I do not expect special treatment, just common courtesy. I will definitely not be returning and I do not recommend anyone else shopping there.

Many testers were missing, and some stock was noticeably sold out. I did really like some of the new products that have been added to the line up, and it's what I do expect from Sephora. A few old tried and true products were absent, but trends do change... I'd really recommend stopping into the store if you haven't been there for a while. It's got a great selection, is brighter than ever, and walking the aisles makes me smile. They seem to be commission based as you are approached by every staff member as you walk by, and when you check out, you are asked who assisted you. While I appreciate the eager assistance, it seems like most of the time when it is really needed, many staff members are having personal conversations or connecting with friends who have come in to shop. The rewards program is nice, and there is a birthday bonus if you go in during your birthday month (though sometimes you have to remind the staff). While they are at the mercy of the building they lease, on more than one occasion, the air conditioner has been broken and they have fans placed in many different places. A good place to get items that are competitively priced, just a little overwhelming with the crowds and staff sometimes. I get uncomfortable turning down assistance every 2-3 minutes.

She helped me get signed up for their rewards system which I LOVEEEE because if you shop at a beauty supply frequently (at least multiple times throughout there year), you know how much money is spent to invest in hair/beauty maintenance. It's a big plus to get discounts/rewards after accumulating enough points I will definite be back now that I know they have so many braid hair & hair dye options! I hope they are able to expand and get more products/stock in the near future too.
