The exam was thorough and the doctor sat down with me in a separate room where I could sit at a consultation table with her & view my x-rays and pictures on the computer screen. She explained the work that needed to be done and why it was important and constructed a plan for completion of the work. She was respectful of the expenses and what insurance covers & gave me clear information on what charges to expect before any work was done. The cleaning that was done on my second visit was the best I've ever received. She's also the only one who noticed my uneven eyebrows and explained her plans to fix this concern. A numbing agent was used liberally so I did not feel a thing!! Even when it started to wear off; and believe me, I have low pain tolerance. As someone who is a perfectionist, I loved that she used a tool to ensure perfectly even brows.
