If I could have chosen zero I would have, but it's not an option. The customer service is horrible. The people working in the pharmacy shouldn't be dispensing medication to animals much less patients. When you call and they are busy, there is ZERO courtesy in picking up the phone, they simply answer and put you on hold. When I finally spoke to Kelly (male pharmacist), he was unbelievably rude and when I challenged his lack of courtesy, he put me on hold to allow another pharmacist to respond. They are so focused on checking their boxes that they don't give a damn about patients. I would not recommend this pharmacy in 100 years to anyone. Based on the other feedback, perhaps a regional manager better get on the service side of Walgreens. read more

Walgreen at : 24250 E Smoky Hill Rd, Aurora, CO 80016 I have never had a customer service this bad! Went to get my daughter's medication and was told that I had to pay, even though, I usually get my medication for free or very minimum payment. After paying and getting the medication I decided to call my insurance next day to figure things out, insurance representative told me they never received any claim. I went back to Walgreen, it took them over 30 min to get back to me then told me the same thing. Called my insurance again and was told that Walgreen just filled a claim few minutes ago. The pharmacy manager there Sandra T is the most unpleasant person I have ever seen my whole life. It's like she is not willing to even listen to customers Not even an apology for their mistake, only reason I gave 1 star is that 0 does not exist! read more

We used this Walgreens for 7 years until Hung Tran, the pharmacists works here. He's the worst, rude and not helpful pharmacist ever! The manager in charge at 12/22/17 at 5.15 pm is the same! First off I absolutely NEVER leave reviews as I am a very understanding person. I am in the military and have been taking Medication for years. Being a very busy person so I use Walgreens because of the hours they are open. The pharmacy here is the absolute worst! The seem to have no clue what they are doing. I just moved near this Walgreens and was happy that it was so close. My first time having my meds sent here I waited in line for 20 mins but as I said I am Very understanding and patient person. So when I got up to the counter I did as I alway do and told them I was there to pick up my Prescription. The Person then told me the medication was out of stock and it would not be in until Friday (it was Monday when I was there). It happens I know but this is a medication that is very dangerous if you just stop taking it and I was completely out! I asked why they could not call myself or my Doctor to let them know they didn't have it? He just looked at me with a dumb clueless look on his face. So I ended up having to contact my Doctor the Next day and have them send it to another place. Like I said stuff like this happens so no problem I picked it up the next night. So when my meds were due for a refill I asked to have them sent to this Location again. Kind of a pain but my Doctor made it happen. So again I went to Pick it up 2 days Later and these people told me they would not have it until the Next week!! Wow. Then on top of that they were very rude about it when I asked why they did not even bother to call and let me know for the 2nd time!EVERY Walgreens I have used for my medication HAS ALWAYS CALLED ME IF THERE WERE ANY ISSUES AT ALLL!!!!! My mind was blown! How is this place not been shut down is beyond me?? The Manager needs to go back to working the in the Stock room and they have to find someone that knows how to run a pharmacy!!! I will never even go into this Walgreens even though it's around the corner from my house. Corporate needs to take action ASAP!!! read more

This review is for the pharmacy department only. I'd give them ZERO stars if I could. They routinely​ tell me they do not have a prescription on file for me or family members when they actually do. I have to get my doctor's office​ to call them​ to TELL THEM they were sent a prescription and only then do they admit they've had it all along - but yet can't tell me why they can't figure this out for themselves. I'm always told,​ "it's a communication error." It once took 2 full weeks of me going back and forth between my doctor's​ office and them for them to realize they received my prescription 2 weeks ago, "sorry, we'll fill it now." The​ last time this happened​ the window tech was extremely​ rude. I'll never fill prescriptions here again. read more
