured me she can help me. At first, I was so nervous because I've had nothing but bad experiences with facials. But Olivia talked to me for over a half hour before we even started to address all of my concerns and questions. It was so comforting and reassuring. Once the facial started we had amazing and funny conversations and she walked me through everything she did. After she was done she gave me complimentary fiji water to make sure I was hydrated after laying down for over an hour for the facial. She took her time and it was by far the best facial I ever had. After 3 days my skin was baby smooth and SO CLEAR!! It's only been one month since my first appointment with her and she has TRANSFORMED my skin. My acne and texture has significantly improved. She started me on a very specific regimen with her recommended products. I just revisited her for a second time today and she tweaked a couple things with hope to see even more progress with my acne. So far though, I am so beyond happy with the results. Olivia truly goes above and beyond with her services. My wedding is coming up and I know she will have my skin exactly where I dream for it to be!! I can't recommend her enough. Her location is easy to get to, spacious parking lot with such a zen and beautiful, clean vibe. Her work is outstanding and I cannot wait to work with her furthermore to keep transforming my skin!!

I am 44 years old and go for maintenance only. Decided to try him again a few months later for botox AND filler. 2 hours to the appt at his office he emailed me to cancel, citing a family emergency. No more than 5 minutes later, my facial woman texted me that he would be seeing clients at her office that evening and if I wanted an appt, not knowing he just told me he was unavailable for the day due to family. I was due for a touch up, so I agreed to see him at her office instead. We discussed my areas of concern only prior, he decided I needed a few more spots for filler as well. He never showed me the products he used or amounts, nor did he ask if a using a SECOND syringe was ok. Also, have NEVER needed two syringes for the little tweaks I get. He literally does what ever he wants with how ever much product he wants. I asked for two things ..filler in middle of bottom lip for correction and eyebrow raise. He did neither. At the end he gave me a whopping bill for usage that was never Ok'd. When I followed up with him, he was arrogant and defensive and merely spoke about how long he's been "doing this". Also spoke about the importance of Trust, mind you we started the appt with him being dishonest. I told him I have NEVER had anyone use as much as they want without asking my budget, or even show me the products used to prove it! He said the placement of the chair and counter makes that impossible! He apparently thinks everyone has deep pockets and does whatever he wants, and then surprises you at the end. Awful experience, was going to refer my mom and friends but not anymore. VERY EXPENSIVE lesson learned!!!
