....It's a Liquor Store by all means, with that being said I feel my rating is being generous when…read moreit comes to this place and the service that I and most may receive here. Let me tell you why, that is if you care to read a little bit. This establishment is called "Pittsburg Liquor and Deli"....but my question is, how are you also going to be a deli and you have nothing "deli" related in your store? I think maybe they should take that off the storefront and just call themselves "Pittsburg Liqour and Crappy Service" Yea, that about sums it up. The service here Suuuuuuuuuuuuks! Like to be honest, I've been in situations where I've dealt with bad service before, but the service is is like talking to Mt Diablo (note Mt Diablo is a Mountain aka inactive Volcano aka a huge rock) You would walk up to make a purchase and if its the guy at the counter, he'll just stare at you and not say a word....weird. And don't ask for a scratcher or lotto ticket..you will finally get a reaction out of the guy attendent and that would be a huge sigh of annoyance. To be honest, if you're making money, why would you seem annoyed and irritated by that? The lady attendant that is here on occasions isn't as rude, she honestly makes this place even worth coming too when I need my quick "Turn Up" she at least would say thank you. Oh also worth mention I live like down the street, so this place has the convenience factor that makes me frequent this liquor store compared to others. The prices here are about average, to be honest I've visited places with better prices. But like I said the convenience factor sores this place to an 3 star rating. In conclusion, it's located off Railroad Street in Pittsburg obviously. It's located in the same little strip with notable locals (Blue Saigon, Chef J's Pizza, Al's Doughnuts and Starbucks) Highway 4 is right up the street making this the perfect place to buy pregame drinks and then hit the road (Disclamer: I'm not condoning irresponsible behavior. Please drink responsibly) this place is a great place to get those "In style" drinks aka the ones from all the entertainment folks. Yea you E40 fans would be happy here they got his stuff! So with that being said, my review is my own. You be your own judge, if you're in or around the Pittsburg area, give this place a go and Yelp your own experience.

The owner informed me with each purchase you get a free bag of ice! Which you cannot beat and free gift wrap. I absolutely love this shop! I definitely will be coming back if I am in the area as it is located in the Bay. If you have a chance to stop by. I would recommend. They even had HUGE bottles of wine/alcohol. Anyway "Rice, Wine and Liqour" is kinda a strange name for this establishment because I'm not going there for no rice, I'm more about the beverages brewed with it, Sake Anyone! This place has great prices and a few interesting characters to go along with it. Here is my review.. October 24, 2016 Monday 11:42 A.M. for my fav beer 1 adult, aka just me. Atmosphere - 4/5 Selection - 5/5 Service - 3/5 Background - Monday is my "Funday" and I still want to have a drink on my days off. So why not go and get some. Atmosphere - This establishment shares space with a host of other businesses " La Superior, Walgreens, Dollar Tree, El Chico Seafood and Burritos, Etc. A rotating transient community, but nothing really to worry about, there is security guards on the premises. Selection: Being one of the larger liqour stores in the area out of like the five I can think of in my general area based off distance. They indeed boast some of the "better prices" in the area (in my opinion) as compared to the other nearby competition. They have your usual fair, Beer, Spirits, Celeb Drinks, Smokes, Trinkets that no one seem to buy and a "Key Master" machine that no one seems to have won at yet. They have "Natty Daddy" an 8% abv version of the traditional "Natural Ice" and it happens to be one of my favorite "kickback and chill" brews. @ $1.29 (plus acceptable taxes) as compared to like $1.89 or more at other liqour stores, it's a clear choice why I come here. Service - The service here is....you get what you get really. Sometimes they're friendly and sometimes they're not so friendly. The female worker when she's here is always nice, she's like the only consistant one as far as service goes. Future - Just see how many times I check in here!
