As a new patient they told me the minimum units they do are 64 to treat me , i thought they were little too much as i never did too many units at once but i trusted the "experts" , right after i went home i noticed my under eyes started to be " bulky " and days passing by my lines started to be more prominent as well my forehead didn't look any better either but at least no as worse as my eye area, so i was already panicking by the results , so i called the office and as Dawn is only available few days during the week it was difficult to get an appointment so they scheduled me with Dr. Rittaca i believe was his name , he did some "touch ups " on my forehead but nothing to my under eyes area as they told me to wait until the dysport dissolves and goes away , they admitted that Dawn used too many units probably , that was the explanation at the office when i went for the follow up , so too many units and i have to just wait for the substance to dissolve ?? WOW that comes from a group of experts doing this treatments for years???? i went to this place for a simple botox and dysport treatment , to look better and i ended up feeling stress , disappointed but mostly dismissed !! just wait until this gets dissolve they told me !!! cant believe this happened to me but as they wont do any compensation for this malpractice behavior at least i hope my experience may help others to avoid this place at all cost ! you and I deserve better real experts to treat us properly and to avoid people like this practice to harm us ! hope if you reading this review it help you to stay away from this RL center

He. Made sure that I felt comfortable talking to him before he even looked at my breasts, which is something that I am usually extremely self conscious about. He took his time explaining the situation to me, what had gone wrong the first time, and what would be required to repair it. He did not "sugarcoat" anything, but at the same time he was very confident that he could give me results that I would be happy with. He even left the room to call the manufacturers of my implant brand personally, to make sure that they would honor their warranty! He gave me two options to mull over as far as surgery, and said that he wanted to talk to the implant rep personally the next time they came into the office about my case to see if I could get any additional help from them considering the circumstances. The entire staff felt like a family, and although I have not had my surgery YET, I have full confidence that Dr Tijunelis will be the doctor that I chose to do it. She always mentioned how the the temperature was always perfect. The food was alright, but had a lot of variety that you could choose from on the menu, but unfortunately by the time it got to my grandma it wasn't hot. The nurses would always be sweet and microwave it if you ask. My little tip, I told them to nuke it a bit before it got to her so she wouldn't complain. Sadly, I didn't think of that until the very end of her stay. Thank you to everyone who helped my Grandma feel strong again!

A week later and at 8:23 a.m. somebody from this clinic called. I normally cannot answer the phone that early in the day (I'm 88 years old). They left a message BUT IT WAS SPOKEN IN SUCHA HURRY I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND IT, SO I CALLED AND HAD TO LEAVE A MESSAGE REQUESTING A CALLBACK. iT TOOK THEN 2 DAYS TO CALL ME BACK. I asked if medication was indicated and upon a long hp;d the nurse came back and promised the4 doctor was going to send a prescription to my pharmacy. THEY DID NOT. Situated right between Red Robin and Gurnee Hyundai on the corner of Grand and Hunt Club, he's right around the corner from my house. A board certified dermatologist, Dr. Panine can also work on age spots, bumps, and many other little nits that bother you. He takes insurance for regular visits. Alas, my insurance doesn't cover erasing years from my face, so I'm sticking with paralyzing my muscles for now. I'm happy to report that three small pricks on each side of the corners of my face which was numbed for about 15 minutes under an ice mask has COMPLETELY eradicated my crow's feet. That's certainly worth the price. There were no side effects. It took a couple of days to really work. I just wonder how long it will last? Surprisingly, nobody noticed, even my husband of 32 years. You'd think he would have memorized every detail by now, but no. Doesn't matter! I can tell, and that's who matters in the end. What wasn't the most pleasant was a wait of 45 minutes after checking into reception on time. When I asked the attendant how much longer, I was whisked back to treatment room within 5 minutes where a very friendly and attractive attendant briefly chatted and gave me the mask to numb my face. Dr. Panine was no nonsense. He didn't really consult with me. I told him that I wanted my crow's feet done and he did it in a matter of 10 minutes. He also told me that this little patchy dry spot on my temple was not cancer. Hoo-ray! I'd heard about the slippery slope of plastic surgery, botox, and fillers so I guess it's no surprise that I'm increasingly bothered by the remaining wrinkles under my eyes and the deep nasolabial lines around my mouth. I sense more botox in my future and possibly a couple of vials of Juvederm to shave a few years off my face. I promise I'll stop before Carrot Top syndrome sets in.
