I usually like coming here because the other lady who cuts my hair is really nice, but she was busy so I got a different stylist. I got the blonde lady with a bob cut and bangs. The second I showed her the haircut pic I wanted, she already looked annoyed. I tried to explained how I want it but she just dismissed me. The whole time she was rushing, pushing my head around rough, and acting like she was mad to even be there. Like lady, it's 10 AM I came in wanting to feel pretty for Mother's Day weekend and left irritated instead.

If my husband needs another hydrafacial which he probably will at some point then he will book with Victoria again. I am on week 3 of this and my Doctor said it will most likely last 1-2 months! I have cancelled so many events because I don't feel comfortable being around people looking like this. I also do most of my work on Zoom so this has affected my job (again, I don't feel comfortable being on camera). I contacted the place and even though they were nice about it, they would not refund my money. I know it is a risk anytime that you do injectables but to do this to a customer and then charge them $730 for it, doesn't sit right with me. Unfortunately, Maggie attended my wife while she was doing someone else's hair, assuring that she had time to do both my wife's hair and the other customer. Maggie never bothered to listen to my wife's preference. She only asked the bare minimum and was not listening to my wife's specific request. Maggie started cutting her hair abruptly trying to just make a quick buck and did a horrendous job. Also, my wife asked for long curtain bangs, and Maggie grabbed a piece of hair and cut it way too short. And she has the audacity to say, "it will look better if she styles it". She cut way too much; and she's extremely unskilled. My wife was NOT satisfied with this, but she's not going to say that out loud because that's the person she is. The main problem with this horrible place is how unprofessional and unfriendly this lady is. I called this place at 12:20PM on 11/30/2024, providing honest but critical feedback. I told the lady how she left my wife's hair, but she proceeded to constantly cut me off and repeat the same thing: "She said she liked it". Instead of being open to feedback, this woman tries to defend herself saying she has cameras, and she has "witnesses" (who I'm assuming are her friends or coworkers). They're more than welcome to upload/show the recording of her cameras how this lady told me to go to hell and not ruin her day on the phone. They know what they said on the phone, and they cannot deny that. For anyone reading this, hair is very important for an individual.
