I will give them this, it is nice and bright in the store and everything seemed organized and in place. I found my items and went to pay. The two employees working made it feel like anyone that was in the store was interrupting them and we should have just left without anything in our hands. It took a while be be rung up as the guy was having a full on conversation and slowly processing the transaction. What really bothered me was that even after you paid, it felt like they were waiting to accuse you of stealing something. As I was going through my transaction they kept looking at my friends, who had already paid, like they wanted to accuse them so badly of stealing what they just paid for. I had already taken a Lyft to get here. I decided to go back inside to the pharmacist and asked where the nearest pharmacy was. The same pharmacist told me there was one at the university of Maryland, but it wasn't open to the public. !?! THANKS. During that time another very nice pharmacist had come in, took pity on me, and offered to try processing my DL again so I could get the Sudafed. This time it worked and I was incredibly grateful for her kindness. Finally, to top it all off, I bought a sealed bag of cough drops here and when I got back to my hotel, I opened it to find that some of the sealed cough drops actually had no cough drops in the packets. With multiple people on multiple…read moreprescriptions, none of which seem to ever be on the same schedule, it can be a lot to manage. Towson Health Mart Pharmacy does a pretty good job of it. What I really like about this place is if you can't get there during business hours, they will deliver locally. The turn around for delivery is pretty quick. This has definitely eased our burden, especially those days we realize we are running low. The Towson Health Mart also has local connections with other businesses. When I needed sedation medicine for my daughter's dentist, I just took the prescription in, left it with them, and they did the rest. My only minor complaint is that there have been a few times my wife has sent me in to grab something or she has gone herself, and they say there is nothing ready even though a call was made saying it was. This is usually rectified by a delivery later in the day (or the next day) but it can still be a bit confusing or frustrating. Overall though, with the amount of expectations that we put on Towson Health Mart Pharmacy, I have been pleased with our patronage.

I have been using this pharmacy for approximately two years, and unfortunately, the customer…read moreservice has declined significantly. I have had multiple recent experiences with inaccurate prescription information and extremely rude customer service. Last month, I received a text notification stating that my prescription was ready. I drove approximately 30 minutes to the pharmacy, only to be told that the prescription was not actually ready. Today, I had another prescription sent by my doctor. After it was sent, I followed up multiple times--three times today--to confirm that the pharmacy had received it. Each time, I was told that they did not have the prescription. To make matters worse, the person who answered the phone was extremely rude and had a very unpleasant attitude. I understand that pharmacies can be busy and that mistakes happen. However, the combination of repeated communication issues and consistently poor customer service is unacceptable. This is especially disappointing because I have been a customer for two years and did not previously experience this level of service. Unfortunately, based on these recent experiences, I will no longer be using this pharmacy. I also would not recommend it to others, including people I work with or my own patients who may ask for a pharmacy recommendation. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because the quality of customer service has clearly changed.

I asked why this had not been communicated to me beforehand, especially since I had spoken with someone on the phone earlier that day.
