Michele is an outstanding. She manages patient care, assists in procedures, and billing-all effortlessly. Michelle is a ray of sunshine. I was treated by Jen yesterday for laser, and also can't say enough good things. It was the best laser treatment I've had. I was thrilled with all the education, information and guidance she provided. Worth every penny! I'm so glad my friend referred me to RL. I'm only disappointed I didn't switch practices sooner.

I'm disappointed with how this office handled a missed appointment. I did not receive a text…read morereminder or confirmation for the appointment, which I typically rely on--especially since the appointment was scheduled far in advance. I was not informed that no reminder would be sent. When I explained this, I was told that reminders are only a courtesy and that patients are fully responsible regardless. While I understand policies, I was hoping for some flexibility or a one-time courtesy waiver given the circumstances. Unfortunately, there was no willingness to meet in the middle. Because of this experience, I chose to cancel my future appointments. Just sharing so others are aware to closely track appointments on their own and not rely on reminders. After I requested cancellation of my future appointments, I did not receive a response or confirmation that my future appointments are cancelled. This further reinforced my experience of poor communication.

He. Made sure that I felt comfortable talking to him before he even looked at my breasts, which is something that I am usually extremely self conscious about. He took his time explaining the situation to me, what had gone wrong the first time, and what would be required to repair it. He did not "sugarcoat" anything, but at the same time he was very confident that he could give me results that I would be happy with. He even left the room to call the manufacturers of my implant brand personally, to make sure that they would honor their warranty! He gave me two options to mull over as far as surgery, and said that he wanted to talk to the implant rep personally the next time they came into the office about my case to see if I could get any additional help from them considering the circumstances. The entire staff felt like a family, and although I have not had my surgery YET, I have full confidence that Dr Tijunelis will be the doctor that I chose to do it. She always mentioned how the the temperature was always perfect. The food was alright, but had a lot of variety that you could choose from on the menu, but unfortunately by the time it got to my grandma it wasn't hot. The nurses would always be sweet and microwave it if you ask. My little tip, I told them to nuke it a bit before it got to her so she wouldn't complain. Sadly, I didn't think of that until the very end of her stay. Thank you to everyone who helped my Grandma feel strong again!

A week later and at 8:23 a.m. somebody from this clinic called. I normally cannot answer the phone that early in the day (I'm 88 years old). They left a message BUT IT WAS SPOKEN IN SUCHA HURRY I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND IT, SO I CALLED AND HAD TO LEAVE A MESSAGE REQUESTING A CALLBACK. iT TOOK THEN 2 DAYS TO CALL ME BACK. I asked if medication was indicated and upon a long hp;d the nurse came back and promised the4 doctor was going to send a prescription to my pharmacy. THEY DID NOT. I CALLED TWICE AND LEFT MESSAGES TO NO AVAIL. Os thjis a medical clinic or a club of quacks? I advise furure patients to avoid this place.

Went back 2 weeks later to have them fixed... the responses, in chronological order... nothing is wrong, they can't be fixed... and just wait until it wears off. So, essentially, denial, incompetence, and then you are SOL. Thankfully, Groupon credited me.

Situated right between Red Robin and Gurnee Hyundai on the corner of Grand and Hunt Club, he's right around the corner from my house. A board certified dermatologist, Dr. Panine can also work on age spots, bumps, and many other little nits that bother you. He takes insurance for regular visits. Alas, my insurance doesn't cover erasing years from my face, so I'm sticking with paralyzing my muscles for now. I'm happy to report that three small pricks on each side of the corners of my face which was numbed for about 15 minutes under an ice mask has COMPLETELY eradicated my crow's feet. That's certainly worth the price. There were no side effects. It took a couple of days to really work. I just wonder how long it will last? Surprisingly, nobody noticed, even my husband of 32 years. You'd think he would have memorized every detail by now, but no. Doesn't matter! I can tell, and that's who matters in the end. What wasn't the most pleasant was a wait of 45 minutes after checking into reception on time. When I asked the attendant how much longer, I was whisked back to treatment room within 5 minutes where a very friendly and attractive attendant briefly chatted and gave me the mask to numb my face. Dr. Panine was no nonsense. He didn't really consult with me. I told him that I wanted my crow's feet done and he did it in a matter of 10 minutes. He also told me that this little patchy dry spot on my temple was not cancer. Hoo-ray! I'd heard about the slippery slope of plastic surgery, botox, and fillers so I guess it's no surprise that I'm increasingly bothered by the remaining wrinkles under my eyes and the deep nasolabial lines around my mouth. I sense more botox in my future and possibly a couple of vials of Juvederm to shave a few years off my face. I promise I'll stop before Carrot Top syndrome sets in.
